I went to my first class here through classpass. I took Pace & Press. It was a fun class and I…read morereally pushed myself past my comfort zone because I didn't know I could run AT ALL. The first half of the class was an interval training between walking, jogging, and running. And the second half of the class was strength training. I wish there was more guidance from the instructor for the second half but it was just following what was on the screen like 100 step ups, 90 plank shoulder taps, 80 something, 70 something, etc. It was kind of like F45 style but without the timer and stations. Since there wasnt too much guidance on that part, I felt like I pretty much paid for an interval training on the treadmill. I enjoyed the experience though and would be open to trying out a different class to give it a fair review of if I want to continue or not. I'm still giving it a solid 4 stars though because I pay attention to little details. This studio had HAIR TIES and TAMPONS and even face wash in their bathrooms for us girlies and it's not much but so thoughtful!! Also there are earplugs inside the studio room for those who think its too loud!!! I get headaches when its too loud so I felt so seen and understood by the studio. Also at the end of class, a staff walks around passing out COLD WET TOWELS so you can cool down. These are all little extras that really make a studio stand out so kudos to this place!!

The coaches are great here but THE COACH to go to is Dollar. Hands down. If this is your first time, go to his class first. He is phenomenal. His classes helped me shave off 45mins in the NY marathon. I went to his class 2-3X a week for 7 weeks bec as a working mom, that's all I had time for and boom. I wish I had started sooner bec I'm pretty sure I could have PR with more training. Thank you Stride Fitness!

I've been taking Lagree classes at this Costa Mesa studio for about three years and have always had…read morea great experience with the instructors--everyone has consistently been professional, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant interaction with an instructor named Anika after class today. My husband came with me as my guest. The app wouldn't allow me to check him in because it said he hadn't signed a waiver. However, we took a class together last Saturday and this wasn't required then, so the process was confusing. This was only his second time attending as my guest. After class, we were asking the instructor we took our class with and the instructor for the next class, Anika, on how to go about the process of signing the waiver and checking in. Anika's tone was very rude and condescending. Eventually we ended up in the corner area with the instructor from the class we had just taken, who was kindly helping my husband create an account and sign the waiver. While this was happening, Anika approached us and told us that we needed to leave because her class was starting. At the same time, she also insisted that my husband had to sign the waiver before we could leave. This was confusing because her class hadn't even started yet--the clients were still arriving--and we were already in the process of completing what she said needed to be done. The issue wasn't the policy itself, but the way it was communicated. Her tone was rude and condescending toward my husband and our friends who were with us. My husband and two friends, who have also been taking classes here with me for years, were all surprised by how we were spoken to. We've never experienced this type of interaction with any other instructor at the studio. We truly enjoy this studio and the Lagree classes, which is why this interaction stood out so much. I just hope future situations like this can be handled with clearer communication and a more courteous approach.

Other studios I've been to have either been too strict or too easygoing and baby the children. That being said, the ladies who run this studio are absolutely lovely (Ms Kelly and Carrie). My daughter is LEARNING the fundamentals of dance and has fun at the same time. The TDC community is very welcoming and supportive as well. Dance moms are not usually known for being the friendliest sort, and all of the moms and dads I've crossed paths with here have been so incredibly kind. It's a really nice place for kids to take classes. I highly recommend coach Kaylee and coach Talia. They are both amazing, and my daughter looks forward to going to class every week. She has made friends in class, and throughly enjoys being at this school. If you're looking for a dance studio, I highly recommend you try out a class.

Great dance studio!…read more My daughter is 2 1/2 and we attended a free trial of the Kindermusik class. It was a lot of fun -- she absolutely loved it. The class had a lot of energy and creativity through song and story telling, which is great for encouraging kids to use their imagination. The teacher was fun and energetic which made the experience even better. If the schedule works for us, we'll definitely be signing her up for more classes. I highly recommend trying out this dance studio! They offer classes for both kids and adults. Hopefully once things calm down with the kids, I'll be able to try one of the adult classes too. :)
