We use to love this office and now they are too large to really fill all the needs of their patients. When you have to wait over and hour for appointments and just to speak with someone on the phone it's over 7-10 minutes is unfortunate. We started with Dr. Siddique when he was at his smaller office, and now we are lucky if we see him, and when we do it's like he is in a rush. I have a sick baby and I'm being told they are scheduling sick kids one week out and being told to send my child to urgent care. It's disheartening to hear that they have such a huge patient case load and they can NOT accommodate all of their patients! read more

We have had Dr. Siddique since the baby has been born. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, and caring. Anytime you call the office you are greeted kindly. The nurse practitioners take their time letting you know what they are going to do each visit and and answer any questions you have. They are very straight forward with you as well. There's always an issue with the front desk be it the front main non-sick side or sick side. You can and have to hold be it 5-20 min just to schedule an appt. I mean really I wouldn't be calling if I didn't need to...especially if you get disconnected explain and still get placed in hold and told there is 6 ahead of you! Like really. Then you ask for a call back and don't get one from Susan the main NP or Dr Saddique. When you specifically requested a call back. I obviously am concerned. My Child is only 2 not the first but seems to have non ending issues. So I'll probably be here for the last time today and just come in a case where I can't find a pediatrician or they are too booked. Which I can only hope is not the case. read more

Dr. Siddique is fantastic, and so are the other providers. The office is very kid friendly and wonderfully renovated. However, every single time I come here I am stuck in the waiting room well after my appointment time has passed. Today my son's appointment was 2:15pm - we were not called back to a room until 3:20, and then it took another 30 mins for a provider to even come in and see us. I spent almost two hours waiting for a 10 minute follow up appointment. Why schedule appointment times if people aren't going to be seen at that time??? What's the point? So irritating and frustrating for me AND my son. If I knew I'd be stuck in the waiting for 2 hours, I would have just rescheduled like I wanted to. Ugh. read more

I have 4 children and have been with this office for almost 4 years and will be looking for a new office. (I say office rather than singling out Dr. Siddique because he's actually a great guy. The issues have stemmed from new office staff and the new NPs.) I wrote a much longer review earlier and this is an update. Both are 1-star reviews. After a month and a half of waiting and multiple phone calls of trying to obtain a simple TB clearance report for my daughter to attend school, and the staff assuring me they would send it in the mail to my home, it's still not here. I'm done with this place. The long wait times of 30+ min. just to be taken to an exam room and wait in another exam room for another 30+ min., combined with the long hold times on the phone (anywhere from 5-20min., making a quick phone call on your work break turn into a waiting game), and the incompetence of the staff**, I can't justify coming here anymore. For more details, see the original review. **If part of your job is scheduling TB tests, you should know that anyone who's had a positive test will always test positive, therefore needs an X-ray or quantiferon blood test for clearance, not another TB test! I had to explain this MULTIPLE times, and specifically asked for a chest X-ray, NOT a TB test, yet was still made to make an appointment mid week to ensure the "test" could be read. **A kid who has normal poops everyday and eats fruits and vegetables is NOT constipated and does NOT need an enema. Fever, headache, and general malaise are not reasons to assume someone is constipated, despite the NP's insistence otherwise. **Beware of being scheduled for appointments on days that the office is closed, and even getting text reminders for said appointments! **Even if you sign your name to check-in, you could be subject to 2hr wait times and get accused of not signing in! **After all the screw ups you relay to the front office staff, all the astronomical wait times, a horribly wrong diagnosis, and generally negative experiences, expect to get chastised by a new NP you've never even met (after loyally sticking with this office for over 3 years) if you happen to show up 15min late due to frustratingly annoying circumstances beyond your control after you took vacation time from work for the appointment they now refuse to see you for. I changed doctors about two years ago and brought two kids to clovis pediatric and my very first visit was awesome I loved the doctor and got all the answers I wanted for my oldest son and his allergies moving forward to this year I had a baby 6/2020 and he swallowed some amniotic fluid and dr siddique suggested we stay a night in the NICU and I felt so relieved dr siddique was so confident in my baby's health our first newborn check up went great loved the NP I saw but at my sons 2month check up I had the most unprofessional Np she was so rude she used the worst vocabulary regarding my sons head which she used lob sided correct term is plagiocephaly every question I asked made me feel so dumb like I was doing something wrong she then proceeded to want to refer my son to a nuerologist and checking on the referral was an eye opener to see how unorganized this office is nobody had a clue who called who very unprofessional I called and had a concern about my sons formula which was suggested we change to a hypoallergenic formula which was ok at first but my son seemed so unhappy not full and soooo fussy and I texted the on call phone and had a concern about a rash and they told me it was a heat rash I changed primary doctors and got an appt for my sons plagiocephaly got his acid reflux under control and the heat rash they told me my son had was a reaction to the formula I'm so upset with clovis pediatrics to where I cried asking myself why I couldn't see this all before I gave one star because I truly like dr siddique but his office needs a lot of adjustments read more

I was recommended to come see Dr. Siddique from my friend who had a premie baby. They wete accepting new patients at the time and adding my daughter was really easy. They got her in to see the doctor as early as 2 days after I called. Even if I have to move an appointment time or date, they usually have an opening that following day. Staff has always been friendly and I love all the doctors here. All are very helpful and if we have any question, silly or not, they will answer. What's even better is you can text or email the doctor at any time and Dr. Siddique will usually get back to you later that day. Very helpful. The worst office staff I've ever dealt with, my daughter has two insurances and they refused to schedule her check up early even though it would be covered by insurance. They finally scheduled it, then called me the next day and informed me that they were going to cancel it because her insurance wouldn't cover it. I informed them once again that she has a new primary insurance and that it's covered through them and she told me she'd cancel it anyways. I went off, she kept the appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early. I checked in, no one said anything about them being an hour behind schedule so I sat and waited. My friend had an appointment an hour after me so I called to tell her that they're running late and so on. Well, the office staff took it among themselves to tell the doctor that I am not happy and want to leave without me knowing. I had finally been called back, met with the nurse practitioner who I absolutely LOVE because she's so sweet. My daughter had thrush for MONTHS because dr Siddique told me that it wasn't and to not give her anything for it that she just had milk on her tongue even though an valley children's dr had already confirmed it. So I brought it up to her that she's had it for months, she checks and says yup it's thrush. I inform her this could've been treated months ago had the dr actually looked closer at it. She leaves the room after doing the check up and I just sit waiting for her to come back, then in walks dr Siddique and he sits in front of me and says "so I hear you're not happy hear, why?" In a very confrontational way. I told him I've said nothing of the sort to anyone and then he tells me the office staff is who said something. I leave, pissed and try to schedule her next check up. I asked the girl why she said that to the dr and she said because she heard me complaining on my private phone call. I didn't even complain just was informing my friend they were running late! She told me that I was rude on the phone and I said well maybe you should learn to do your job and she then refused to schedule me an appointment. I had to walk back to Siddique to ask if I'm not welcome there and if I need to find a new dr. He says I'm still welcome and tells me a different person will schedule my appointment. Now fast forward to today, I call to schedule an appointment for my son because his insurance said it's time for a check up. She informs me he can't have a check up so I ask why, she said because he had one in June and I had to wait till the end of June. We travel to Europe a lot and will be gone the whole month of June so that didn't work for me. I told her we had no physical last year, just caught him up on shots. she said they did a physical yet my son didn't have a hearing test done, no eye check nothing. So I tell her that he had his actual physical at a different office this time last year not with them. So apparently they charged my insurance for a physical that was never actually given. I'm livid this was the last straw I'm ready for a new office with a better office staff. I wouldnt recommend them if you have more than one insurance because they're too lazy to bill more than one. They also refused to see my friends daughter because she's uninsured even though she pays for each appointment. Extremely unhappy, I was so excited a year ago when I got him as a dr for my daughter but the office is just so mismanaged and not worth dealing with. They tell you to know your policy, but when you do they still don't listen. read more

Had a bad experience the other day. We took our daughter in on Friday received some antibiotics and she was still having a low grade temp after being on the antibiotics for 4 days. Called on Monday and needed to speak with a dr or nurse on what i should do since she isn't getting better. I cAlled at 11 then agAin at 1 and was told i would get a call back that daywell here it is Wednesday and NOTHING! I am very upset on how the office has handled it. So now someone is going to get a nice phone call from an upset mom today unfortunately. read more
