When u are a first time costumer they will set up an account with you so if you should ever need to buy some more paint in the same color you bought 2 years ago they can just pull it up for you and your done. And of course the main reason why we go buy our paint here is because of ther Harmony Line, it's water-based paint and low-odor with zero VOCs!!! Perfect for kids rooms or nurseries. Even during painting you barely smell any odor....I am using this paint for my entire House now. They also constantly have sales, last time I just bough myself an entire case of white and whenever I am ready to paint a room I go mix in the color.

Decided to try and give this store one more try even after previous poor service. I needed several gallons and a bit of guidance with best product for a big project for me. (Grey Owl and Chantilly Lace) 1. Still no in store shopping. 2. Useless person answering the knock. 3. Instant frustration at the lack of hospitality and service. 4. One word answers and no help or offer of grabbing any kind of samples. 5. Told the next person in line that appointments could be booked. So I asked if I could book one. Simply said no, none available. 6. I got so frustrated with the lack of assistance, etc that I just said forget it and called Sherwin Williams on Clair rd Guelph where I was welcomed, helped, guided and supplied with my gallons of paint within 15 mins of arrival. They even helped me carry my load to the car. They matched the basic colours I was wanting to start with as well. Thumbs down to Heers Decorating, you've had very poor service for a couple of years now and you're still not improving.

We found Neil and his staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Using our samples of flooring, cabinetry and countertops, they led us through the process of selecting wall and trim colours in the finishes that would best work for our project. The results are stunning! We have returned many times to Heers since our initial visit as our renovation project continues. We are happy to have been directed to Heers and will continue to patronize them in the future.

Had a struggle today, was looking for a 3 in 1 silicon spray and lady employee in the paint aisle…read moresaid they didn't have the product. I said what?? It's on your website. She said, no that's a desperate store- I see. So I asked her for a similar product she suggest WD 40, I took that because I didn't believe her really, maybe it would get me close to what I'm looking for. She directed me to Aisle 15- which was not it,. I looked further aisle 14 and saw the WD 40 at the end- great no dice. So I asked someone near the commercial check out where I might find, he said aisle 16 and right next to it the product I was looking for the 3 in 1. What I like about HomeDepot throughout the pandemic was their persistent way to price match and 10% the difference, so I price matched with princess auto. Just a tip because of online merchants and in store merchants some locations are picky to match in the condition the merchant is a store and if it's online they will analyze the ship option. So when I gave princess auto they asked me where- I said just near Conestoga College and done, price match done without any manager approval. Since I got a Lowes VIP for corporate accounts- I've been more motivated to shop at Lowes for 5% off but I forgot how nice it is to shop at Home Depot, it's so chillaxed and easy I forgot how easy it is to price match. Might have to rethink my VIP 5% discount at Lowes because convenience has merit.
