When u are a first time costumer they will set up an account with you so if you should ever need to buy some more paint in the same color you bought 2 years ago they can just pull it up for you and your done. And of course the main reason why we go buy our paint here is because of ther Harmony Line, it's water-based paint and low-odor with zero VOCs!!! Perfect for kids rooms or nurseries. Even during painting you barely smell any odor....I am using this paint for my entire House now. They also constantly have sales, last time I just bough myself an entire case of white and whenever I am ready to paint a room I go mix in the color.

I think the lady serving me was a snob and acted rude towards me as I had contractor clothes on. (Not a clean Polo shirt with khakis ) This lady does not know how to appreciate customers who spend their hard-earned money there - or how to treat you like a decent human being.
