I will say the tater tots sometimes are a little over seasoned but other than that, they are delicious. I love trying the different sauces which are an extra charge. I've had the fish tacos, which are a great healthier alternative because the fish is not deep-fried. I also have had their salads which are amazing and you can customize them depending on what kind of dressings and proteins you'd like. I've never had any of their alcoholic beverages, but they look and sound really good. They also always have wines and beer selections that appear to be from different areas in California. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that they always seem a little understaffed when I'm there. Usually, I notice one server sometimes to taking care of most of the tables.

The kitchen was unfortunately closed so I can't comment about the food, but this seems like a great place to hang out at the bar and grab a couple of beers if you happen to be in town.

Donuts are good and workers seemed polite but I'm going to have to rate 2 stars. It was our first time here. We ordered 6 donuts and only had 5 in the box when we got home. We were charged for a donut we didn't receive. We live about 15 minutes away and felt like it wasn't worth it to drive back and ask for our missing donut. Not a good first impression but maybe I'll revisit at a later date and adjust my rating at that time. Edit: My answer to owners comment. We didn't ask for a specific number of donuts. We pointed them out as we chose them. The girl working there was saying okay as I chose each one. Somehow one of my selections did not make it into the box. Very rude staff and poor service. Every time I've been there. I watched them yell at a nice old lady today and tell her to leave if she didn't like her order. It was Valentine's Day and they ran out of heart shaped donuts. I asked if they were going to make more and the kid with the pony tail told me to leave. I left and went to Judy's donuts. But honestly, the biggest standout by far was the chocolate bar. I'm not exaggerating when I say this may have been the best chocolate bar donut I've ever had. It had gone through delivery and sat for a bit before we ate it, and it was still unbelievably soft and pillowy. The chocolate itself also stood out. It tasted richer and more real than the typical frosting you get at most donut shops. Oddly enough, it even tasted different from the chocolate on the chocolate old-fashioned. I can't fully explain it, but it just tasted higher quality and more flavorful. Everything we ordered was good, but that chocolate bar absolutely stole the show. One thing I noticed is that they probably offer even more items in-store than what's listed on the delivery apps, likely because inventory rotates throughout the morning. I was hoping to find a chocolate French cruller on the app, but no luck this time. Overall, if you're looking for really solid donuts in Fresno, especially if you want delivery, Donut Fantasy is absolutely worth trying. And seriously, don't sleep on the chocolate bar.
