Jaki is wonderful! She always knows how to create the look I am going for and makes very helpful suggestions. I'm not always sure how to name what I want, but she always figures it out after we take time to talk through with some helpful pictures. I've been going her for years to see Jaki and always a good cut and color. I've had massages as well with different masseuses and have enjoyed every one. read more

I just had my hair cut by Taylor and it looks amazing!!! I wanted a whole new hair style and asked for bangs that will work with my curly hair, and she did fantastic!! It looks better than I could have ever imagined :). She was so kind and taught me the best ways to style my new bangs, and what products and tools would be best for maintaining the curls in my hair. Thank you so much, Taylor!! I can't stop looking in the mirror, I love it! read more

Lauren did a great job with my color. My hair was shiny and looked so healthy afterwards. Will definitely be going back.

The stylist Yadira does not know how to cut nor style a girl's hair. My 7 year old' has a 40+ woman's hair!!! Where did this business find this employee? She should not have been hired by Cloud Nine. Terrible recommendation by the front desk person who booked the appointment. Clearly, Yadira has no experience and the front desk person should be reprimanded read more

Service was very good. Best haircut ever. Nice place, relaxing. I recommend Cloud. Many in the family go there.

Well darn it, I used to love this salon and I thought maybe my last review from 12 months ago was just a fluke because I've been going there for years prior, but after a scathing review last year, the owner followed up at the end of her response with " I'm glad you and your daughter were satisfied?? "‍. I attempted to reach out last week just hoping that the experience was a one time deal they made the appointment knowing my daughter was going to get her hair colored after I sent them photos of what she would like to do. These were the responses from the owner after putting me down for an appointment. I then responded that I was able to make a mid-March appointment, and I had responded twice due to their lack of getting back to me. Today I decided to call and spoke with the receptionist who had no idea what this world changing product was that they were waiting for and once I gave her my daughter's name she did what I had thought was look at the notes, because she paused on the phone paused and said I'll have to talk to the owner and get back with you, assuring me, it would be before . The final photo is of me placing a call to them this afternoon and no one answered up until their closing time at five. I stayed on that phone for 20 plus minutes on hold. I feel like I'm being avoided and it's really sad. I was hoping this new experience would be a good one that I could post about and apologize that this one time scathing review I did 12 months ago was a fluke, but it clearly was not. The owner is still providing very crappy service still giving me excuses other than being direct with me and saying we don't want you as a customer. So they once again made the client feel like they did something bad. How do they "prefer to use a specific product " that they say won't be available in Arizona until mid-March??? read more

Lauren did an amazing job on my hair! She was very personable and sweet. Best its looked in years- highly recommended booking with her

I had an appointment with Heather S snd my hair is so grateful! I have had two babies pretty much back to back, plus not having the best knowledge in proper care for my hair...it was struggling! She was very clear on how much should be taken off, she did a hair mask and my hair feels amazing! Highly recommend her! read more

Had a haircut with Heather about a month ago. She was very social and outgoing and when I explained the haircut I wanted (with several pictures), she said she knew exactly what I was looking for because she too has fine hair. She proceeded to cut a chin length bob for a cut that was intended to be at my shoulders. I was pretty disappointed, as I've tried several different stylist after Courtney left and struggled to find someone that would listen to what I wanted for my haircut. Ultimately, I received the haircut the stylist personally had. Although we can both have fine hair and the stylist looked great with the cut, it doesn't mean we have to have the same haircut. Additionally, I also get a few layers for movement but have so many layers that my hair is thin and stringy after the haircut. Definitely a far cry from what the pictures show. I called and spoke with the owner and explained the situation. She was very understanding and apologetic about the poor experience. She said she wanted to make it right and offered to refund half the haircut cost. She needed to have someone else contact me about processing the partial credit, which happened the following week. Unfortunately, I never received the refund that the owner offered, which leaves a bit of a sour taste after a poorly executed haircut. Don't offer a partial refund if you're not going to ensure the transaction is handled; it's just basic customer service. read more

The service is amazing... been going this salon for years now. The vibe is just wonderful too!!

Brooke is great. I love her attitude. Very good hairstylist. Asks the right questions listens and also responds to the clients needs.

My husband gifted me a spa day at cloud nine and it was mostly very nice! They had a package that included a facial, massage, mani pedi, and lunch. Even though this place feels a little more like a salon, they have you change into a robe and slippers for the spa day experience, which is kinda nice. The facial was amazing and very relaxing. The mani pedi were good as well. I had a salad for lunch, which was tasty. The person directing the services was helpful and friendly. The massage was definitely the low point. This was awhile ago, but the lady who was doing the massage asked where I had tension and I told her and then she pretty much totally ignored those areas. The pressure was very light and the person giving the massage tried to talk the whole time.... About politics.... It was really uncomfortable. I'm not sure if that person is still there and I can't blame the salon for that. Overall, it was a good experience. read more

Brittany did such an amazing job on my hair! It was long, damaged, and so blond for 8 years! I was over it! She gave me a beautiful haircut to chop off the old damaged hair, and got my hair in a uniformed color! Mia helped out cuz I have thick hair, and she's amazing also! I'm from SoCal, but visit AZ every 3-6 months and I'll be coming back to Brittany! I didn't want my hair blow dried or styled cuz I like wet hair feeling, Brittany insisted she would, but I wouldn't let her. Thank you Brittany and Mia! read more

Came here for the first time after purchasing a spa monthly special and It was a treat. First of all, it started with a facial provided by Zara. She was very kind and welcoming. Her European facial was ahhh-mazing. My face is glowing now. I also had a massage by Clint. He was also very kind and professional. He gave me a very relaxing all over body massage and when I told him how much I love my feet massaged, he paid extra attention to them. Overall I had a great first time experience and I felt so pampered here. The relaxation room with water wall feature made me just want to stay there and nap all day. I am definitely going back. read more

I made an appointment for my fiancé to get a trim and a blonde balayage as a surprise. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, and I get a call from my fiancé telling me that she wasn't happy with her hair, and her haircut was not what she wanted. The stylist had cut off all of her hair in heavy layers when she had asked only for a trim and to leave the length alone. She had sent me pictures and it was clear that she was given some highlights, and that her hair was still brunette. I called the salon immediately. I spoke to someone about these issues I had just mentioned, and she was helpful and scheduled my fiancé to come back to fix her color two days later. She had a new stylist, and by the end of her appointment her hair was finally blonde, and we had been offered the appointment for free since she wasn't happy with her hair after the first round. The salon was beautiful, the owner was fair. The woman that helped me schedule the first appointment and reschedule a new appointment was professional and kind, and overall we had a good experience. Although my fiancé wasn't happy about the cut and color from the first stylist, the color came out great the second go-round and she is learning how to style her new cut beautifully at home. read more
