I had a One Love Kombucha that is brewed in CHS. Blueberry basil was my pick and I finished the whole bottle. Yummy! The seating area inside is small and the place was packed. It was cool outside but sunny, so we were able to meet and enjoy their outdoor seating area. Definitely a great spot for a meeting if you can get a table. I will definitely continue to recommend this local shop.

We've got to other drive through coffee shops and have been rushed, or scrambled to find a QR code to see the menu - Lodi was not the case! The options are also unique and flavorful, which is something we appreciate when trying a new coffee shop. The service was great, and it was easy to find. I just imagine it being fought tough to get in and out if there's traffic.

The coffee is always great, and one thing that really stands out is their customer service. If they ever mess something up, they're quick to fix it without hesitation, which we really appreciate. It's all drive-through (no indoor space), but the line usually moves pretty fast, so you're not waiting forever. Plus, everyone working there is always so nice and friendly -- it makes the experience even better. They're also super dog-friendly. They always offer Luna a pup cup, which is such a cute touch -- we usually say no since dairy doesn't sit great on her tummy, but it's still thoughtful that they ask. Overall, great coffee, fast drive-through service, and genuinely kind staff -- we'll definitely keep coming back.

There's a sign outside and on the website saying that they open at 8, and pastries/breads are available at 9- and they generally sell out by 11/1130. I can understand why. The bagel was DELICIOUS! Light, fluffy, airy. I didn't even know bagels could be that phenomenal. I also opted for the chili oil cream cheese and it was such an unexpected treat. Spicy and exceptionally delicious. I also bought the ube croissant to take home to my son. He ended up licking all of the ube from the center but the bite I snuck made me wanting more. The coconut cloud drink I had was so freaking good and refreshing on a warm day. Please note that they have original drinks (we some basics) so keep an open mind. The front of the house staff were so friendly and helpful. Love that they refer to everyone as "ms and Mr). The owner was busy packaging treats for everyone and he was so kind. Really awesome to see how hard everyone was working inside. They have some seating inside and outside while you wait, or to enjoy after you receive your order. Wonderful little place. The first time we went was early afternoon on a weekday, and they were already sold out of all baked goods. Since we were looking for a snack and a place to sit and relax, we didn't stay. We also noted that the seating inside is rather limited, and it was already occupied. Hubby went there again this morning, to give it a second chance, (Saturday at 8:45) and was told they don't put the baked goods out until 9 AM. He then asked for a mocha but apparently they don't serve normal coffee drinks. Instead, they have a menu of house created specialty drinks. He left. As much as I wanted to love this place, I'm just not looking for expensive high-end coffees on the regular. And, it doesn't make sense to me that on a Saturday morning, when people want to pick up coffee and a breakfast snack on their way to run errands, it wouldn't be available. So if you're going to visit, you'll run the risk of it either being too crowded to sit inside and relax, arriving too early for breakfast, or arriving too late and having everything sold out. It's a little bit too hit and miss for me. Giving them two stars because it's a brand new space and the employees are friendly.

I walked in when I discovered that Gnome was unexpectedly closed for renovations. I grabbed my coffee and a muffin and sat in a cafe height chair and looked out the window (pic) and realized 'I could have gone to Halo' (smacks forehead)- I am looking across the street at a better spot for coffee. That's the bottom line. PJ's coffee is decent and hot. The orange cranberry muffin was as expected- good flavors, nothing unusual. They heated it up for me which is nice. I can use my ID badge to pay which is convenient for me. They apparently do have bagels but they are not in the case and there is no food menu (only an extensive coffee menu which today features some fun mardis gras flavors- none of which I tried). They keep the bagels in the fridge and they are toast-your-own. I found out too late to try these.

The staff is friendly, pleasant and very efficient. They also now have punch cards where you buy 9 drinks and get your 10th free and you get entered for pjs merchandise. I've never tried the food but there's a decent amount of seating inside and out if you need to sit and eat or study. Parking nearby is all metered or garage parking but given that this place is on a hospital campus, it's a good place to take a break if you're around.
