The doctors are amazing, but the receptionists are rude and feel entitled. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then the call dropped I called back and explained that the call was dropped and the receptionist said well now there are 9 callers a head of you and hung up on me before I could even say anything. I called back about an hour later and said I needed to make an appointment, and the receptionist said they were fully booked for the next two days snd said go to the ER and hung up on me. read more

Like most reviews on here.... NPs are professional, but front desk receptionist are rude, disorganized, and seemed annoyed almost all the time. It's so unfortunate that a place like this doesn't take the time to hire a better customer service friendly receptionist team. I've taken my kids to two of their offices. They are usually pretty good about getting you in quickly at one of the offices so you're not waiting to have your kids seen. Everyone is always pleasant. We have been coming to CPG for years. We have always been pleased with the staff and atmosphere. The office is decorated beautifully to keep the attention of children. Really liked this office in the beginning but they have forgotten us in the room 3 different times. THREE. How does that happen?? Then they forgot to charge us the copay at visits and wanted a lump-some of money after a year of going there. They also leave you on hold for 10+ minutes. read more

We were very selective with choosing a practitioner for our first child. Dr. Siddique and his staff have always given us calm, excellent care. The office is very colorful and inviting for children, and Dr. Siddique is very patient and thorough. We request to see the doctor and he's always available unless tending to his newborn patients in the hospital. I especially love the text messaging service and we always receive a response within 24 hours. I am very happy we chose Dr. Siddique to medically care for our daughter. read more

This afternoon, I phoned the office to speak to a receptionist to schedule an appointment for my daughter. I feel that this should be brought to the public attention and be aware that one of your receptionist is incredibly rude. With this pandemic, I asked if the office is following any of the Covid-19 guidelines such as maintaining social distancing of 6 ft away from each person and reducing crowding in the waiting room. In a very rude tone, the receptionist replied along the lines, "I don't know! You wait just like everyone else! There is always a lot of people every day. We only ask for one parent and wear a mask. That's it!" I was shocked to hear her tone of voice and annoyance towards me as I only wanted some reassurance that my child and I will be safe during the visit. In the end, due to the minimum guidelines your receptionist described, I decided it was best to avoid the unfriendly attitude and cancel the appointment. In her response, "Perfect! I canceled your appointment. Bye bye." Throughout our whole conversation she has made me feel as if I was a nuisance and an inconvenience for calling. I understand that working in the healthcare during this pandemic is physically and emotionally draining, however, that does not give them the right to take their anger on patients, especially when it involves children. I have appreciated your courteous service through the years and doubt that you would condone such behavior from your employees. Terrible place. Do not go there unless you want your child to suffer more due to inadequate medical care. This group is NOT in the business of helping children, they are in the business of making MONEY. There is one doctor there who you will most likely never see. The rest are nurse practitioners, of whom you will see a different one every time and no one seems to know what's going on. This was my baby's very first pediatrician, and since it was Clovis, I assumed they would be good. FALSE. Each time you go there they tell you to come back in two days for a re-check. This is their way of making more money. All they want to do is get you to bring your child back as often as possible so they can bill your insurance. Further, after 5 visits from my 5 lb preemie baby, NOT ONCE did they tell me her weight and height and where she was on the curve, nor did they give her her two month shots or give me a shot schedule whatsoever. My baby was going unvaccinated and at risk because of them!!! When I confronted them about this, their answer was that my appointments were for questions about her formula. WTF?! It is THEIR job as a pediatrician office to guide me and make sure my child is getting what they need to stay healthy. They had no problem telling me to keep bringing my baby in...even though bringing her in was always risky due to Covid and her being in a high risk group due to her prematurity..yet, somehow couldn't manage to give her shots or advice me on her shot schedule or AMA recommendations. Probably because they do not know and only care about making more appointments to make more money. When I finally insisted they give my baby her 2 month shots which were overdue by now...took the time to dress her, feed her and bring her in...guess what??? They only had 2 out of the 3 shots available! And what did the doctor say? Of course...he said to bring her back for another appointment!!! Anything to bill my insurance again!! I was sooo upset and perturbed at this point I just took my baby and left. How dare they not tell me ahead of time that they had run out of a common vaccine...especially when I had just called the office an hour before my appointment with a question. Lack of consideration for your time or your child's health. What kind of a pediatricians office just runs out of vaccines in the middle of the day?! Not to mention the week before they cancelled my appointment without notifying me..an appointment I had made months in advance. Then they straight up lied and said they had called me and left a message they they needed to cancel the appointments for that entire week. No...if they had left a message I would have a recording of it in my voicemails of which I did not. Further, the girl weighing my baby refused to wear a mask when I requested her to do so...and when I asked for someone else because she was refusing, she left the room, banging the door shut and then came in with the mask covering her mouth and not her nose. When I asked for her to cover her nose, she started screaming and shouting that she is claustrophobic and can't breathe!!! I had to spend an extra 20 minutes after my appointment filing a complaint to the office manager while my baby was anxiously waiting. This office looks fancy with all it's hanging monkeys...but don't let them fool you! The health care you're are getting is sub-par. When I switched to a new pediatrician right after my last visit...she was SHOCKED that this place had not vaccinated my child after numerous visits as recommended by the AMA and my new pediatrician informed me about the shot schedule, where my baby was on the curve, recommendations by the AMA and solved my babies feeding problem all at the first visit and without me asking! This is the way a pediatricians office should be! Not the way this Clovis group is. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE if you want them to get better and survive. Unprofessional, inept and unethical. I am lucky my baby didn't die due to this offices lack of medical care. G-d help you and your child if you still want to go here. read more

This is an absolute joke of an office. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do they aren't helpful. When they let your call go to voicemail, they don't call back. On top of that, they have "misplaced" our insurance information on multiple occasions. The doctors are good, but you have to hope that you can get someone on the phone, and if you do it's a gamble if you're going to get someone who is competent or not. If you looking looking for a pediatric office who is helpful, will assist you in a timely manner, has the common courtesy to call you back, and will keep your personal information safe, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

This place is bad. They always try to overbill or bill you for services not received. We have to call in monthly for a prescription renewal and we're charged for a doctors visit. We go in for physicals and the doctor ask us questions and if you answer wrong they'll charge you a office visit. I am glad I am done with this place STAY AWAY!!!!!!! read more

I take my son here, and I have to say that I like the providers. I've had one rude encounter with an NP that is here but felt the office manager handled the situation appropriately. The cons are I always feel like they're in a rush to get you in and get you out. The receptionists don't always have the best customer service skills, they place you on hold for 5+ minutes. Very short on the phone. In person I've not had a problem though they're all very nice to your face. However a big pro is you can almost always get in the day you call for a sick visit, ALMOST. Overall I recommend this office if you can handle a few snarky people and if you have the confidence to make yourself heard and not let them rush you around. read more

We use to love this office and now they are too large to really fill all the needs of their patients. When you have to wait over and hour for appointments and just to speak with someone on the phone it's over 7-10 minutes is unfortunate. We started with Dr. Siddique when he was at his smaller office, and now we are lucky if we see him, and when we do it's like he is in a rush. I have a sick baby and I'm being told they are scheduling sick kids one week out and being told to send my child to urgent care. It's disheartening to hear that they have such a huge patient case load and they can NOT accommodate all of their patients! read more

The office staff has gotten Better communication wise. Office staff is friendly and they have more providers now so the wait time isn't as long as it use to be. The providers are nice and answer any questions and concerns. I've been taking my son here for the past two years and the providers have always made sure they were able to accommodate all of the needs of my child.
