Loved the atmosphere and multiple seating areas. Apps were good. Need to add veg/ vegan options to menu. Salad extremely disappointing. Not as described- stated several items that were not included ( for instance seasonal veggies) . Chicken was so dry you would barely cut. So thrilled to have this wonderful addition to the community! We stopped by last Sunday and absolutely loved it. They have a variety of seating options - indoor, outdoor, covered patio, and a great bar seating. Service at the bar with Thomas was wonderful, and all staff were so friendly and genuinely welcoming. It is so nice to find a place that offers creative cocktail options, and the watermelon and spicy margaritas were awesome. Now for the food - outstanding! We have too few restaurants in the area that strive to use local ingredients and patronize local farms and businesses the way Clover Harvest does. We shared the burger and Korean chicken sandwiches with sweet potato fries and smashed fingerling potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed their unique take on ingredients. My only suggestion would be to grill the buns. Can't wait to go back and try the shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles! Clover Harvest is a much welcomed restaurant in a town with few options for food made from scratch. Wonderful flavors and a cute restaurant. I do wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options. Having the word "harvest" in their name, one would think they would be more veg friendly. I tried to order their sourdough pancakes with a vegetarian side but was told I could only choose from bacon or sausage. They said they could leave the meat off and charge me extra for a vegetarian side. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, certain meals cannot be ordered togo like the acai bowl or the banana pudding. I do look forward to seeing how this restaurant can grow and be more accommodating. read more

You wouldn't know going in there that this place has only been open a couple months. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in the door. Our waitress, Alyssa, took care of our every need and made sure to mention the special, a stuffed and loaded burger, that my dad said was the best burger in town. My wife and I had the roast chicken and my mom had the pork tenderloin, both were paired with the perfect sides. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the portions were just the right amount. The chef even came out to check on things, along with the owner, we couldn't have picked a better place for dinner. Will definitely be back soon! read more

Y'all!!!! This place is a must. My husband and I went tonight for the first time. Where to start? My husband had the smoked old fashioned and said it was one of the best he ever had. I had the mixed berry mojito and the watermelon margarita. All drinks were made with fresh ingredients they make all of their syrups and mixes. Fresh fruit and mint were used in the mojito. For a starter we split the charcuterie board. It was very generous portion of cheeses, meats, crackers, olives and blackberries. A lot of places you get a charcuterie board and they are stingy. Not here. My husband had the pork schnitzel which was very flavorful. I had the shrimp and grits. We both agree that those were the best grits we had ever eaten. Of course we couldn't leave without trying desert. I had the flourless chocolate cake. Whoa!!! My husband had the banana pudding. He said it was the best banana pudding he has ever had and he is a true southerner born and raised. The staff were friendly. We sat inside at the bar but there is a big outdoor area where kids can run around, gardens and covered seating. HIGHLY recommend Clover Harvest. This place is truly a gem to our area. read more

Terrific food with very friendly & helpful staff. Owners were very engaged and we enjoyed chatting with John. We had the burger, shrimp & grits, and Korean chicken sandwich. Kale hushpuppies & banana pudding were both wonderful bookends to this great meal. Their garden to grow & use produce is a really nice feature, as is their relationship with several local farms. I heard great things about this restaurant but I was disappointed. I ordered the Ribeye medium rare. It came medium well. Not sure of the quality because it was on the tough side And had almost no marbling. It came with tasty mashed potatoes and would have been great if they were hotter. Charred broccoli was okay. I ordered the apple cake for dessert and was very disappointed. It was overcooked with edges having burnt taste. The meal was $31 and cake $9. Definitely not worth the money. Sad because I was excited to go there. read more

We didn't know about Clover Harvest! Fantastic little eatery that offers farm-to-table- we had the charcuterie board with salami, olives, and a delicious port-flavored cheese with fresh bread, roast chicken, Korean bulgogi chicken sandwich with broccolini and the carrot cake. It was all delicious! If you're looking for a special spot with delicious food that is not over-cooked, over-smothered, over-seasoned or salted (it was plenty seasoned and delicious, trust) then try this place. Kelly was a great server- service was perfect without checking in too much or too little with good and honest menu recommendations. The atmosphere feels like farmhouse meets antique tables and seating with some neat details that were clearly thought out to give a nice and homey feel while still feeling like a night out. My husband and I had dinner there with 2 other couples on Friday night. The restaurant is small with a rustic charm indoors and pleasant covered outdoor and garden seating areas. The service was friendly from our greeting upon arrival and throughout the meal. The staff appeared to be genuinely appreciative of our patronage. But then there was the food. It exceeded all expectations. From the small charcuterie board as a table appetizer to each individual dinner, everyone exclaimed how delicious everything was. It's important to note we each had a different main course. There's not a large selection, but, if what we each had is any indication of the general quality of their dishes, a larger selection isn't necessary. The cook a younger black gentleman asked how everything was he was very friendly and look like he enjoyed being there which now day is refreshing to see some one who enjoys the work. A solid diamond in the rough! Tastefully appointed to convey the concept of "a comfy, not stuffy, local spot." We find that 5 stars on Yelp are overused so when we say a 4, the value and quality are there. Wonderful fresh presentation of brussels w bacon that we would have loved a splash of balsamic reduction. The pork chop was very good in size, scale, and depth. A tad done for me but, that's just personal preference....still very good. The kale salad was unique and extremely fresh. For us, a dash of finishing salt would have been the contrast to the oil. Yet, these are just our tastes. It was a fine meal. The only true critiques are the menus since they ate paper need to be replaced for each table...ours had sticky fingerprints on them. We get the motif but would prefer a true wine glass, or at least a breathable place glass for the wine. In any event, this is a lovely local restaurant and business that is a unique and needed addition to the area and well worth the support! read more

A wonderful addition to Clover! Had dinner the other evening (opened exactly one week) at this new farm-to-table restaurant. You walk into a welcoming place that feels fresh and warm; a bar with approximately a dozen seats and 6-8 tables inside. Outside on a covered but open porch are more tables along with a smaller bar THEN a few steps down is a terrace area with four more tables! The owners, Allison and John are very nice and made sure to visit our table as did the chef. Our waitress was friendly but unfortunately not familiar with the menu. We asked about the Kale Hush Puppies and were told they were served on a plate of kale. In fact, and not surprisingly, chopped kale was one of the ingredients. We then asked about the Mac 'n Cheese, and she said it was popular but hadn't tasted it; we enjoyed it but it was more on the dry side, not terribly creamy but the assortment of cheeses used were yummy. Good sized portions but the plating felt a bit 'cramped'. The food was quite tasty although my husband found the salmon to be a bit salty but it was served with mashed potatoes and an abundance of perfectly grilled and seasoned vegetables. My shrimp and grits were delicious but difficult to eat only because they were overflowing in the bowl and it was difficult to cut off the shrimp tails (and where do I put them?); small bread plates would have been good to have on the table for both of us. One appetizer, two entrees and two glasses of wine totaled $75 (plus tip). Reasonable for such a nice meal. It's to be expected for any new business opened only for a week to have a few kinks to iron out so please don't think this will deter us from returning.
