I was ordering lunch for a weekday and decided to try Smoked Pork Tacos, Chips and White Queso. While the portion was packaged well and very filling and delivery was great, the food was lacking. My tacos were dry. No juiciness to the smoked pork at all. Meal was disappointing especially after hearing rave reviews. The third star is literally for the delivery driver. They have some classic options such as biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, huevos rancheros and breakfast sandwiches. I've tried the basic bagel with just cream cheese and the bagel hamwhich. My husband raves about the chicken and waffles. I wish they offered some so simple as a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. You can add bacon but it's chopped and just wouldn't do it justice. The warm pita bread was good. It was disappointing that I had to meet the delivery driver outside in the cold instead of leaving the order at my front door. That is the point of Uber Eats! I will say I communicated through text with Clustertruck, and Kathryn, the manager, was very nice and kept me informed at all times. The delivery driver, Tori, did communicate me as well. The presentation of the salad was beautiful and well done by Clustertruck. However, it is safe to say that I will not order from Clustertruck again, mainly because the name is not clear on Uber Eats, and they will not leave your delivery at the door. The food is OK, but will not blow your mind and give you something to talk about with your friends and family.
