Two bins of Lego's over $100. I wonder if they ever sell anything at those prices. They do have a "sale" section. But it's a "thrift" store, why would you have a "sale" section.. Well because the prices are so high. I dunno, I don't think we will be back because we have so many real thrift stores around here that are thrift store prices. At the very least what I called asking for was a refund and explained why and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and made it clear that he could care less (apparently he is the manager). I will never shop here again because if he cares this little about customers growing a literal human being imagine how he treats his employees!

I am always greeted warmly by the volunteers, and strike up genuine conversations each trip. The shelves are abundant but still well-organized, offering everything from home decor to utilities to crafting supplies. Prices are fair and affordable, which is so refreshing amidst the overcharging of big corporations. I appreciate this especially as a college student on a budget. And every purchase I make goes toward the most precious animals! I visit them frequently, too. :) I'm so excited for the opportunities that their relocation and expansion will bring; I can't wait to swing by the animal corner at the front once it's been developed!

This store has a section dedicated to both University of Oregon and Oregon State collegiate wear, convenient for new students and alumni. If you need storage, there are usually dorm and moving essentials on hand, such as totes, easy to assemble shelves and drawers. There is also a better selection of clothing, footwear, outerwear and accessories (purses, backpacks, hats, and jewelry) here thanks to the evolving student body. If you need a book for a class, their shelves are bursting in all genres. I found a beautiful Indigenous children's book, a handful of modern Little Golden Books; including Dolly Parton, Elvis, and The Golden Girls, and several vintage The Far Side books by Gary Larson. Everything I purchased was in like new condition. I'm sure the Portland Leather clutch ($8) will be a nice gift for a dear friend, that is, if I don't keep it for myself!
