I have mixed feelings. We've been with CPG for almost 8 years now. Very easy to get an appointment. Hard to get through the phone lines. Some NP's pay attention and give a great level of care, some...you're just another name on the list. There is no longer a sick area waiting room. You have newborns and infants with no immune system in the same area as sick children. It takes me 6 or 7 phone calls to get my daughters monthly prescription refilled. I have to practically beg. She runs out every month and we're stuck waiting, at minimum, weeks in between fills because for whatever reason...they won't send her refill in! This alone has made me decide we will probably be switching to another pediatrician. Referrals take months. Paperwork is never ready in a timely manner. Everything but scheduling visits is such a headache and frustrating. Unfortunately since we've been patients here, the attention to detail, urgency, and patient care has only gotten worse year after year. For new parents, I would avoid. read more

I've been bringing my kids here since 2017 when we moved to Fresno. My youngest was 4 and is now 12 and my oldest 9 and is now 17. I think the themed office is super cute, one of the reasons I choose it here based on other reviews. They have tvs in the room and the lobby that play Disney movies, which my kids used to like when they were younger. The staff have always been super friendly while being here and the physicians are always attentive, and provide alternatives to suggestions or questions I have. The quality care received here has great bed side manner and prefer this location, even though there is a more convenient office location near where we live. My kids are now getting older, and we could, and probably should, find a more age appropriate doctors office, but figured they will just age out. Highly recommend this office. read more

Had my first kid and had to pick a pediatrician for him. My friend referred me to this place. Lowkey far but I didn't mind the drive. It's in Clovis next door to the Clovis hospital. I recently found out they have a closer location to me on Ashlan and it's circus theme! How cute! I'll go to that one for the next visit. I instantly chose this place because I really loved how bright it is and the safari animals in the jungle theme. It has stuffed animals hanging like real monkeys in the lobby. They got children movies playing (2 tvs).. before Covid they had those square box toys that had multiple things to do on it, now they don't but that's understandable. The TVs grab the little ones attention so they don't gotta b too fussy. They have two separate sides, one for appointments and one for sick. Unfortunately they don't do walk-ins anymore. They do offer it at some other locations though. The sick side had a fish tank with some fishes from finding Nemo. It's now being remodeled I think. After the visit they can grab a lollipop (dum dums) which my son looks forward to. And I like that room is a different animal theme. The staff is nice. The doctors are knowledgeable (thank God) and they take good care of any concerns u have. They listen and make sure everything is good before I'm done with the visit. My son gets his shots here with no problem. He's so brave. They are gentle with him. read more

We have been looking for a new pediatrician and someone told us about Clovis Pediatrician Group. We took our infant, and 3 year old to the Kings Canyon/Clovis Avenue location. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the space decor and atmosphere and thankfully was not scared to be seen. The nurses and staff were very kind and seemed interested in our needs and answered our questions. They also were very good with the kids. We were seen by the nurse practitioner, Tanjit Kaur. Loved her! She was so helpful and even asked for us to bring back our infant so she could keep up on his progress. We are very thankful we found this place! read more

I like how fast and efficient this office is and even if the Dr. isn't available the PA's are just as awesome! They listen to all our needs and give us exactly what we are needing. They are always available for a last minute appt. I don't like to wait, who does, so I always ask for the first appt after lunch which is 1245! The rooms are so nice, clean, and festive! Last time I was there since covid your only allowed to have 1 parent in there so I waited outside because I went with my gma who has dementia,the staff was totally rude and still made me wait outside it was either me or my gma, so I chose to let my gma take my daughter in for her visit my child is older (11) . She was there for shots but as I was waiting I seen so many (and I hate to bring race into it) but so many white mothers and fathers coming out as a family and I'm sitting outside confused because I couldn't go in with my gma! The Ashlan location is horrible. I arrived on time to my appointment and was the first one to sit in the waiting room. I waited an hour, watching 6 patients arrive after me and get called to the back before me. After inquiring about when would we be called next. She said you're next. Then heard two more patients get called back. This location is horrible. Do not recommend. The Clovis location connected to the Clovis Community Hospital is so much better . read more

CON: The wait time deserves 0 stars; please be ware that this office is very busy and expect a long wait time with a packed waiting room. We've taken our baby for 4 appointments now and each time, we've waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes then another 10-15 in the actual room waiting to see a practitioner. It doesn't matter what time of day you go (we've had 9am appointments and 3pm appointments). I'm not sure if they always overbook or if they're short staffed on practitioners? We're looking for another pediatrician, but this is the closest one to our house. PROS: There is a separate waiting room for sick babies. The staff deserves 5 stars they always are very friendly even at their busiest times. read more

We chose Dr. Siddique off of Yelp reviews, but now realize these may not accurately reflect how parents really feel. There are signs in each exam room encouraging parents to leave reviews in exchange for Starbucks gift cards. Reasons for 2 stars: - The office is beautiful & very inviting for kids - There are 2 waiting rooms for sick and not sick - Our child's tongue tie, lip tie and buccal ties were missed at her hospital exam and subsequent follow up exams in office - You will see an NP if you don't specifically request doctor and we were not advised of this - Once we requested that Dr. Siddique take a closer look at her tongue we had already suffered many symptoms of ties including difficulty latching, sore nipples, reflux and colic. These were all brought to his staff's attention previously and we were simply advised to start formula. The tongue tie procedure ultimately was done in his office with scissors but reattached quickly as he did not recommend post surgical therapy. Our daughter was finally successfully treated by a preferred provider at 2.5 months but refused to breastfeed at that point. This caused me significant distress. - I was never assessed for postpartum - After our daughter had a complication due to reflux and was hospitalized for 3 days his office staff would not allow mom/dad back in room for follow up due to Covid. Listen, our daughter was BLUE and not breathing 3 days prior & we both wanted to ask him questions. But his staff would not make an exception to their policy. That was truly the last straw for us. - Front office staff advised us to give ibuprofen to our 3 month old before her vaccines. Ibuprofen is NOT recommended before 6 months and non-clinical staff are not allowed to give medical advice over the phone. *Please be very careful about getting any advise over the phone from anyone but a nurse or provider* Our daughter is under care of another provider and we are so much happier with the time and attention she gets at the new office. read more

The environment of the pediatric department is very good and the doctors are patient and caring. But the service at the front desk is really bad. I have two kids and both of them have been here for more than three years, and it's understandable that they need to hold every time they call for an appointment. I missed one doctor's call to me. I called back and they said they would tell the doctor to call me back. I never received a call back, I contacted them twice again and said they would call me back but still didn't call me back, this time they just hung up on me. I think it's really rude! My kids actually enjoy going to the doctor now! I have 4 children, ages from 6 months to 15 years old. They all LOVE the doctor! Appointments are no longer a chore, the staff has amazing service, courtesy, and great because manner. They are patient with the kids, and makes sure all of our questions are answered. The rooms are decorated and themed, which helps the younger kids because it's not so intimidating and scary. Great doctors, great medical group, and the cutest environment! We use to love this office and now they are too large to really fill all the needs of their patients. When you have to wait over and hour for appointments and just to speak with someone on the phone it's over 7-10 minutes is unfortunate. We started with Dr. Siddique when he was at his smaller office, and now we are lucky if we see him, and when we do it's like he is in a rush. I have a sick baby and I'm being told they are scheduling sick kids one week out and being told to send my child to urgent care. It's disheartening to hear that they have such a huge patient case load and they can NOT accommodate all of their patients! read more
