I wanted a top in a different color and the manager on duty was immediately available, and assisted me with options. This store has completely changed my idea of what it means to shop. Everything feels high quality and the pieces last forever. The store is so clean, always, and the fitting rooms are super neat. In comparison to somewhere like Kohls, this store feels like a different world. I really love the availability of staff member assistance, and the color organized sale rack. I honestly don't think she bothered to look anything up on the site they use to evaluate what they accept for resale. That wasn't the case there was several things that I had bought recently at a couple of known stores that I just didn't like the fit after I wore them a couple of times. Have tried to buy from them when I take items in to sale & can not find anything I really like. Kinda all looks the same, nothing stands out.
