We picked up some BM Regal paint for our walls and some BM Aura paint for the trim along with some brushes, rollers, trays, tarps etc.. My wife ordered some automatic blinds that took less than a week to come in that changed the whole look of our windows. Chris and Patricia are a great team and really did a wonderful job ensuring our project went well. The entire time we felt like we were in good hands. We will continue to use their services going forward.

An employee named Micheal especially!! Rude, demeaning and a store that sells poor quality paint. Bought a sample pint of their top of the line Aura paint. Went home only to find bits of particles/grit in the paint which left bubbles and bumps all over our tested wall. I called in to tell him about it and he said I have to bring it back for him to examine and he will give a free sander block with drop down sheets to fix the issue caused by his sample. Showed up to the store only to be told by Michael, the same guy we spoke to over the phone, that he didn't know anything about our phone convo and that he never said he would do the things he said he would over the phone. Michael confirmed the product was defective but when we asked for a new sample he refused to make one stating we saw the colour and that defective or not, we had an idea of what the colour should look like on a wall. He then became very demeaning to my wife and I and said he will not replace the sample and that he will not offer any of the free products he offered over the phone to help fix the mess the defective paint caused. Then he forced us out of the store. This store rather save $5 on replacing a pint of sample paint over hundreds of $$$ for the 2,300sq/ft amount of paint we were about to purchase. We have contacted Benjamin Moore Head Office regarding this and they are investigating this one particular business. Seems they sell defective paint and will leave you stuck with it if you make a complaint. Do yourself a huge favour, do not buy from this store! We're not the first to have issues with their abysmal customer service.
