The staff set up gymnastics activities and games for the kids to play right as the party started. I believe they only offer party rentals on the weekends, as the week is filled with gymnastics practice and training. The children had access to pretty much everything in the gymnastics area. I was a little nervous because some of the items (balance beam & swinging bars) looked rather advanced for my six and three year-old, but we made it out alive. My daughter especially loved this and asked if she could come back. They do offer classes as well and I believe are open to the public for free play opportunities. We may have found my daughter's new obsession!

As a first-time parent enrolling a child in swimming lessons, I expected clear guidance and basic support. Unfortunately, very little was explained on my child's first day, and when I sought clarification, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. One staff member, Eileen, came across as sarcastic when answering questions and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by seeking information that should have been provided from the outset. Another incident was with a younger staff member at the front desk that appeared disengaged and does not care about what's going on around her, often ignoring customers who were trying to get assistance. On more than one occasion, she rolled her eyes when people attempted to get her attention, which I found highly unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. The contrast between the welcoming attitude shown during enrollment and the treatment received afterward was striking. Based on my experience, the staff's lack of communication, attentiveness, and professionalism significantly detracted from what should have been a positive experience.

Yeah, that one I've heard a few times to describe her... ;) So, when she joined the hip hop class, on the first day I was a bit intimidated by the bling, mini shorts, and hot pink shirts the other girls were wearing, but the instructors do an amazing job of making the girls feel comfortable and have fun. The facility is organized, clean, and inexpensive! ($50 a month for one class) However, I understand dance 'can' get pretty expensive (just like any extracurricular activity), so, I can't speak in terms of the prices for the competition dance classes or costumes.

The intro class was a very reasonable $20 onetime offer. The class was a full-hour of instructor led dance and gymnastic techniques. The first 30 minutes are spend in the dance room splitting the time between basic tapping and jazz skills. The second half hour is enjoyed on the gym side where the girls ran, crawled, jumped, climbed and played. One thing we recognized was the intention behind the curriculum and instruction. Every single team member was friendly and attentive. They made us feel very welcomed; so much so we signed up to continue classes weekly.

My mom heart also loves that she has somewhere safe and clean and out of the valley heat to play her little heart out. The IOS app is a cinch: showing up, dropping in, canceling, rescheduling - it's amazingly easy. I appreciate how much love and care staff gives every child. Everyone is ready to put a smile on these babies faces and do their best to help out the struggling parents (myself included) haha! We are currently attending a Waddlers class (Wednesday at 4:50pm) and a Tiny Tikes/Waddlers (Saturday at 9:00am) class. Coach Jordan, Coach Yii and Coach Allison have all be wonderful, supportive teachers! I absolutely love the class structure because there is a beginning/middle/end group component, and in between all that you are able to let your little run around and explore on their own. The group component include "circle time" and then practicing a new skill. We have been going for a month now, and quite honestly, I don't feel that anything has been the same- there is always something new and the gym has a new set up each week! It's fantastic and prevents boredom. I also love that my daughter gets that idea of structure and needing to be a part of a group for a moment (because honestly what toddler has more than that) , but then also gets plenty of time to explore on her own, and quite frankly learn from other kiddos.
