When we asked for an extra bowl, we were given a tiny cup that looked like a mouthwash cup. When I asked for a to go bowl, I was given an attitude. So I asked to speak with the manager, the employee responded, "I am the manager. (Short Asian young woman) Is there a problem?" Her tone felt confrontational rather than helpful. Being spoken to as though we were a bother for making a simple request was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from someone identifying herself as the manager. As regular customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, because this kind of service reflects poorly on their establishment. We will no longer be supporting this location.
