Cullen, the team captain, along with Michael from Mobile, AL were 5/5 on service, attention to detail, respect, professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. They picked up Jack in Montgomery to help with the unloading in Atlanta and he was just as good. They made a very stressful experience go smoothly! We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Customer's are being charged even they move out early! We should get a refund for un-used storage space. Just like any other establishment that cares about their customers. Very disappointed with this company, to say the least. We hired them to move us in February, and…read moreit's been trouble ever since. The workers were fine, polite, and worked at a great pace, but they scratched the halls in our new home in several places, smoked marijuana at the home we were moving from, and destroyed our daughter's vanity. I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.

After loading up U-haul and movers to help move, we were not able to access the unit. Later learned the access code provided was set to "Office hours only"; therefore we were unable to access the unit until the next day. Was offered $25 for "inconvenience", which did not come close to additional costs we had to spend due to their error. Jordan, district manager, advised that "mistakes do happen" and I guess it was up to us to cover the costs they created. I would highly recommend not using this facility, you get what you pay for.
