I signed up at this location on March 30. The classes and instructors are great, and I truly enjoyed my experience. However, the classes I need have become much harder to book at the times that work for me, and the studio is also a bit of a drive from where I live. I was already planning to switch to the Manteca studio once it opens, but I didn't realize that I would need an All Access membership to attend different Club Pilates locations. Because of that, I decided to cancel my membership at the Tracy studio. I understand that the membership agreement requires a 30-day written cancellation notice. I prepared a cancellation letter, printed two copies, dated it July 26, and personally delivered it to the studio on July 27. The employee at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to send an email instead. I explained that the cancellation policy states the notice must be in writing, and I was aware that my membership would continue through August 27 because of the 30-day notice requirement. I asked her to simply sign and date my extra copy of the letter as proof that I had delivered it. She refused, saying she would make sure the appropriate person received it and that someone would email me. As of today, I still have not received any confirmation that my cancellation has been processed. It's disappointing because everyone was very helpful when I was signing up, but the cancellation process has been frustrating and lacks communication. So excited to have Club Pilates in Tracy! The studio is brand new with about 12 reformers inside. It can host 1 class at a time. I recently joined them for their intro class and felt very welcomed and didn't feel pressured to purchase a membership I wasn't comfortable with. I can't wait to take more classes here and am looking forward to the schedule expanding to include more times and options as the studio grows. Although they just opened, the schedule gets booked out quickly. Make sure to park on the Starbucks side of the parking lot to get to the front of the studio - the back door is usually locked! read more

Sadly areas under the reformer are full of dust and dirty. They don't clean them. Never answer the phone so here goes the 5 star customer service. Only a couple instructors who knows Pilate well and they create that environment in the class, some of them look like they just needed any job. They don't even look fit themselves. read more

It's been a month since this place opened. The staff and instructors are all welcoming and helpful. The place is always clean and tidy and plenty of grip socks selection should you forget yours (or forget to do laundry like I did). I took advantage of the founding member unlimited package option and haven't had any issues with scheduling. All of the classes are at level 1 and 1.5 since they just opened, but it's been shared that they will continue to assess and ask for feedback so level 2 classes will be layered in the schedule. In the meantime, the level 1 and 1.5 classes truly help with keeping the proper form and getting familiar with all the equipment. There's been a few check-ins and they've asked for feedback which you can tell they take seriously. My favorite classes have been are the Cardio Sculpt 1.5, Saturday morning Reformer Flow classes with Brianna are always a treat, and Trinity's 6am classes have been consistently great. Overall, I'd recommend and looking forward to new levels when they're ready to introduce. read more

This location has amazing trainers and the staff is so nice! I really love the way it clears my mind at the end of a busy day. I've started seeing difference in my body! I lost my love handles and I sit up much taller! My thighs have also leaned down as well as my arms. You really build strength here with all the different movements. This is wonderful place filled with good vibes and good people. I love it here! read more

I dropped in for a couple of classes while traveling nearby. Trinity's classes not only had me feeling amazing (being in the presence of her warm personality & bright energy was such a delightful way to start my morning), but her & the lead instructor, Amanda, were the absolute sweetest! They were so accommodating and attentive given I'm 8 months pregnant. They both went lengths to make sure I was practicing Pilates safely, and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Note: there are some policies/limitations around which classes you can take while pregnant so be sure to check with the studio before booking. Wish I lived closer! read more

I really didn't want to even give club Pilates Tracy 1 star but I can't post otherwise . I signed up for the free intro class to see if I would like it, never having done Pilates before & it was good. I signed myself & my husband up, of course they had a deal going on so it made it easier. Unfortunately with work schedules and nobody to watch our kids it wasn't working out. The studio is also all the way across town not making it the most convenient if I tried to just do an early morning or evening class. I didn't realize it would conflict with my schedule so much. That was not the issue, everything honestly seemed pretty easy except maybe the times it availability of classes you wanted but not bad. It wasn't until I decided I needed to cancel for myself & husband as it wound just being wasted money. I went down to the studio to cancel in person. The girl behind the desk was polite but was not very helpful & kind of brushed me off as not much she could for me. She said I needed to dancer via email that was only way....so sorry can't help you, you have to just email. The girl gave the email & sent a cancellation request & requested email confirmation. I went back to the studio because I had not seen a response in a weeks plus time, but the studio was closed. I noticed my credit card was charged & my membership showed active. I send a 2nd email, again no response. I figured I would have to take time off work to go down to studio again to see someone in person. Tonight I received a text from someone at the studio who was polite & apologetic and informed me my emails were going to SPAM!! This lady confirmed I was sending to correct email address but apparently they were not seen. Hopefully club Pilates Tracy addresses this appropriately, I did not have a bad experience until needing to cancel. Sending review in case anyone else decided to cancel their membership, send email then call & speak to someone- get their name or go down there in person & confirm cancellation went through. read more

This is a new facility and the trainers are mostly good. The problem with this place is its policies and if they continue like this, I don't foresee them as a long term business in the area. Scheduling classes is a pain if you don't take the unlimited package. Even with unlimited package they cap it at 15 class bookings at a time and you have to keep scheduling every time you finish one class as they add class credit after using. This system many a times makes it hard to schedule classes as by the time you try to schedule again many of the evening and weekend classes are all booked and you are then waitlisted. Despite paying $259 a month for the unlimited package if for any reason you are not able to make it to class they charge $25 additionally and for canceling under 12 hours prior to class they charge $15. Not at all customer friendly and they don't seem to care about making it right either. read more
