The special education program there is outstanding the teachers the support staff everyone is awesome they greet my son every day they communicate with me well which I did not receive in previous schools or school districts. In the beginning it was rough at first but once you get to know my kid and my family everything worked out well we're very hands-on Tell us what needs to happen and we will get it done to have a positive outcome. They bring students together and promote a positive learning environment. They have a great leadership program, great academic options, sports, band, clubs and many opportunities. Our kids have all grown up here and turned out great thanks to the teachers and staff who have always shown a high degree of professionalism and a unique ability to connect with and teach our kids. The staff treats the children and parents like family and their hands on style of teaching gets great results and seems to get through to the kids in a way that cannot be achieved in the overcrowded classrooms of the city. Clovis may be a way of life, but Foothill is a way of success. Crazy Bernie could live anywhere in the world, but I choose Prather, and feel very good about the Sierra school district teaching my Son, Granddaughters and soon to be born Grandson.

The sense of community and the enthusiasm to learn that they instill in these children to SOAR like eagles is off the charts! As a family we are looking forward to our child going through all the grade levels here and are excited about the education being received! We joke about how it feels like a private education! Every year they are in session it gets better and better. The staff is amazing, and the fellow parents are wonderful. This past year our fourth grader went on classroom field trips including the Carmel Mission, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and the San Jose Tech museum. My youngest was on the football team last year. I have sat in on Friday Chapel, and it is uplifting for the soul. I can't speak highly enough regarding Clovis Christian Schools.

I can't understand why these teachers don't go find another job if they don't like what they do. Oh wait, it's probably because they have Zero accountability at this school. Granted there probably are some great teachers there too, but the bad ones will ruin the reputation of the entire school. Having been through the public school system here, it was an easy decision to choose this school for my children. No racism, no drugs, no woke agendas. All stuff I had to deal with growing up in public schools. The kids are confident in their faith and represent the ideals and purity of Islam as Muslims. They discuss everything they offer and all options they have. For example, if you are looking for after school program they will talk with you about Campus Club program, ASES, sport options, and others to help you fill that time spot. They've called me to let me know I had a credit owed to me from my daughter's launch account, which I thought was nice. I have been in other districts where you have to ASK for your money back and they try and give you the run around. All the office staff has been incredibly kind even though they are constantly busy. I like that the District officials take time to go to every school. My kids know who their Superintendent is! Each school I have visited in this District has been well maintained. I think this shows that they do care about ALL the school no matter what side of town you live on. Their test scores are high as well. It is my goal to keep my kids in this school district :)

They will split up your children making it impossible to get them to school on time, yet demand you comply with the school. They blame the school and the school blames them, truly not knowing which is the true culprit. 2 years ago I got my son approved to stay at his current site and my younger two had their open enrollments accepted. Now knowing fully well that Sherene Malan had approved my son to stay and that it would be for his best interest to stay because of his IEP, student services and the poop-hole that is riverview elementary have decided to split up my kids again, and expect me to be at two places at the same time 12 miles apart!!! So the word and promise I was given by student services is absolute garbage. People talk so much crap about Fresno Unified and Central Unified when the truth is Clovis Unified school district is an absolute joke! I have never dealt with a more dysfunctional office/district full of liars and inept people able to have any form of COMMON SENSE!!! My friend and I had our children at this school, we thought it would provide a better education…read morethan even the Clovis North school district but we were both wrong. First they wanted me to pay a "donation" (bribe) to move my child to kindergarten, I was appalled and immediately moved my child to a Clovis North school 2 blocks from home. My friend's daughter on the other hand was battered and had a black eye and concussion from another student and the school did not inform her at all, her daughter told her when she was picked up from school! She had to call the police and make a report which they said will ne referred to the district attorney for child neglect. Even daycare centers have a mandate to report injuries, this school should honestly be shut down. The diocese does not supervise the principal who is not even on site half the time which was a shock to the diocese who said she isn't allowed to leave grounds without permission, well, she does all the time. If you live in a good school district do not consider sending your child here. They only care about money and using your child to make them more money, wish we never sent our child here.
