Best by far in every way. Lots of places sell paint, but no place gives service better than this. 10 stars!

I came here with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised how good these guys were. They said my sample size was too small and sent me back which is the right thing to do because the other store didn't do that. So I came back with larger sample and Trevor made the paint and made me feel better about the whole process that things will only get better from here. When I came back home and applied the paint for the spots on my walls, it was an exact match. What a difference it makes when people do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I get it that the older man in the shop could come across cranky but he's the one who sent me back home to get a larger sample because of which Trevor made me the perfect paint. Overall, good customer service and extremely straightforward. Glad they're in the neighborhood. They're also reasonably priced compared to the other paint store I went to. Thanks to Trevor and the other two gentlemen who helped me as well.

Natalie helped us by showing samples of the colours I had in mind and was extremely nice with any questions we had. She even suggested additional colours (Ammonite) that could be an alternate idea. After some discussion with my husband, we purchased two different sample pots (Elephants Breath and Ammonite). She also included a wallpaper sample I was looking into. It was neat to know that their wallpapers are done with their own in-house colours. Natalie had mentioned how to test our sample pots and we took her advice. Elephant Breath it is! It's a little on the pricy side with the paint but if you want good quality you have to pay for it! I'm willing to pay more just for the service alone.

Amazing service at the Toronto Showroom (just before stay at home order took effect in Toronto)…read more The sales representative (her name was Natalie or Tracy...sorry cannot remember her name for certain) was just WONDERFUL! She took the time to look at my samples for the kitchen and help suggest shades of grey paint that might work. She also showed me (and gave me samples) of wallpaper. The sales rep that afternoon (April 5) was just amazing! The quality of the products they have are amazing. Unfortunately, I was looking for a particular light shade of grey but the colours from F & B all have more of a cream colour look (not quite what I am looking for). Nevertheless, the quality of the paint and the customer service at the Toronto Showroom is exemplary! They even followed up with a phone call to check if there was any further assistance that I would need...I will definitely go back to F&B in the future and would highly recommend them!

Having decided to redesign my six room condo, I chose Primetime Paint & Paper for their extensive…read moreselection and helpful, friendly employees. One lady was particularly helpful in completing the first two rooms. She was an enthusiastic collaborator, even asking for photos of the work so far. To complete the other four rooms, it took several tries to find times good for both of us. I didn't want to miss out on her exquisite taste in helping me choose from so many fine products. At least twice I spoke with the manager to confirm available time with her, and adjusted my visit to the time he confirmed she would be available. I arrived, and the manager informed me she wasn't yet free, so I agreed to wait. After fifteen minutes she came to me and apologized for the delay. We resumed the immediate phase of the order, which would have completed the third room. We came to some decisions and completed much of the order when the manager interrupted. He wanted her at the cash register immediately, and announced loudly that she had been with 'this gentleman' for an hour. I informed him I had only been in the store for twenty-five minutes. He responded nastily, 'You're not the only customer here, sir!" She started to tally my sales so far, during which he got even angrier, telling her she had spent enough time with 'this gentleman' and wanted her at the other cash station at once. I was completely stunned. She quietly apologized and explained this was not unusual. I paid for the order and she walked away even though we had been unable to complete it. I stood there in total shock. We had yet to finish even the current order, much less choose any of the remaining products. I had waited so long to resume the project that I felt frankly assaulted by such bizarre behaviour I had never experienced before. Now ignored, I didn't know what to do. I then protested to him that I was still in the middle of a big order. He smiled innocently and said, "Why do you sound so angry, sir?" I was speechless; finally, I asked him why he wanted to lose such a large order. With an insincere smile, he asked "Why are you so angry, sir?" That's when I noticed the three people in line cringing. I picked up the two gallons of paint I had bought so far and started to leave when he said softly, "See you soon, sir." I turned, and said, "I don't think so." As I left, another employee looked at me apologetically. The result of this experience was that it disrupted the completion plans because I had no idea where else I could go to find help even half as good on such an expensive project.

Very nice workers and amazing customer service. Everyone working at the store was very friendly.read more

How could I NOT go into this store!? Looks-wise it's just like the standard HomeGoods we're used to in the States... except its bigger and better. And really roomy. Sometimes these types of stores are so packed you can barely move around - not this location. Set in a lower level/basement like space it felt modern and comfortable. Walking in - I instantly wished I had brought an extra duffle bag. Between the aisles of pillows, the kitchen/dining section, and the picture frames - I was in heaven. Fortunately for Hubs they also have tons of furniture, so he was able to find a {super cute} chair up front to relax in while I wandered. B/c my luggage could not accommodate all that I had seen I settled on a really beautiful picture frame to commemorate our visit to Toronto. Check out was super easy - seeing as how they had several cashiers available. And my frame, after $$ conversion was only $7. Yay for HomeSense!
