The Norman course just doesn't do it for me anymore. Flat and in the low lying area of the property so the conditions can be dicey at times. Fun the first coupe of times but after a while most of the holes start looking like each other. It has either OB or hazards on either side of narrow fairways. They also narrow in where your drive goes on the majority of the par 4s. Very tough if you aren't hitting the ball well off the tee. Around the greens are bunkers or some Pete Dye like shaved areas. I'm sure this place is great if you stay here or are a member, but they don't treat tournament rounds very well. On this particular day, the greens on the RTJ 2 course were perfect and I was excited to play there. But there was a "scheduling mishap," so we were switched to the Norman course last minute. First off, I almost dropped out because I'm not a fan on the Norman course. What was truly disappointing was they just aerated and sanded the greens days before, and they did the tee boxes the week before. Greens were terrible. Not sure why Lansdowne would schedule 100 or so golfers on a course that looks like that. Fairways were also bad in spots but that's acceptable considering the weather we've had this year. Only fairway that was in terrible shape (crabgrass) was the par 5 on the far end of the course. Let's just say it wasn't worth the entry fee or the drive. I've been here a bunch of times and the customer service is very visible but not always very welcoming. It just gets worse every year. The pro shop is very well stocked but overpriced. The range is great but it's a struggle to find golf balls to hit. They have three putting greens, just don't use the one right next to the upper level of the range. It's a great property and I want to like it as I used to. But it's not a place I'd go out of my way to visit anymore.

This is a great place to find used sports equipment. They carry a ton of different sports…read moreequipment- basketball, soccer, football, hockey, figure skating, lacrosse, golf and probably a dozen other I forgot about. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are pretty reasonable if you know what you are looking for. There are a few issues though. First, the store is way overstuffed with equipment, to the point where its almost hard to move around. The prices are OK for some things, but overpriced for others- you can tell they are not necessarily experts in certain sports (stay away from the tennis rackets, most are ancient for example.) They also don't pay very well for equipment, but that's not unexpected- after all, they need to make a profit. Overall, its a good place to shop for equipment rather than always buying new.

I believe in reuse. It's the best way to save money and the planet…read more I've used Play It Again for many years in many locations to exchange kids bikes, get new to us sports equipment. It saves me the hassle of craigslist or eBay especially for stuff that I can't ship. I've used this local shop to get of old figure skates that don't fit anymore and get roller blades for my son to try and see if he likes it. Saves on the expense of a hobby tried but decided that "he's not into it". Parking is good in this mall. The shop is average size for the Play It Again shops I've been in before. However, it is jam packed with stuff, like every square inch - not for the claustrophobic. Staff is pretty helpful and service is good.
