I do not recommend this company there are plenty of other great marble showrooms in the area, which are looking forward to earn new clients . So they re-arranged the store since my last time here. All the dresses were to the back of the 2nd floor near the cafe. I guess they figured you want it bad enough you will hunt it down and that I did. Very quickly found several dresses to try on but only put this one on. The first one was too big so I had to go back and get a smaller size. Lucky me even after eating McDonald's today and can still fit in a small. Than I FaceTimed hubby who was home to get his opinion. He liked it also I think he was thrilled not to have had to come with me. So I went to the register to pay. The good news is that I am a Rewards Member and if I come back tomorrow I get $ 75. to spend on any thing I want in the store. I have 180 days to redeem. So why did they drop to a four star from a five that I gave them six years ago? That's because the Men's department is truly lacking. That side door was the entire reason I chose that model, and that is exactly what I was told I was buying. When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised

When I recently replaced one of these machines with a new unit, I requested that they relocate the still-functional older machines to the adjacent building. Unfortunately, they dropped the machine and damaged it, refusing to acknowledge the harm. Dan reacted as if I had run over his cat when we informed him that his team had dropped the machine. Given that they are in the business of delivering and relocating machines, I did not consider this outside their scope of work; as a longstanding customer, I anticipated this would be a straightforward matter. Dan's behavior resembled that of a schoolgirl whose ponytail had just been pulled--if she were a 250-pound sassy bully in a bar. At that moment, it became evident that this individual was not managing a friendly family enterprise but was instead intent on shouting and speaking over me in unwarranted anger. Recognizing that his conduct was merely sad bullying, I found no productive way to resolve it at this point. To compound the issue, one week later, a machine I purchased six months prior malfunctioned at a men's group home. Dan delayed the warranty service for three weeks, giving the group home manager excuses such as being busy or on vacation, and ultimately refused to honor the warranty. So, because we accused them of dropping the washing machine during the previous delivery, he stated, "I will not warranty your machine." This family business should consider retiring the unpleasant and abusive proprietor. It is advisable to avoid this company and instead patronize larger retail establishments. Such evolution is inevitable; unfortunately, Albers does not evolve in this manner. STAY AWAY. Clearly going down.

After doing some research and measurements, I had a rough idea in my head of what I needed to do and the parts I needed. Since the bigger home improvement stores don't really carry any HVAC parts, I found Cooling Depot online. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away and helped by Abner. He brought me the parts I asked for, and then asked me about the project. Obviously I am not a duct person, and there were a few things I hadn't thought through when planning my project. Abner talked to us for 20-30 mins finding a better DIY solution and giving advice on how to do it. He made us a custom make-shift register box, and cut custom pieces of fiberglass board for us to build the duct. Throughout the whole process he was super friendly and helpful. Thanks to Abner, I successfully added the new duct. The a/c is working perfectly and providing air flow to my kitchen, and still flowing in my other rooms. Without his help, I could have ruined my whole HVAC system. Plus, this whole project cost me around $65, which is a steal considering the amazing advice I got along with it. If I ever need any other a/c parts, I will definitely be back!
