The store is on the smaller side, but that actually adds to the experience, making it easy and enjoyable to browse.Shoes are thoughtfully organized by size, and clothing is even arranged by color, which makes shopping super intuitive. Customer service was great, and the clothes are in excellent condition. They also have fitting rooms, which is a big plus. Prices can be on the higher side for branded items, but it still feels worthwhile--giving clothes a second life while still feeling good about what you're wearing. Most items can be returned for exchange, except those marked as sale, which are final sale. Plenty of free parking available, and the surrounding area is quite nice. Definitely one of the better resale stores I've been to.

The employees here are friendly and eager to help without being pushy. And, there are always plenty of them around so there isn't a long wait for assistance. As far as the shoes themselves, they are top notch. Seriously, they will endure all kinds of abuse yet somehow not show much wear and tear- as my child has demonstrated repeatedly! They may not be as flashy as some of the other brands of sneakers, especially when it comes to kids' styles, but personally, I would trade comfort and durability over looks any day. Of course this kind of quality does come at a price, however, not having to replace them frequently makes it worth the money.
