And when I say class I mean ride and CS4 specifically taught by none other than the best instructor with the best music and energy that keeps you going even when you feel like you're hitting your limit.....MAX! So friendly yet so tough but never intimidating! His classes are always so much fun that you almost forget that you're getting a killer workout in at the same time. As soon as this gym opened, many people recommended it to me. It wasn't until my favorite spin cycling instructor, Ryss, started working here that I was persuaded to try it out. CS offers a guest pass, to see how you like the class and the club overall. Let me just say words *cannot* describe properly how impressive it is, but I'll try. I've been to several gyms, studios and fitness classes in OC and LA and Club Studio has it all!! Pilates, cycling spin, free weights, boxing, sauna, cryotherapy, pool areas, lockers in a locker room, complimentary Dyson hair dryers, showers of course... OH and there's a smoothie bar!! Which I love. I have frequented the smoothie bar and gotten healthy snack options from them every single time I visit the gym, and it's always a perfect way to refuel that's convenient and delicious. i love club studio but i hate that their cancellation policy for classes are so rigid. i love taking their classes but sometimes life happens and i need to cancel my class last minute; it really sucks to have to always pay the $10 cancellation fee when cancelled within 12 hours before the class. i understand that cancelling last minute can really screw over other people that didn't have a chance to get in to the class, but i wish they had a grace period of 3 cancellations a month or something before they start charging you the cancellation/no-show fee. i've heard other gyms offer this; can club studio do the same? read more

I signed up for a free day pass to take Tami's spin class and check out all that Club Studio has to offer. I followed Tami here from a previous studio. Her music choice is THE BEST and her class format offers a lot of variety so you won't get bored getting your cardio done. She scaffolds all the choreo expertly to ensure every rider understands what's going on, can catch the beat, access the moves at their own pace, and overall, get the most out of their time in class. No matter your experience level, Tami will make it a fun time and encourage you all the way! 45 minutes will go by fast! Repetition is key to spin, so I recommend taking 5-10 classes before giving up, and sticking to the same instructor so you know what to expect and can build on your skills each time. Tami teaches spin AND box, and I can't wait to try her box class one of these days! As for the rest of the gym, it is simply amazing! I have never seen anything like it for the price they offer. They also have a circuit training class, reformer pilates, and hot yoga. The hot yoga room uses infrared heat, so it's nice and quiet. There's also some trampoline class in the basketball gym. The basketball gym was nioce, and apparently there is a nice league going on. I think I also saw a childcare room. There's a cute lil food stand in the front. I was able to check out every facility, use the compression boots, and the cryo chamber. The locker room saunas remind me of a K-Spa, the pool looks nice and clean, they have some specialty water on tap, it looks like everyone re-racks their weights there. I've been hearing amazing things about club studio so I had to check it out on their grand opening! The gym itself! Such a top notch gym! Well, I decided to start working out again after years of excuses and two kids later. I signed up for a membership before the gym opened, and had no idea of how it would be, but let me just tell you it gives off a very boutique-y feel. I've been a member at Equinox, and I prefer the Club Studio feel. Love all the classes that are offered! I think I tried each one already, but I really love Reform and Boxing the most. It's challenging, fun, and full of good energy! Classes are usually under a hour, and that's all I need to feel good! Toni (Reform- love her!) always has the best playlist, energy, sweet and she really pushes you to the limit. Let's just say I'm always breaking a sweat in her class. That's all this mama needs! Boxing- I've taken classes with Karlee and Katrina and it's the best full body workout without realizing it until after when you're dripping in sweat and sore. I've been going to Club Studio since their doors opened late last year and LOVE IT!! They offer a variety of fitness classes such as pilates, boxing, spin, HIIT, yoga as well as an open gym floor with all the equipment you need. They also have a swimming pool and a full basketball court. Their recovery center and amenities are great - my favorite is the infrared sauna. My favorite spin instructor is Tami (teaches box as well). She always plays BANGERS in her class and I love her choreo. She really pushes me to work out as hard as I can in 45 minutes! I also love Ashley for box - her energy is unmatched and playlist is always great. I highly recommend trying box at least once with her!! As for pilates, some of my faves are Chloe, Bella, and Jacinthe. I barely started my pilates journey when I joined the club and after six months, I'm still learning something new every class. There's so much you can do on the reformer and these ladies really motivate you to work hard and not give up when it burns sooooooo bad. After my work outs, I look forward to the refreshing eucalyptus towels that are provided :) Their front desk staff are also always so friendly and courteous. Final update and adding a few points from my prior review but read first, then decide for yourself if you are receiving the "cutting-edge fitness experience that brings luxury amenities and boutique fitness classes together in one gym" experience. Management KNOWS we are complaining about class availability. Yet, I've spoken to 2 people in my classes that told me Ty signed them up for a few reformer classes before scheduling was even open so that they would buy a membership. I've also heard a few people mention influencers were getting ahead on lists. The last straw was when this was confirmed when Carrie (a manager) let it slip that there was only 1 person in a class the following week as she was trying to make the argument that spaces are wide open to convince me not to cancel. The problem? This class wasn't even available to book for another hour! I confronted her on the spot that it's true that they give priority to influencers & sign-ups then? She actually admitted yes, "in the past" but not anymore. Riiiiiight. BTW, I recorded this conversation just in case I didn't get use out of my membership so I have something to stand on when I demanded my money back - lucky for them I went out of my way to just make it work here for 2 months. At the time of writing, memberships are $189+ extra for their cryo & recovery- if your idea of a "luxury" recovery lab is having access to some Hyperice products which you could probably own outright for less than a few months of what you'd be paying on top of your monthly dues. I signed last July at $129/month (my sister paid $50 as an add-on & also cancelled) but this should speak volumes. We were beyond excited to be able to go to 1 place for yoga & pilates, even told Ty that this was our sole reason for signing up because at that rate, of course! Especially because they kept saying rates would increase to $249 at build-out. But no, my 2 months here was not a luxurious experience and the boutique fitness classes were mostly a total fail. Literally, the 2 things they needed to nail, they failed! So what am I paying for? A gloried, albeit, new gym that's actually smaller than their LA Fitness locations that also offer classes? I'm sorry but towel service, being brand new (for now) and IG worthy picture spots does not equate to luxurious. Dedicated staff cleaning out shower stalls after each use, upscale toiletries, feminine products, etc. etc. are just a few things I think when I think luxury experience but I could overlook these shortcomings as their price point actually is pretty low to truly be at that level. Signing up for a class should not involve setting an alarm one week and one hour before the class you'd like to take so that you can "beat" other people to it, especially for the reformer pilates. Also, this inherently means many unfortunate paying members are the losers and why should we be fighting over ourselves for this company's greed and mismanagement? People! DO. NOT. LET. THIS. COMPANY. GASLIGHT. YOU. Don't let them have you believing it's YOUR problem if you can't get into class for not being diligent and not making this your priority in life. The problem is not having enough class times, space, instructors and this is purely a Club Studio problem, not yours, not mine. This company operates hundreds of gyms and they absolutely have the data to have forecasted demand. Their argument that waitlists work is true for classes where they cram everyone in like sardines. If working out with people's feet and body parts in your face is your thing... hey, I'm not judging but it's definitely not what comes to mind when I think "luxury" & boutique experience. Class quality themselves are adequate. Of the instructors I had, 2 were consistently great. The rest were hit and miss. Not once did I hear anyone ask about existing injuries or needing mods. I took yoga and pilates and felt there were so many ways somebody is going to injure themselves because of lack of clear cuing and/or instructors not correcting, all around apathy for their so-called craft. In fact, I witnessed a guy fall in one of our pilates class because an instructor failed to remind everyone that a moving carriage's momentum will throw you off balance. I can't even imagine what it woud be like in the higher impact classes - btw if you're still in the phase of your fitness journey where a good workout is defined by how fast or how hard you went, just know that high intensity does not always have to mean high impact and simply being exhausted and tired is not the yardstick you should be measuring what makes a great class - speaking as someone who also thought riding as hard & fast or doing the most reps within a minute (got hurt) before realizing training your muscles, your cardio, etc. never has to involve unncessary strain. Finally, if you're reading the oddly similar raving reviews as if they're written by PR & decide to join, at least you have 2 less people fighting for classes ;). read more

Gym x Studio Classes x Recovery x Amenities x Great Staff I fully recommend checking out Club Studio! This approachable vibey gym opened late Dec 2022. Love the Technogym equipment, functional fitness area and weight areas. Showers, steam, IR dry sauna, recovery area (red light therapy, theraguns, Normatec, water massage, cryo option) are well kept and awesome resources. The bball court is fresh. If I still balled, I'd play there for sure. CS has a bit of everything to keep you moving, along with a right sized facility and spectrum of amenities (though I wish they had a cold plunge). The Club has its rush hours, but it's manageable, and it used to be really hard booking classes, but it's not too bad with their waitlist and cancelation / no-show accountability system. The space was well thought out with a minimalist and clean presentation throughout the gym, locker, and spa area; inspiring insta worthy common areas towards the studio classes, and big mirrors with moody lighting for your focused studio classes. The BEST PART of the club is... the variety of classes and the coaches / trainers, especially the Box Class. S/O Coach TAMI! She brings it every week in her Box class! She's super cool, down to earth, and her classes are fun and challenging with a mix of striking to work on your technique and body weight floor exercises to engage the rest of your body and keep your heart rate up. And when you're about to slow down around Round 8 and 9, she brings the bangers to kick you into another gear until the final bell rings! I'm always asking what's on her playlist! Try her class, you won't regret it! With any class, get to know your coach / trainer - they are all cool and approachable. Super thankful for her, the other trainers, and entire staff. The quality of the amenities have constantly been going downhill over the past 12 months. Management recently started giving memberships to "influencers" so the weight machines are always occupied by people recording themselves "working out." Also someone spit out a nicotine pouch in the water fountain yesterday. It sat in there for at least two hours. Gross. read more

I've been a member since they opened and I must say I love it. The classes are really fun and challenging and there's a lot of equipment to use when you're not in class. The place has lots of wet wipes to clean the machines and a few water bottle refilling stations. The staff is incredibly friendly. Gaby works at the front desk and recovery center and she's always been super helpful and welcoming. The best part is the recovery center with the cryotherapy, red light, and normatec boots. I've been a regular gym goer my whole life but Club Studio has been an absolute game changer for me. Their state of the art facilities, recovery area, cryo, and classes have helped get me in the best shape I've been in years! Shout to my fav early morning instructors Lauren, Emily, Matt, Karlee, James, Hayley, Drea, and Patrick that get me motivated and ready to kick start my day. Whether it's Ride, CS4, Rebound, or Boxing I can't say enough good things about them all and how they constantly push me to go past what I thought my limits were. Was definitely considering cancelling me and my partner's memberships after the first two months of being a member here and returning to Equinox. But the gym really turned things around when they figured out a functional class scheduling system. It was very frustrating to sign up for classes at first, but now it's a lot more straightforward-which is great because the instructors and quality of classes (and the wide range of types of classes) are what make this gym worth coming to! Really only missing barre classes, other than that all my fave workouts- box, hot yoga, reformer, hot pilates- are pretty much covered!! (Reform classes, btw, are still very annoying to book. Not sure how they fill up within milliseconds of the app refreshing!?) Please continue to hire/keep wonderful coaches/teachers (like Kelly, Hailey, Ashley, Sara, Amanda- actually haven't had a negative experience with any other instructors really) who seem to genuinely care about giving us thoughtfully curated/ challenging/ fun classes every time read more

Update to my original review. Carrie the General Manager called again to inform me that they don't allow gym bags at Club Studio. I mentioned to Carrie this rule is no where to be found within your membership agreement and because I mentioned I wasn't going to adhere to this undisclosed rule because of a medical condition she then insisted she would have to cancel my membership. She also asked what is my medical condition, which I felt was an invasion of my privacy. There is a HIPA act. I've never heard of a gym GM getting involved with a persons medical record and Carries own self described requirement of no gym bag is complete BS! Everything should always be spelled out within a membership agreement and this rule doesn't exist. Needless to say my wife and I joined LifeTime. Which seems by far a much better, bigger and organized gym where you can actually get to to a class-- not like Club Studio. Mark at the front desk of Club Studio-- works the morning shift is rude and Carrie the GM both have discriminated against myself all because of a gym bag. Club Studio is not worth the money. Current members be aware of their shenanigans. If you're considering membership there--DONT. Club Studio is just LA Fitness trying to be like LifeTime and Equinox. This place is the worst type of scam that you can think of! They lure you in with good prices and promises, end up charging you for everything they can charge you for (not to mention you pay for the first and last month in advance so you're stuck even when you want to quit) . They change their policies left and right without giving people a grace period to get used to new rules (I was at the door at 8:31 today for a class that started at 8:30- I was added to the waitlist last night and I have two small kids that I need to get to school in the morning. They didn't let me in claiming that "they cancelled the grace period and class is closed") They are a fancy- looking place (not that fancy, just new, but we don't have high standards here because there are not enough gyms) , overly expensive, and a true scam! It has become clear to me in the last few months that it's just about money and not about the people. I think it took me this long to decide to leave just because we waited so long for them to open (another scam!!) I'm 35 and have been working out my whole life, in different facilities in different cities and countries. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had all around. Hopefully I'll never have a similar experience again. Now my husband (who never goes because he doesn't have the same flexibility with waitlists and we've been paying for him for no reason) and I need to figure out how to get out of the contract. TOTAL FAIL! LA FITNESS HAS NO RIGHT TO PLAY IN THE "LUXURY GYM" CATEGORY. Do not get sucked into the sales hype and cancel any of your other memberships for this gym like I did. You will wish you had them after a week of this circus. GO TO EQUINOX INSTEAD! Nobody in the gym is aware of ANYTHING!! All they can do is scan your phone and smile - they are useless after that. There is no communication with the members on updates, you have to fight to figure things out yourself. I'm just STUNNED at how bad this gym is operating. Everyone is complaining, they are losing members in drones. It is impossible to get into classes, which is supposed to be their big differentiating factor. There are no towels or trash cans in the places that you need them. The locker room doesn't offer anything other than a hair dryer, not even a hairtire or tampon. The showers always seem dirty, bathrooms aren't stocked. There are no hooks near the sauna and steam room for your towel. There is no clock to reference while in the sauna, the Bluetooth on the cardio machines doesn't work for me. You cannot get into classes and if you do, they are packed like sardines. I even asked the manager to tell me why I should keep my membership there with all this disfunction, and she said she doesn't know. REALLY?! read more

Club Studio is pretty great, but gotta give a shout out to the instructors that were the reason my wife and I came over. Cycle mama Beth and Max are our two favorite teachers and the fact that they both taught here was more than enough to convince us to try. Here's why. Beth is by far the most motivating cycling teacher I've had. I started cycling before the pandemic and took quite a few teachers, but Beth was one of those teachers that you not only ride with, but ride for. Calling her energy infectious would be a disservice to the kind of vibe she brings, amping everyone up and making sure that you really feel the work out. It helps that her music is on point and her choreo is consistent and on beat, something that a lot of teachers don't do super well (Also her dancing when she has podium riders is kinda the greatest). Her ability to make you feel welcome and motivated and just put you in a great mood will keep you coming back. Where Beth is the teacher that keeps your energy high and fills you with positive vibes, Max is the teacher that will really test how hard you can go. His music choice is top notch, choreo is on point but challenging if you want to really keep up the challenge and speed the whole time. It's guaranteed to be a hard workout but very well worth it. Just like Beth, he's friendly and welcoming, but he expects you to work and I love it. He constantly pushes you to hit your limits and go beyond, so you're always progressing. Switching over to Club Studio also afforded us some flexibility in trying some new classes, since we used to exclusively do cycling for our workouts. Both Beth and Max highly recommended Ashley for Boxing so of course we had to try and holy crap. She doesn't mess around. I've tried a few other coaches but Ashley's class is the one that I really try to get in to, as it is a fight every single time. She coaches form and footwork alike and she definitely turns up the energy and difficulty if she feels like you can take it. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try Boxing. Easily addicted to it now and make it a regular part of our workout routine. As for amenities, the gym is nice and clean, with a few hiccups here and there where towels aren't timed right so there's none for folks to grab, but nothing to really fret over. The front of house staff are nice enough, although I wasn't really impressed when I heard them bad mouthing some members under their breath. "We should just put a sign out that says 'No towels.'" Pretty rude behavior but I chalk it up to an isolated incident. If it continues I'll ding the review myself, but hopefully the management sees this and corrects them. The weakest part of the gym is the bottleneck on the classes as far as booking, but as I've found, if you have a schedule and stick to it, grabbing classes is pretty easy, just know which classes will fill up quick. They really should add a feature so you know how many waitlist spots are in front of you so you know if you have a chance of getting into class. The app itself can get a bit glitchy, where I've had to reinstall and reset my app at the front desk just to get into a class. It's only happened once, but I hope it doesn't happen again. They keep adding features when they really need to fix some fundamentals, let us drag to refresh to book classes, less glitches, etc. Overall, super happy this gym is in the neighborhood and really dig the class concept over the open gym, but glad that it's available. I'm so happy CS opened near where I live, I love how it's a one stop fitness-wellness spot for all the classes I love and amenities that matter most to me. They have reform pilates and hot pilates class (which is reminiscent of barre) -- I'm a fan of both. And Matt's bounce class is f-u-n! My usual go to is Pilates or yoga. One of my personal favorite instructors there is Jacinthe, she teaches Pilates and yoga and she has a wealth of knowledge of both. I love her energy, the dedication and creativity she brings to make the classes varied and challenging but also providing modifications to adjust as needed and the comments in class keeps me laughing making my planks extra spicy. I love the quality and caliber of Pilates instructors at CS -- seriously love every single one of them (Jacinthe, Debi, Toni, Holly, Meesh, just to name a few). I like finishing off the workout with the infrared sauna, my happy place, and it burns an extra few calories (who's counting?). They also have a pretty fancy recovery room so for people that like Cryo and red light, it's a really nice one stop health and wellness center and a really great deal too. read more

Club Studio, a new fitness facility in Irvine. My partner and I signed up back in August 2021 for our memberships. We were really excited to see something similar to an Equinox, but on a budget. We couldn't wait to try it out. My experience with the studio started off rocky. I barely got any communication on when the studio would open and it was a challenge to reach someone other than posting on their social media channels. Since the gym has opened, communication has gotten better. I can only hope it goes up from here! I waited to write my review because I wanted to give myself a month to use the facility. The gym part (weights and cardio) have everything I need. It does get packed in there, so I now go at 5am and avoid the weekends. The classes: it's still a challenge to get into the classes. My partner and I get on waitlists hoping to get in. I have been able to try everything other than boxing. Ashley M. is my favorite pilates teacher. She's confident and supportive! Matt O. with the bounce class makes you feel like a kid, again! I like James M. with CS4. He's great at giving you modifications. Mark at the front desk is really nice. He always greets you with a smile and excellent customer service. I'm holding out for another few months, to see if getting into classes won't be so hard. If there's a way to open the classes while others are in class, that could help alleviate the stress of getting all members to experience the classes. I also wish the music wasn't so loud in the classes and thankful that they do offer ear plugs. Overall, it's a decent gym. Lauren and Drea really made me love ride. Prior to Club Studio I had never taken a ride class and they really treated me so kindly and took all the right steps to make sure I was knowledgeable and ready to take on that class and be successful! Lauren has bad ass playlists and Drea has the best motivational speeches. Matt in rebound has changed the game for me. He's so funny and motivating and really makes the experience so enjoyable. I love this club, and you can see why in my previous reviews. But, first, I want to mention one particular instructor, Karlee, who teaches boxing (all 5 boxing instructors that I have taken classes with are awesome and competent, though). But, I can't forget that Karlee, on my birthday last week, brought a BD balloon and a mini cake to class for me. I was quite touched. Thanks, Karlee. There are so many other similar stories that I hear about where trainers, staff, and club members all feel like a family. Gym is lovely but it's not equipped to handle the amount of people that signed up. It's just not big enough to handle it. Classes are almost impossible to get into. I killed 30 minutes of time waiting to see if I could get in while there and everything was full. Since it's big hype is the classes I think putting in the basketball court is such a waste of space that should've been used for classes instead. It's just so frustrating and I leave so pissed off when the gym is supposed to ease stress levels. Trying to get into classes is literally a full time job. Also, their app technically is terrible. When you join the waitlist it doesn't say what number you are in line like most gyms. If I'm going to resort to being on every waitlist for every class we should know what spot were in so we know our chances of getting in. So much potential here but so far it's falling really flat for me. read more

Looove this gym!!! Ok it's a very nice new gym but combines pilates classes, ride (spin) classes, and more! There's a recovery area which is way needed after a work out plus ride class combo. My favorite instructor is Yassie who teaches Thursday mornings, but I've taken some other RIDE instructors and they're all amazing! Great energy, young and fun people, and beautiful facilities. Trainers who really know their stuff! I haven't been in their pool yet, but it looks amazing. 10/10! read more

Club Studio is great! As someone who prefers classes, but enjoys the ability to use gym equipment on occasion, this gym is perfect for me! Shout outs to my favorite instructors that I look forward to seeing every week: Tami is great for ride and box! Took a ride class upon the opening of the studio and never knew I would fall in love with it. Got so invested, I got a pair of spin shoes and never looked back since. The music is great, the mood lighting is on point, and class is always so fun! Highly recommend checking this class out for a full body workout Debi is wonderful in reform! Her classes are challenging and works all the muscles you didn't know you had. I appreciate her modifications with every exercise to allow for all levels to participate and get a good workout in. After every workout I look forward to the refreshing eucalyptus towels provided as one of the many amenities! Definitely come check this gym out read more

I have been a member of Club Studio since opening in December 2022 and it's been the best experience I've had at a gym. It is all-inclusive - many class formats to choose from, great recovery lab options to support your goals, and state of the art equipment to build strength and stamina. I have been able to develop a consistent routine that I look forward to doing 5-6x/week. My weekly routine consists of 2-3 personal training sessions, 2 ride classes, and 1-2 yoga restore classes. Toni is my personal trainer and has made such a positive impact on my overall wellness. She pushes me to reach my goals while meeting me where I'm at each session. Max, Lauren, and Beth are amazing ride instructors - they bring good music and good vibes to every class and their positive energy is contagious. I definitely recommend Club Studio! read more

In love with Yoga Sculpt especially Chelsea's class! She is so motivating and sets an intention for the class so my mind is only there and the stress melts away. I also leave shaking and after 2 babies I am finally seeing my body change. Can't recommend it enough!! I also love it here because they have every class in the world, brand new sauna, super cute class rooms with lighting and bumping music. Definitely the nicest gym I've ever belong to. They provide me with towels and filtered water and a protein shake on my way out. How am I to go anywhere else ?! read more

If you want a real luxury experience, go to equinox instead. Club Studio gym is OK. The ladies bathroom is dirty, never has toilet paper, shampoo conditioner empty. Theres no guest pass, unlike other gyms like LA fitness or equinox. You have to pay 40 dollars for your friend to get a one time guest pass (with no in/out privileges). I am underwhelmed. It is a lot of money for low quality experience. Save your money and sign up with another gym. I am cancelling my membership to this awful gym. read more

Don't waste your money. It doesn't have enough equipment, so during the pick hours you should wait for a longer time. Beside of that, it's not possible to register for the classes unless you want to try at 12:00AM haha. I will definitely cancel my membership! read more

Don't let the low rating fool you, Club Studio is awesome! I recommend getting a day pass or tour the facility to get a better grasp of what they offer. There are squat racks, Rogue bumper plates, free weights, astro turf for HIIT/stretching, and multiple different studio classes to choose from. The facility is super clean. Peak times are usually 5:30am - 8am and 4:30pm - 7:30pm. The instructors are fantastic. Even if they're tired or "off", they still bring it which is admirable. I can tell they're personally growing themselves and have a great mindset. Classes may book our quickly per week but you can ask front desk or see if there are cancelations day of. Matt - great energy, friendly, big on encouragement, and has interesting dance moves. Awesome! Spin/rebound class. Andrea (Drea A) - great playlist, motivational, seamless transitions, funny stories, and friendly. Legit! Spin class. Emily - focused, friendly, efficient, energetic, and gets into workouts with the class to keep it all flowing. Beast! CS4/Spin class. I echo all of the others reviews that say it's impossible to get into a class. The spots book out within minutes of being posted. The app sucks. I was told this morning that because the app doesn't tell them the order in which the members got on the waitlist, there is now a second handwritten waitlist you need to get on when you show up to the gym to try to get into a class. So there's a waitlist for the waitlist -- utterly ridiculous. The scene at the check in desk on Saturday morning to try to get into a class is chaotic. Ever seen Hunger Games? Save your money and go somewhere where you can actually get into a class. The two stars is for convenient parking and cleanliness of the gym. read more

If you are a parent- you will come here because there is no other alternative but I will warn you that CS doesn't care about kids club. 1. It's understaffed and they pull people from other dept to cover it 2. If you need to prep your child for Kids Club by showing them videos or pictures of it- you won't find it. 3. If you need to know the hours of kids club you won't find it. Also, no one will pick up your phone calls and there is no way to call Kc directly I called to see if Kc was open. No one picked up. I got the studios hours and showed up with 2 kids and guess what KC was closed. No notice. Still going to be a member bc ...I don't have a choice read more

Friendly staff, great instructors, clean, easy parking, state of the art equipment and a wide variety of options with studio classes. Initially it was a little difficult to get into classes but they have done a great job of adding instructors and classes so much easier to get in. Very happy with my membership! read more
