As a former track girly who now works a desk job post-grad, CAZ Cycle honestly reignited my love for cardio. I can't stand gym treadmills or bikes...I get bored and never push myself enough. I found CAZ on ClassPass, and my friend Lucie spoke so highly of it that I had to try it. My first class with Christian, who had a fire playlist and the best vibe. I don't know how he moves so fast, BUT somehow mostly everyone keeps up so I was in awe. Even if you can't keep up, everyone is super supportive, and I loved it so much I came back for his Rihanna & Friends class (which, by the way, should absolutely be permanent). I went here for the first time because it is closer to my office compared to Grit Cycle. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. It is a cute place, but there were a few things that threw me off. My friend came in with a half empty water bottle and asked if they had a water fountain or refill station and they didn't. You have to buy water. Felt weird to me as most exercise spots have water. The music was good, but I didn't feel as challenged. Some of the movements didn't really focus on the core as much and the instructor let us "do whatever we want" for a few songs. I didn't feel the burn I usually do when doing the core exercises. Maybe I will try a more challenging class next time. read more

The cycling studio itself is great - excellent quality Stages bikes, towel service, LED lights, good air circulation, cold towels after class - it's definitely a vibe. The common space in the studio overall is a bit tight by the lockers and cubbies, and I don't recall seeing any water stations but I believe they have water available for purchase. My only complaint here is I've had a very inconsistent experience with the instructors and some are definitely better than others. I've also found the sound system hard to hear at times depending on the instructor if they have the music volume way too loud and are not speaking directly into the mic. read more

Joining both the cycling and training gyms at CAZ have made for my fitness goals more attainable! The spin classes have seriously improved my endurance, and the training classes finally got me into weightlifting (something I never thought I'd say ). The instructors are amazing, the workouts feel like a party, and somehow they make getting absolutely humbled by a workout fun. I look forward to coming every week. read more

All the instructors are amazing and are willing to help if you have any type of question or trouble. The music is spot on and the workouts are that much better. Overall, the place is amazing, people are extremely nice, the facilities are extremely clean and you even get cold towels at the end of every class.This truly is the best studio I have ever been to. I was excited to try this studio since it's close to work and can go right after but I was disappointed. I got there like 15-20 min before class starts and since I'm coming from work, I needed to change. I was second in line but the guy infront of me was going to use the shower and there was only one restroom which makes it impossible to be ready before class starts. I left. Caz was the first cycling studio I have ever been introduced to -- probably one of the best cycling studios out here. I'm so sad that it's so far away from me but one of my friends is a regular here & I always try to come with her whenever we both work from home together. The studio itself is so clean. The air circulation here is amazing -- it doesn't feel stuffy when cycling like most places do. The staff & cycling instructors are incredibly kind, welcoming, and encouraging! I lovvv coming here because even the energy is so motivating. If I lived closer I would definitely get a membership here -- the environment in which you workout is so important and it's so uplifting coming to this studio :-) PS they give you a week of free cycling on their website. Just make sure to cancel before the 8th day or they will charge you. But this is a cycling studio everyone needs to try out at least once. I'll be back soon! read more

This is my first time writing a negative review. This 2 week "trial" is very misleading. I signed up expecting a simple two-week trial, and instead my card was charged right away. Nowhere was it made clear that this meant enrolling in a membership with immediate billing. That's not a trial. That's confusing at best and deceptive at worst. Be careful before giving them your credit card information. Never coming here again. Worst customer service. read more

Wow, I am addicted! Personally this is by far the best cycle studios here in So Cal! I have taken Sara and Jordy classes! BOTH are amazing and both make you leaving with a great attitude even after a killer class. Sara is very uplifting but also will kick you butt in class! She is tough but like a good tough! The parking structures require resident access. I guess most of the cycling students are also residents of the surrounding apartment complex. - Front lobby is narrow. In between classes, with all the students coming and going, the small lobby gets almost rubbing-shoulders crowded. - Memorize your designated seat before going in, cuz they don't post the seat map inside the bikeroom. And the bikes aren't labeled. Tip: When your instructor is helping adjust your bike to fit you, remember to ask how to get off. The shoes are designed to stick into the bike pedals. read more

I liked the instructor's playlist and the bikes themselves felt nice. However, it was definitely not a top studio for me (I've ridden at several). The choreography felt chaotic and a bit unsafe and/or hard to follow at times. Additionally, when I asked the front desk if they had a station to fill water, all she said was "no." It was crazy to me that a workout studio doesn't have water available. Also feels unsafe if someone were to get dehydrated or overheated. read more

Looooove love love this spin studio. There's a huge variety of coaches who each have their own strengths whether it's more conditioning focused, choreo, or themed rides. I like this place because there's no leaderboard or weird competition between riders, everyone is just focused on improving themselves and we aren't compared to one another. On top of everything, all of the coaches are super kind and take the effort to get to know everyone in their classes! Would highly recommend for any first timers. read more

Not beginner friendly! I'm nowhere near a beginner, i've ridden podium at multiple spin studios, but I did not enjoy the class I took today because of how complex the choreography was with very little explanation. The choreography was far more than just tap backs and push ups. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take classes here for their first spin class. The instructor was very sweet and enthusiastic, and tried to get me to partake in the choreography. She was very chaotic, which is fine. I'm sure some people enjoy that energy! She made me feel very welcomed & and everyone at the studio did as well. The class has lots of bikes, so bikes are very available if you decide to go last minute. The bikes are stacked directly back to back so if someone in front of you is on their period and has a smelly period, you'll smell it for sure. you can also feel the person behind you breathing on you consistently. Not my fav spin studio on earth even though I tried to be pretty open minded. read more

Should have known that free week unlimited trial was too good to be true. They know what they are doing by sneakily adding in the fact that a membership that costs $89 is going to automatically renew after the trial is over. Not advertised anywhere of course. On top of that the instructors were not good at instructing at all except for Jordy she was great!! Otherwise the others are just there for the people who are regulars and part of their "caz cycle family" I felt like I just wasn't meant to be there not very welcoming at all and this is my 7th studio so I have a good idea of how the culture and vibe should be and normally absolutely love each one but this place is black listed for me unfortunately....
