I spent 5 hours total with Jessica, got rid of two black garbage bags full of paper, and now I have a new filing system free of old stuff. A few points: 1. I'm a perfectionist, so working with Jessica enabled me to feel less overwhelmed by the task and the need to have it completed TODAY. 2. Jessica did not push me to spend more time than I was able given my health. 3. It's as if Jessica gave me the okay to have a memory box that wasn't organized. And serve pro even came in. So unprofessional and clueless! They just want to take your money!! So I went with Smart Mold who charged $0 for the estimate. And the sales guy came in a professional manner. Talked to me about WHERE the problem was coming from. Unlike other guys, who try to put a bandaid over the issue, Smart Mold assessed the situation and planned out how to get rid of the mold effectively. Of course I hired them and the next day they came in and fixed the mold problem in my bathroom. Very easy company to work with, they communicated with me well and gave me a lot of useful information. When I awoke in the morning, I had an inch or more of water on my bathroom floor and into my bedroom rug. I ran downstairs and the ceiling was partially fallen down and bulging in other areas with water. I called Metzler ServiceMaster; they removed the ceiling and they brought fans and dehumidifiers and put them upstairs and downstairs. Every day or so, they came with meters and checked the moisture levels. Dawn Metzler is a very professional and empathetic owner. She and her wonderful staff completed our job by putting up a new ceiling and repainting. I can't say enough about this wonderful business. You will not go wrong selecting them for your water remediation needs.

Thankfully, even calling after hours, Emergency Water Removal and Restoration answered and were on their way within 30 minutes. They came in, assessed the entire damage and got to work as soon as possible for any other mold or other water damage could spread.
