I LOVE this place! It's super fun, affordable, and they have great instructors! I always book on class pass and class is always packed. Parking is kind of challenging because it's just a popular and busy plaza but not too bad. They provide you shoes if you don't have your own which I love! Other places charge you 3-5 bucks! On a side note... I recently went to hot Pilates and forgot my towel. I asked if I could borrow one but she wanted to charge me $13 bucks? I didn't want to spend that much on a towel when I have so many at home, so I proceeded to take the class and was sweating all over the mat... I know pretty disgusting. I guess I could've rented for $13, but I already said no, so I doubled down on it. They saw the situation and didn't offer it as a one time courtesy. Probably won't be back. Anywho, shout out to my girl Hanin who works the front desk here. She was sooo accommodating and helped me get in class even though I was waitlisted! I'm a regular here now, and I can't say enough good things about Full Psycle. The community is amazing, and I've actually made friends here just by coming to class. Every single instructor and the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly, but I absolutely love Brian's classes the most-- his classes are great for all levels, choreo is easy to follow, and his music makes you feel like you're at the club. Special shoutouts to Marissa, PK, Jennaca, Taylor, Shanell, Sam, and Holly for always bringing the best energy. Spin is my favorite cardio because it lets me just turn off my brain and forget about everything outside for 45 minutes--or 60 if you take Jennaca's Friday power hour. The vibe in the dark room with the bright lights, loud music, and heavy-duty fans is perfect (and honestly, I'm a massive fan of the fans). Plus, their filtered water machine is so cold and refreshing it's practically reason enough to come back on its own. If you start coming regularly, I highly recommend ordering a pair of TIEM spin shoes through the studio when they place orders every couple of months. They come right with the cleats included, and it makes a huge difference having your own pairs. The loaners aren't too bad though, and they're included in your class reservation! read more

Full Psyche was incredibly welcoming to me for my first class. I was immediately greeted, given my shoes (free rental), and adjusted/fitted into my bike. If you've taken many different spin/cycling classes, this is one that is focused on metrics rather than theatrics. There are screens showing your performance live. Although it wasn't a pointedly beginners class (and there were many veterans in the room), they do a very thorough job of explaining what everything means. My instructor was very inclusive, gave clear instructions, and delivered a very followable class. She knew folks by name, and even remembered us first timers'. I liked that arms were incorporated throughout the session rather than after 3/4 of it (and your arms are too tired to move even a 3 lb dumbbell lol). It took a second for me to understand that I wasn't achieving "Power" because I wasn't used to keeping my resistance so high. But, overall, it was a very accessible class! read more

I use to weigh 300lbs. I was depressed and scared for my health. I started coming to full Psycle because I liked the idea of being able to sit and because I saw a lot of fit gils go there. It was the perfect place for me. I could clap and cheer when i was tired so i still felt i was participating, and I slowly started picking up the rhythm and the coordination. I haven't been to a full psycle since 2020, when COVID shut down businesses and so I had some credits left that I asked the owner to put on pause until I was ready to return when COVID didn't require wearing masks and the outbreak was close to low numbers. I had tried reaching back out last year, sometime in 2022 to try and resume my remaining ride classes but the owner or staff didn't reply back to me. Time had passed by, until I saw a IG ad and it looked like they had a new location. That I had been emailing their old location that had closed down. I reached out via IG messenger and asked if they can activate my remaining classes. They provided me their new email address, and someone got back to me within 3 days. They honored my remaining classes as I had showed my old emails with the previous owner about putting it on hold. I was able to book my class for this week, felt like 1st class since it has been almost 4 years that I have taken their class. I booked it for 3/19/24 at 5:15 with Taylor. Their new location is much smaller for the check-in lobby but they had benches right outside their studio to place on your cycling shoes. I really like that this company offers complimentary shoes for the class. They have cubbies inside the class room, so you can place your personal belongings in there. Its amazing how many bikes they can fit in the studio and not feel so cramped, for how much smaller it is compared to the location I used to go to at Bella Terra. They had weights 2,3,4 & 5lbs. A bathroom on the other side of the room as well as their filtered water station. The class was completely full, which was great to see so many signed up for the class. The energy Taylor gave was awesome! I could really hear her motivation and push to keep going and work harder in the class. I felt like it was a mental break from everything going on and only focused on my workout with Taylor there to remind me to keep riding and moving. It was a great playlist too, which kept me on beat. After class, Taylor gets the group engaged by letting us guess how many songs were on her playlist for our class, person who guesses correctly, wins a $5 Starbucks giftcard from her. It was a great incentive to take her class, if its something she does for every class. Overall, this location works out better because its less further drive from work and home to attend classes here. Bella Terra would have been out of the way, so glad the location change happened. I find Full Psycle such a rewarding, fun and motivating place to gain some fitness. What they offer for their classes and the energy they bring is much better than any other cycle class out there. Came to try this boutique spin studio and it did not disappoint!! As someone who spins fairly regularly, I reallly enjoyed coming here. The instructor was amazing and everyone was just so nice, came up to introduce themselves and just say hello. I love that there was such a positive vibe in there!! The class was a great workout - it pushed me but I also felt like I was able to keep up but still challenge myself. I like that they have some statistics on the television so you can see how you are doing but it's not the main focus of the entire class. They do have arms incorporated into the workout. The bikes are a bit different from the usual ones you'd see at soul cycle and cycle bar but I didn't have any issues with them. They have water for purchase as well. Since I forgot my water bottle, I purchased a water for $3. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot and the studio is easy to find. I highly recommend coming here! read more

I visited this studio for the first time and was greeted by the owner- Jennaca , instructor- Sheyenne, and receptionist- Nevaeh who were all very welcoming. I cycle regularly at another studio and with Peloton and they still took the time to get me set up on the bike and familiar with the studio amenities, no hesitation. I felt very comfortable here as a newbie. They also checked in with EVERY member that came in - new or regular. This is so nice to see, especially when it's someone's first time trying something new. I feel like some fitness studios don't take the time to do this. It looks like their new location looks a bit smaller than their previous one (from photos), but I was here to workout, not hang out in a locker room. They have a clean restroom, cubbies, and the best part...a REFILLABLE WATER STATION (located next to the restroom). This is a big plus for me because I forget to fill up before I leave work. I took Sheyenne's class on Thursday night and I loooved her bubbly energy. She checked in with everyone before the class started to make sure everyone was set. She explained/demonstrated the movements and choreography clearly and was very encouraging, even though it felt like we were dying. The coolest thing is the TV with your personal stats and metrics. It takes a couple minutes to understand but I thought it was cool to see your personal output. And if you're competitive, it's motivating. +: reserved bikes, clean studio, refillable water station, awesome staff. - : no towels...but you'll live. If you have a lot of anxiety and feel immense pressure to be a team player and pull your weight, man is this the class for you. Jokes aside, Full Psycle is my favorite spin studio in OC! I love that they have the board up with all the bikes to show you your stats. It's a great motivator and it usually lets me know I'm slacking and need to go harder LOL. I've loved all the instructors I've had so far. They have great energy and pick out the best music! The light effects are the most fun I've ever seen at a spin studio, the bikes they use are one of my favorite (compared to other spin studios in the area), and they provide shoes for free! The different moves they incorporate to work out your arms and core are so fun and really keep the classes interesting. Full Psycle is the only studio I've been to where they do "activities" like odds and evens competing or trying to keep your pedaling to the beat of the song. So much more fun than "biking up a hill". I would totally get a membership if I lived closer but getting here in weekday traffic just isn't feasible for me. For now I'm looking forward to those weekend morning classes! read more

Marissa and Taylor are fantastic instructors and get 5 stars from me - I'd seriously give them 10 if I could! If you ever thought about taking a spin class, definitely attend one of their's. They are both so motivating and extremely sweet with great taste in music! However, my slightly negative review is specifically for the front desk staff that was checking people in on Monday morning (I believe her name is Z?). It was only my third time at this studio but it easily became one of my favorites on ClassPass because of how cheerful and welcoming the staff were. I even decided to bring my parents in so I could show them how great the studio was! And while my parents absolutely loved their experience with Marissa, we all agreed that Z(?) had an off, unwelcoming vibe. We arrived 20 minutes early, and instead of a hello, we were greeted with "name? " Like ok, it's Monday - I get it, but the vibe she gave was just a lot different than what I was used to, so it sucked that that was my parent's first impression of the studio (again, thank you Marissa for saving this entire experience). When it was my turn to check in, Z let me know that my email wasn't registered in the system and asked, "do you have another email?" I pulled up my Full Psycle account to show Z that I already had an active account that's linked to the email I use for ClassPass, and that I was already registered in the upcoming class. She responded with, "I know you're registered, but do you have another email?" in a more demanding way. Since she was so adamant about it and I was lowkey already on the verge of tears lol (I was just upset that this experience wasn't living up to the hype I had told my parents), I just gave a second email address and Z created a new account for me. So, instead of letting me attend the class after I showed her proof of an active Full Psycle account and registration, I now have TWO Full Psycle accounts because Z insisted my first email was the problem. I've never had an issue with my email and original account before so I don't really understand what happened. I'm also unsure of how this will affect my registration through ClassPass in the future and if I'll now be charged for "not attending" since I was re-registered in the morning class on a new Full Psycle account. It sucks when tech issues happen, but that's just life and I'm okay with that. I'm just feeling negative about Z's demeanor. I couldn't tell if she was being condescending, annoyed with the issue, or having a bad day, but whatever it was, she's a huge Monday-morning-mood killer for a place that usually gets me to leave feeling positive and more energized. I'm honestly really sad to post this review because aside from this off-experience, this studio and staff (minus Z) are truly amazing. read more

I've been a proud member of Full Psycle for the past 10 years and can confidently say there's no other studio like FP. From the moment you walk in you, the atmosphere is so inviting. The front desk staff are welcoming and kind and the cycle instructors are energetic, passionate, and fun. Each instructor has their own style of music, but you will find all types on the weekly schedule - EDM classics/trending, hip hop, rap, boyband, pop, etc. Also, there are some instructors that do themed rides (Drake vs Kendrick, NSYNC vs Backstreet Boys, Country EDM, etc.) - the list is endless! You may even find yourself riding to and enjoying a Tiesto EDC Mexico or Hardwell Ultra Miami music festival - the only studio I've seen play a festival on 2 tv screens and show your class numbers (rpm, power, speed, etc) on the other screens. There are both morning and evening classes during the week and morning classes on the weekend. Classes are 45 min, expect for the usual Friday PM "Power Hour" classes that push you for an hour. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a first-timer, the instructors meet you where you are. You can modify the rides at your own pace and there isn't pressure to push above your means. In a typical FP class there's usually a mix of individual, team, and group races, choreography (pushups, tap backs), and speed rhythm - plus a few rounds of hand weight routines to get that "full" workout ;) They're the only studio I'm aware of that provides free rental spin shoes. There is also a bathroom onsite. Just bring a water bottle (they have a refillable water station) and a towel, and you will have tons of fun! Could not recommend Full Psycle enough!! read more

Took a first class today booked through Class Pass. Note that the app will auto-assign you a bike at the front of the room, and your only option is to hope the receptionist can move you elsewhere when you arrive, if this is something that's relevant for you. Because of this, you also can't guarantee sitting next to a friend, if you're doing a class together. The facility is nice and clean, but very small. Parking will be easy M-F in the morning, but you will have to walk from the structure in the evenings or on weekends. 6/10 for front desk/service - I wasn't offered shoes, I had to ask for them. I was also left in the blue a bit by the front desk girl, who chuckled at my ignorance when I tried to walk into the classroom a mere 9 minutes before class started. At previous studios I've been able to walk right in. It's ok that you can't do that here, I wish I just would've had a better intro from the front desk without the snarky laugh! Upon leaving I got a free bag & plastic bottle with a "$50 credit that expires today", but I was never told what the credit was or could be used for, and I guess I'll never know since it expired today. Not great business practice. 10/10 for instructor - Jeannica was great! Very helpful in helping us get set up on the bike, was very clear in her instructions during class, and kept the motivation and high energy going. 7/10 for class - Not a big fan of the competitive leaderboard screen and the moving back and forth to different stats on the screen was confusing. There's so many metrics and different functions. They do light weights which was a nice touch and different from other studios. They do NOT provide towels, whereas I've had other studios provide both a sweat towel and an ice cold eucalyptus towel at the end. Overall I prefer the customer service/professionalism, facility size, first-timer instruction and support, free towels, and class structure of Bike2theBeat better. read more

I came to Full Psycle for the first time about 10 months ago after being introduced to it by some coworkers, and it has become a regular part of my everyday routine. I went from trying the two-week unlimited plan for new riders to buying the monthly unlimited package, and I've been going 3-5 times a week to this day. In just a matter of a couple months, I was saying goodbye to all of the college and relationship weight that I put on throughout the last few years and more. The Amenities - Full Psycle offers all of the accommodations you can think of (except shower rooms). They have complimentary shoes, ear plugs, hair ties, dry spray, hair brushes, lockers, and cold post-workout eucalyptus towels. AAAAND they just renovated their studio last weekend (3/9/18 - 3/12/18) so they have new floors, new bikes, new shoes, and a wider instructor's podium! The bikes are MUCH stronger, sturdier, and more standardized than the old bikes (remember to click the "on" button at the top of the bike to show up on the screens!). The instructor's podium now fits two bikes in case there are two instructors leading the class, which I think is a great addition! The People - Everyone here is super welcoming and friendly - the instructors, front desk receptionists (psy girls/guys) and even the riders! My personal favorite instructors are Kristie, E-man, and Marcus because I love their music and energy. However, I've also been to classes taught by Allie, Giana, Shelly, Whitney, Kris (when he subs), and PK (when he subs), and they're all equally amazing in their own way. Every class is very similar, but I recommend trying out all of the instructors and you will see that their music and teaching style do vary from each other in one way or another. The Classes - There are two big screens up on top at the front of the class that show you your performance. They show your bike number, pedal speed (rpm), and your rank relative to the other riders according to your energy (power over time). The higher the power/resistance, the higher the energy. The resistance is controlled by the red knob on the bike. There are individual and team races, choreo and jumps, and weight sessions to work out those arms. The classes here offer a full-body workout and are especially PERFECT for anyone with a competitive nature. Plus, your results are immediately emailed to you right after each class! Full Psycle also does challenges every once in a while to spice up your workout experience and earn rewards (e.g. 30x challenge in Nov 2017, 200-mile challenge in Jan 2018, 8000-calorie HR challenge in Mar 2018). I honestly had no idea what spin class was a year ago, but I'm so glad I mustered up the willpower to try it out because I don't know what I'd be without it (30 pounds heavier, actually!). I've been going to the HB studio for several months now and all the instructors are super high energy. Jenneca and Ryan are some of my favorites in terms of instructors and also music they play. The bikes don't feel outdated and the studio always feel clean. They use extra lights during the class so it feels more like a club in there than some other studios. They also do plenty of choreography which I like to distract me from how tired I am . The studio utilizes big TVs at the front of the room that tracks different metrics for everyone's bikes. It's definitely good for people who prefer a bit of competiveness to their group classes. They have plenty of times available every day so I usually can find a time that works with my schedule. They have a variety of classes that are slight variations of the normal cycling class that change up monthly, so make sure to check their website or Instagram to see which day has which class. The studio is within Bella Terra so parking can be harder to find closer to peak hours but I've found parking to be super easy on weekend mornings. Make sure to remember to bring a water bottle and sweat towel! They have a water machine to fill up your bottle in the lobby as well as lockers to put your stuff in. The lobby itself is pretty small but there are benches outside to wait/ change your shoes as well. If you forget your cycling shoes, they'll rent you shoes for free! Had a chance to pop in here and check out Marcus' class and wow was I impressed. About 3 minutes in I immediately felt transported to the Electric Sky. The bass hit me so hard in my chest, it floored my ego leaving me breathless as I collapsed into the saddle, sweating, begging for another sprint. The thing about this phenomenal indoor cycling studio is the metrics. Being able to see my power, energy, RPM's and rank are the true highlights of being a true Full Psyclist. Be sure to always grab your weights on the way in so you don't get labeled as a Half Psyclist. Pick those weights up with Big Poppa Mar shouts at ya!
