Love coming here for a late night boba run. Service is quick and easy. Very calm atmosphere and attentive workers. Inside is very simple and straight to the point, but the drinks are phenomenal. We always come here for our strawberry banana smoothie with boba and the consistency is always there!

Easy five stars. Drinks are tasty. Boba has a good chew. Reg and large sizes very reasonable ($3.25 to $5.00). Toppings are only 50 cents and a substitute milk (almond/soy) is only 25 cents. You can hangout at their tables if you wish. Would come again.

Absolutely loved our drinks! This was our first time trying Cloud Tea but we decided to order drinks that we would get from our usual spot and we both liked the drinks at Cloud Tea better. I honestly wish this place was closer to me so I can make it my usual spot. We got the peach green tea and Thai iced tea. Service was great! We were greeted immediately and got our drinks right away. In regards to ambiance, we were the only ones in there and we decided to take our drinks to go but they did have plenty of tables and chairs where people can hangout.

I'm a die hard Brew Tea Bar fan so when the hubby suggested we try somewhere new for boba tea, I honestly didn't expect much from Cloud Tea. Boy, was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Cloud Tea has a great selection of teas. The smoothie offerings alone were the most I've seen in years. My go to when trying a new boba tea cafe is to begin with trying their jasmine tea to see it's quality. So when I saw their "Jasmine Tea Cap" on the menu, my choice was made. The hubby also ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Tea. The attendants were friendly when we placed our order and very shortly after, our drinks were ready. My first few sips I tried the Jasmine tea without stirring in the sea salt cream cap, and HOLY MOLY! The Jasmine tea flavor was clean, beautifully floral, and strong in all it's glory. After mixing in the sea salt cream cap and sipping up a few sweet boba pearls, I'm in LOVE! Absolutely one of the best Jasmine tea drinks I've had in quite a while. The hubby's Mango Passion Fruit tea was also very delicious. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal liking, but very excellent with it's flavors. The prices are absolutely fair as well. Cloud Tea has pleasantly surprised me and we've already enjoyed coming back two more times and tried the Nagasaki and Okinawa milk teas. Both delicious (ask for 75% sweetness because they can be on the sweeter side). We are happily looking forward to returning for more!

Tried this place for the first time. It was kind of dark and sad inside. Staff member could've been a little more cheerful. Thai tea smoothie was pretty good but the winter melon tea cap tasted off - at first couldn't figure out what it was, maybe the grass jelly was sour. But later I figured either the cloud cap or the drink itself was just sour. I feel bad having to write this since there's literally a sign by the register saying if you don't like your drink they'll remake it but I left before tasting enough of the drink, assumed you can't really go wrong with a wintermelon milk tea which I normally get everywhere. Unfortunately, don't think I'd be back. ***Adding an extra star because the business owner, Andy, reached out to me privately and kindly to let me know he re-made the drink as a test and acknowledged there was indeed something wrong with their grass jelly and that they'll take it off the shelf to look into before serving this topping again to their other patrons. In my experience, it's rare for someone from an establishment to take accountability so quickly and fairly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this as it shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. If I'm around the area again I'll try one of their drinks again and hope to update my review for Cloud Tea to up the star rating again :)

Craving boba late night when majority of the boba places are closed, don't worry Cloud Tea is open until midnight. Great ambiance for socialising or for studying. They have a wide variety of options for drink flavours and it looks like I would really recommend them to improve on the thickness of the milk tea. I wish it was creamy. I ordered two milk tea flavours being taro and pistachio almond and both tasted almost similar to me! All together the bobas are really soft and chewy and the drinks come in 2 decent sized cups.

Cloud Tea is a solid pace to get boba in the Spring Valley area (Buffalo and Flamingo), inconspicuously located on side of a grocery store plaza (Cardenas but previously Smiths). The drinks have good flavor, texture, and are reasonably priced. The milk teas are definitely on the milky side, and have a satisfyingly creamy thickness to them that I love! I always order the cloud cap with my milk teas, which is like a salty cream/foam topping, and they top the drinks with a cute design. My favorites are the brown sugar milk tea and the cantaloupe green tea. The taro milk tea didn't have that strong of a taro flavor. The drinks are pretty sweet however, so adjust accordingly. Service is always friendly, but drinks can take a while to be made if they are busy as there are only 1-2 people working at a time, but it's worth the wait! The inside is clean, has lots of seating, and they have board games to play. Overall 4.5/5 stars!

It was such an amazing experience! Once you walk it it's so spacious the ambience made the experience 100x better. I love trying Matcha's everywhere I go so ordering it here for the first time I was hesitant that I would not like it. I have to say out of all the places i've been in vegas this is my top 3 favorite. It's so creamy due to the Cold foam cap. I am definitely coming back here to try the brown sugar milk tea next! Service was also amazing, I never got his name, when I asked which drink was better (matcha vs brown sugar) he made sure to let me know both are not comparable and they are good as they are and a must try for both. Only things I wish they would be willing to heed as advice would be the game corner, all the game boards have missing pieces & none of them you can play besides Jenga & cards. Thanks!

Stopped by while I was running errands after work and ordered the milk tea. The milk tea had a good flavor but the boba was starting to lose it's chewiness (probably because it was later in the day). The place is cute but can use some TLC. Service was good.

Love love love cloud tea so much! Me and my boyfriend just cant stop coming to this boba place because their teas are amazing i always get the hokkaido milktea and i add the cloud cap on top (its just the best thing ever) They always put different words or characters on your cloud cap cream every single time and i think its sooo cute love the ambiance of this place, its a nice little place to chill and hang out with your friends and did i mention the people here are awesome?! read more

The environment here is very quiet and welcoming. The workers are all very kind. I've came here multiple times for different occasions (with a big group of friends and also by myself to study). Each time was a wonderful experience. The drinks are on the sweeter side. They don't overly fill their cups with ice either, which I prefer because I feel like I'm getting more of my money's worth. I highly recommend coming here to study or work. I had a big assignment due and needed to find a location that would help me focus and not feel sleepy while working on it. Cloud Tea was perfect. There are large tables to work on, which is hard to find in a boba tea shop. The music was very calming and wasn't distracting. I even added some of the music onto my study playlist. I studied there for 3 hours with no problems or distractions at all. read more

Very Nice and Clean place! I go here literally almost every day and really enjoy the atmosphere, It gets really packed here M-F at around 1-3 PM due to the nearby school but I have never had issues with my drink or the drink quality! The workers are all really nice and the drink are always always consistent and good. I have been to many different boba places and this one always remain my top choice, and they have no issue remaking you another drink if you do not like yours! read more

Great boba tea place with a large selection of drinks. The brown sugar milk tea with boba is my favorite. It's a sweet drink so adjust the sweetness to 25% or 50% if you like it extra sweet. The "cloud cap" is good but I prefer the drink without it. The location is hard to see from the road because it is behind a large building - you have to pull into the center and then drive around the building to see the store. Give it a try!! read more

I found cloud tea on accident a couple months back and it's my go to spot in Vegas for boba! I love their wide variety yet simplistic menu that is traditional to boba places I've visited in California. I usually go for a jasmine tea or milk tea and I'm never disappointed they allow you you to do less creamy, less sweet, but you cannot choose unsweetened which would be a nice option for their teas. The boba is always fresh that's the best part and staff always friendly! The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because the sweetness of the drinks is a lil inconsistent so it's hard to gauge when ordering the other thing is although I love their smoothies they charge to mix flavors. But overall I love cloud tea! Don't forget your stamp card! read more

This is my absolute FAVORITE boba place in all of Southern Nevada. I live in Henderson and drive 30 minutes at least 3 times a week just to come here. There's no where else that will give you as much boba as here. They are not stingy in the least bit and will remake a drink if you dislike the taste. It's a mom and pop shop with fantastic employees that are attentive and so kind. I recommend this place to anyone that will listen and everyone I've pushed onto Cloud Tea falls in love and can't go anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend read more

Average at its best! Boba texture here is great but I can't speak for anything else. In my opinion, it was lacking the tea aroma in their green tea ...which is disappointing being that it's their HOUSE RECOMMENDATION FAVORITE. I always love going to new tea places. Cloud Tea has a wide variety of different flavors. Only downside is that they don't have any hot teas. The boba was fresh and still warm. Not overcooked or undercooked like other places. I ordered a passion fruit green tea. My friends ordered a winter melon milk green tea and mango black tea. Overall tea taste was great. This place is not as sweet as other places, but still a decent amount. The service we received was great. They were helpful with the questions that we asked. Price of the tea was great. The space inside was clean, open, and cute. Good for groups and a nice place to hang out. read more

I happen to pass by on the way home. I decided to try somewhere new. The boba is really good. Really really soft and chewy. The flavors were pretty good. Very surprised that it was pretty awesome. Will come back again. Would have given 5 stars if he washed his hands after handling money before he made the drinks. But would definitely come back to try more flavors. read more

Updated on 05/16 - 3rd time! If you like wintermelon milk tea, try it with black tea base rather than green tea. so good! Also they are not stingy with boba, I've drank all the liquid but there was still boba. They also get pretty busy, at night only 2 staff so it's better to call in order. They're also good in advising how long your order will take. read more

Cloud Tea is so out of the way from my house, my job and The Strip ... but I keep coming back because it's just that good! I first came across this tea shop by accident and I'm so glad I did. They make some of the best milk teas in Vegas. The employees are super nice and accommodating, the store is clean and they even have board games for customers to play. Plus, the music selection is hilariously nostalgic. read more

More people need to try this place! I love brew tea bar but Cloud tea is amazing too! I love milk tea that has the tea-y taste and this place is perfect! I love that you can add a "cloud" cap to any drink and there's a wide range of options. My parents also complimented on the drinks being good and not too sweet (I adjusted their drink sweetness and it was perfect for their taste). I can't wait to be back for more boba! :) read more

I have been here twice within this pandemic and I have to say I like their system they have down. You call in order and wait in your car. When your order is ready you pay at the door. Pretty easy and both times I've called they were really friendly. I always get the taro with boba, soooo good! read more

I was told to wait a moment and I said sure no worries. I patiently waited and waited until it was over 10 minutes and also realizing there's another car behind me. So I moved forwarded to the window and at this time it is now 9:20am. When I pulled up to the window. Worker 1 (Asian girl with glasses and short black hair) was just standing & leaning with her back against the drive thru window. When she noticed me, I told her that I was waiting for over 10 minutes there for someone to come back and take my order. She stated they were "busy" with only 6 customers in the lobby but no line at the register? And that she was talking through the intercom but didn't hear anything? Weird. Cause it was just find 10/15 minutes ago... I explained that she could have checked in and apologized for the wait but she did not do that. I asked her am I able to get a discount for such a long unnecessary wait? She chuckled and said "no." And then walked away. (SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) Worker 2 (white girl with glasses and nose piercing with blonde highlighted hair) came over with my coffee and I asked her if she was the manager. She said "yes." I tried to explain the situation and she completely cut me off right away not wanting to hear me as the customer out. She explained she heard it all and she doesn't have the time for this and that I was initially being aggressive (BIG LIE TO MAKE HERSELF FEEL ON TOP OF THE SITUATION). I told her I clearly have not been aggressive from the start and how ridiculous it is to for the both of you to not take accountability of this situation. Now I am extremely mad because she decided to escalate the situation but cussing back and forth. Instead of hearing the customer out and apologizing about it, I was told to leave because they had "no time" for any of it. I have been coming to this location for years and have never once been treated like this. And on top of that when refunding me because she rather do that than putting her ego aside and taking accountability, she shorted me $2. My order was $13 and change and I gave $15. When receiving my money back. I didn't not receive the whole $15. I got mistreated and stolen from, from this location by these two workers who refused to give me their names. I DO NOT recommend coming here for your coffee needs. It is absolute disgusting behavior these two so called women had. They absolutely need RETRAINING on customer service and definitely RETRAINING on how to act as a manager of the establishment. Completely disappointed. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would with this review!

The fact that their boba is made in-house puts them a head above the rest. Their menu is extensive, with lots of unique flavors. The staff was friendly and happy to help us and answer questions. I got the taro milk tea and the flavor was very plane and sadly it didn't even taste anything like taro, but the boba was not that bad.
