On a more personal note, I must give Heather and Martine a special 'shout-out' for their special abilities to instruct and modify movements for someone like myself with long-term injuries. I cannot express how much I love going to this studio! The instructors do a great job explaining how to do each exercise and make sure no one in the class gets left behind. They have balanced being able to run seamlessly smooth classes and still do an incredible job to strengthen the core muscles with the exercises. I never did pilates before joining this studio, so it was a whole new world to me. If you haven't done pilates before either, they have a free 30 minute intro class that you can sign up for online or with them over the phone. I did the intro class and immediately saw how pilates is a different way to exercise that doesn't include running miles and miles to stay in shape. After 3 months of pilates classes, I can confidently say I have slimmed down, my abs have re-appeared, and I have new strength in my arms that I never had before! To sign up for a class, call the studio for your first time. The employees can show you how to download the club pilates app and be able to sign up for classes through the app. Using the club pilates app is a life saver and super user friendly, I love it! There are 3 levels of different 50 minute classes offered every day by different instructors. I personally found particular classes to be more of my cup of tea than others, but I recommend figuring out for yourself which classes you love and which ones you don't love as much. Each instructor has a different teaching style, which is amazing! You will never take the exact same pilates class because each instructor will change up their exercises from class to class - so refreshing! This studio has pretty much become my second home and second family throughout the past 3 & 1/2 months. I attended this studio for over 6 months. Before and after the pandemic I would say the studio is very clean. The instructors are very knowledgeable and love to challenge each member. I joined this gym to recover from hip and lower back pain. The only requirement is grip socks. The experience was lovely. I learned proper form and built strength in my upper and lower body. It's low impact and yet I still found myself sweating after most classes. I recommend trying multiple classes and instructors. Some are more patient than others. All will challenge and teach you new skills. Downside: price and contract flexibility is what ultimately led me to try other gyms. I like the flexibility to upgrade and down grade each month depending on my work availability and activity. Each time you change your monthly membership you renew a 3 month contract. After the pandemic the membership rules changed to where members with the ultimate package could visit other studios. I recommend checking this studio out especially if you want to build strength or have injuries that prevent from high impact activities. read more

Management is terrible. I scheduled a private class. They asked if I could come at a certain time and I said yes. When I showed up there was no instructor and management said we never confirmed with you. Then they refused to give me my money back when they were the ones that did not show up!!! Then they forwarded me the contract that I signed saying no refunds. Only problem was that I never received or signed a contract! So, someone signed my name to a contract!!!! Then I kept receiving an email saying my payment was past due! I have no clue what that would be for when I never committed to anything. read more

Im a 100% committed to Pilates as I discovered it over 5 years ago and then needed back surgery. I had a one level fusion and was lucky enough to have a great instructor go virtual with me during covid. With that said I joined Club Pilates in June 2021with an unlimited membership and have been going religiously to the Delray West Studio , and love it. The are super friendly and its very clean! But one day they had to rearrange their instructors so I upgraded to a Passport membership giving me the ability to go to other clubs. That is when I booked myself to the Boca Location on Palmetto Park Road. Its dirty, the reformers are not taken care of and they lack staff. I dealt with it because I love pilates and needed to make sure I was taking a certain level class on Mondays. But then something went wrong with their booking system ( which the owner acknowledged with me over the phone) , and I was charged $10 x 2 for classes that I canceled inside the 12 hou window ( 1 hour late) because I got into classes at my home studio. I asked for a refund and they refused. It's not like I am asking for too much, and its not like I am not a loyal member. I had to escalate to the owner and she was so rude to me and refused to issue refund giving me over 10 reasons why she needed the money. Sad story. Its not about the money, it is about the principle. I never cancel and this could have been an exception. I did not cancel because I couldn't go , I got in to classes in my home studio late so I had no choice because I could not be in 2 places at one time. I do not recommend this particular location ( Boca on Palmetto) because they dont have the professionalism to own a studio in the same capacity as my experiences like Delray and West Hollywood California ( which i went to while on vacation). I hope after reading this they change their policies because I do love having the flexibility of going to more than one studio. Its a bad experience and I hope no one has the same kind that I did. read more

I had an awful experience because the manager Erika, lied to me. Apparently she can send me text messages about canceling when I had Covid but when I confirmed that I was well and the teacher ROSEMARY agreed to meet me for my private lesson , Both of them were nowhere to be found. I have been a member at Club Pilates since February. I started with the 8 sessions per month membership and switched to unlimited after the first month. The other members are very nice and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have noticed a big difference in my body since doing Pilates. I feel stronger and my posture has improved. I've been going to Club Pilates South for 7 months now. Since the pandemic, they really took the necessary precautions to make everyone feel safe coming back. Using special products to clean all the equipment, spacing out classes, limiting the class sizes and alternating the machines used between classes. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and help with modifications if needed. They have many different classes as well as levels to choose from. They also provide private classes for just you and an instructor or even online group classes. The app makes it very easy for you to pick out a class that works best with your schedule, it also allows you to check in for the class which is great for 'social distancing' practices. My new favorite thing in 2020... Pilates!! Started in January because I had just moved to the area and jt was conveniently close to my house. The same day I took my intro class I returned for a night class because I knew I loved the feeling. I am a 3x ACL reconstruction, therefore typical exercise is hard and nerve racking for me. At Club Pilates I feel so confident and relaxed. The movements and workouts are different everyday and I get sore in places I didn't even know I could such as between my ribs?!! I love that with my membership comes an instructor at every class, a reservation to keep me accountable and make sure I go, and also even though there is a room full of people I don't feel watched or uncomfortable at all. My experience with this studio was terrible. Teachers are very good and very nice. Management however is horrible. They need to attend a customer satisfaction class urgently. I signed up and became a regular, practicing almost every day. After almost 5 months of practicing pilates classes I arrived 5 minutes late to one class. The staff at the front desk told me I could not join the class. I could not believe it since I had seen many people join class even later than 5 minutes on multiple occasions. I called the manager to try to get a one time exception, but the answer was no. They just said they decided to enforce their late to class rule. I find this studio to be extremely expensive for what they offer, basically just the reformer. Now I go to Vault Fitness and for a little more money I get so much more. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the variety and quality of all the classes is impressive. There is no comparison. Don't waste your money at club pilates. read more

LOVE Club Pilates!! Have been a member since they opened; I have gotten stronger, more flexible and had terrible back problems when I joined that are now almost completely nonexistent. I am challenged every day with a never ending variety of workouts that make me feel so accomplished. Classes are small (12 reformers) so there is a community vibe and I look forward to seeing my friends at each workout and now outside the studio. MAJOR shoutouts to instructors Leslie D, Lisa FB, Tara T and Sheree A who taught me the basics of Pilates with precision and patience, and push me past where I ever thought possible. I've been going to Club Pilates Boca South since they opened. I'm in love with their concept! I'm even more impressed with how they have handled covid. The only safer place is on your couch at home! "But not really". It's important to do Pilates and get off your couch! You can feel safe with this place! They take the guidelines and follow them 200% . The new GM has great energy and took great care of me when the new app failed! I'm really their because the team inspires me! I don't know them all but I can name a few. Tara takes every class like it's your own private! She has taught me so much! Lisa inspires me to work as Hard no matter what level class I take, you can feel the love of her art. Leslie taught me Pilates when I first moved to boca 9 years ago, she treats you like a friend and always remembers your name. Wadha is a gem she glides you though the class with such a beautiful way about her and she makes you move with poise. Shawn is the newest to me I can't put my finger on why I love his classes. I just started my membership at Club Pilates and i love it! I have never done Pilates before and the trainers are so patient and helpful!

This club had been calling me for months to come in for a trial Pilates Class so finally I consented and went in the other day. NO one was at the Front Desk to welcome me. I decided to use the Restroom and since a class was still going on, I stood by the Restroom and saw some dumbells. I picked up a 5LB. weight and a few minutes later a guy came back and told me to sign in. The next thing I knew, there was this tall skinny Instructor who finished the Class and started yelling at me in front of the other people who finished the Class. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE. I was a Professional Dancer, taught Mat Pilates and teach Senior Exercise and NEVER was DISCOURTEOUS to anyone. I told her that I was leaving NEVER TO RETURN. There are many PILATES Studios, too bad I had to write this Unfavorable Review. ZERO STARS. read more

I was TERRIFIED I'm not going to lie for someone whose getting back into the mojo of things especially when it comes to exercise, going straight into the hard core things I was worried! But not to worry because recently my friend signed me up for the complimentary class they have and it was actually a lot of fun. Fun in the sense that it did not feel like a workout where you want to die the next day. Within that class we did a full body circuit and it felt amazing. The people who work there are amazing and super nice! You actually feel welcomed compared to other places where you sometimes feel ashamed. The place had good vibes and made you feel calm and the equipment is well kept and clean. I also like the fact that if you have or had any injuries they would accommodate to you so that you get the same workout but you are still safe and not injuring yourself even more. Overall my experience was amazing and I am defiantly going to continue taking classes because I felt amazing after that class. So if your looking for a nice workout go here.
