I have a RAD Power Bike (ebike) that kept getting flat tires every 7-10 days. I finally brought the bike to 90+ this past October and they figured out the issue right away. (A little piece of wire that was hiding somewhere near where the spokes entered the wheel.) They just fixed it, didn't try to upsell me anything else. I developed an instant trust and respect for these guys' bike knowledge.

Even across video, her energy reached through the screen and turned my knob to the right, several times. At the end of the ride, her reflection time hit me hard. For virtual classes, you are sent a link in advance of class. The instructor know you are there and you have the option to stay on or off camera. 50 minutes of hard work and joy with a talented instructor and rising star! The next visit, I was greeted and assisted by multiple staff. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and great at remembering names! I love the atmosphere and lighting of the studio. They definitely maintain the location very well. Everything was organized and clean. My first ride, I loved the use of the weight bar in between cycling. I also enjoyed Nora and Isaiah's classes. While I didn't enjoy the connect class (too much choreography to follow!) I loved the playlists and energy. Would I return? for sure!

Great music combined with awesome fitness & dance moves makes for a fantastic class where you don't feel like you're working out. I drive about an hour every Tuesday just to come to this class. It was my first time trying spin and I've been hooked since. The instructors are amazing - I mainly go to Kelly Berger's (owner of the studio) or Brookie's classes because it works the best with my schedule but you can't go wrong with any of them. It's a fun atmosphere and the instructors are super motivating and encouraging. The classes are always challenging but so worth it. You'll definitely leave sweaty but will feel amazing and refreshed from such a great workout and tonight's Monday session with Kelly was no exception. I came here using a 7-day pass…read more Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the 7 days is effective as soon as the pass is emailed. Upon signing up for the 7 day pass, I received a text from Amir. Luckily, he was flexible and let me come at the end of March. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Isaac, who was extremely friendly and informative. We went through the entire walk through, and on my 2nd visit, he went over the prices. The only thing I didn't like is that they take down all the information from our Driver's License even if it's just a trial. Since this is considered a boutique gym, the classes are the main focus and driver for memberships. They get crazy busy and packed, but are only held at certain times of the day..and not Friday evenings. The classes include (but with different names): yoga, boxing, cycling and CS4. I was only able take one class--Ride with Lauren--and WOW it was fun and vibrant! I came back another day for leg day to try out the equipment. I was very fascinated by the TechnoGym equipment--beautiful, unique machines and all in pristine condition. There were SO MANY options for upper, lower, cardio, etc. Additionally, there is a separate cross fit area, where they hold classes and it is open to members. There is a recovery section, which includes compression sleeves, cryotherapy and massage chairs, which are convenient but I believe separate from the monthly gym membership. Also, there is a spa, whcih is definitely 3rd party and not included in the monthly membership. There is 2 hour parking available in the garage, which is validated at the front desk.

I've been to a few classes here - like Arlington, it depends on who your instructor is but I'd say I like the Arlington instructors better. That said, many teach here, too, so you can catch them. Also, there have rarely been waitlists at this location for classes compared to Arlington which is now seemingly always full. The showers here feel super small and I'm not sure if the saunas are co-ed or not. The locker room set-up is odd and I didn't want to risk being seen naked by entering into a sauna where men could also go. I'll explore next time I'm clothed. Parking is free when validated but is usually pretty easy. I think the manager who worked there last year and was a nightmare is gone, so everyone I interacted with was super nice.

The sense of community, the confidence you gain from every ride, the sense of belonging and inclusion are all why I keep coming back every week! I've tried other studios but none compare. This is a "come as you are and that's just enough" space and I could not be more grateful for it! My experiences at the gyms were fine, they at least got me into cycling, but they are nothing compared to the energy and professionalism you get from REV. The staff is all really friendly, I've done a few classes now with two different instructors, both were amazing in their own ways. I'd definitely recommend checking out REV! You can rent shoes there (you can also wear your own personal cycling shoes or your own sneakers). My only comment is that I'd love to see more of the themed rides (like the musical "blank vs blank") in the 7 am weekday slots - as this girl is not a 6 am cycler!
