Every instructor is great and they are a well rounded studio. Every year they put on a recital and they have a photoshoot leading up to the recital. They bring in a professional photographer and they have the kids try on their costumes and shoot in them as well as running through show makeup and hair so that they are prepared on the day of the recital and what to do. They do this to work out any kinks with the outfits in time for the recital. The amount of thought and detail is crazy. The technical training here is the real deal -- teachers give specific, meaningful corrections every single class, and the focus on proper technique from day one builds dancers fast. My daughter came in as a complete beginner and her growth in under a year has genuinely surprised me. What I said in my first review about the studio culture still holds -- the older kids are warm and encouraging, the staff are caring and dedicated, and everyone gets personalized attention. That hasn't changed at all. But this past year tested us in a way I didn't expect. My daughter suffered a serious injury and had to have surgery. The way N10 responded -- every Pre-Company dancer, and Kyle personally -- showed me exactly what kind of place this is. A handwritten poster signed by the whole studio was waiting on our doorstep when we came home from the hospital. They brought her to the recital in a wheelchair so she wouldn't miss it. From the very first phone call to booking our first session, my friend and I felt completely at ease. We were searching for something recreational for our daughters to enjoy together, and as moms of girls on the spectrum, finding the right environment is so important and not always easy. They went above and beyond right from the start, sending reminders about the tryout, letting us know what to bring, and even offering ballet flats and shoes to borrow so the girls would feel comfortable and included.
