Coming to this Costco location--or honestly any Costco--you definitely need to have some patience. Finding parking can be a mission, and depending on the time you go, the store is usually packed. But aside from that, they always have great deals and you really get your money's worth. Now, my review is actually about an item they've been selling recently. My sister and her husband put me onto this chocolate, and I had never tried Dubai chocolate before... but I have to admit, I'm completely lost for words. It's the Nutty FrUity Dubai Chocolate Bars--milk chocolate filled with pistachios and crunchy kadayif--and it is so good. If you're a pistachio lover, you absolutely need to try this. Trust me, you won't regret it... and you can thank me later I'm giving this Costco four stars only because having to find parking requires a lot of patience. read more

my wife was assaulted by another customer who also threatened to shoot me in front of a store manager , when we called the police the manager started to back pedal saying he really did not hear what was said from 2 feet away, when the police arrived the manager went missing his name is Kevin and I had to go and find him for the officers. Then another manager by the name of Jason said he would check the cameras later at no time did he ask for anybodies names and then he lied straight to my face and said Costco have the technology to detect anybody entering the store with a firearm we were also told to wait outside the store for the police to arrive, if this is the standard of Costco management it's a very poor standard of service, in the end we left the store simply because no one there had the slightest interest in the situation and just wanted us out, if this is Costco policy it is far below what we expect from a professional store read more

I know costco, and this costco has very solid deals and I got some sweet costco swag recently, the hoodie and sweats! Unfortunately, my food gripe is that the food court is not always consistent with the pizza, but they do great with the calzones. Great for the shoppers though. The tire center made a mistake when I got new tires here and it took an extra hour, I think they replaced the wrong set of 2 tires.. if the tire center were a bigger part of my costco experience I would lower the review more, but honestly I won't interact with them much again. read more

Awesome tire store experience. Saved over $100 dollars and was able to get my shopping done while I waited. Not getting tires anywhere else as long as Costco has a tire center. The team in there was also incredibly knowledgeable, I know nothing about my tires, let alone any tire at all and was still able to walk out of there ready to go. Yesterday, we raced over to this Costco location so that we could grab their all-in-one ready to put into oven Thanksgiving dinner before they sold out. Since we are just a family of two, the size of their ready to cook dinner is perfect for us. We even have leftovers for the next 2 days. The price was $29.99 last year but was up to $40 this year. It's still a good value, and there is minimal work to do. Plus, it's delicious when done. You get the turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberries. Just add the wine and dessert. As we headed toward the crowded cash registers (the lines started back in the food aisles), an employee came over and took us over to a self serve register but he did the checking out for us and packing! What a blessing! I wish I had gotten his name! Very customer oriented. I added a star just for him. Parking was a zoo as usual at holiday times! It took a while to find a spot out in the left field. Customers were quite impatient. We even got there just a half hour after Costco opened. We were happy that we got everything we needed and made it out of there without any problems. We will be back next month for Xmas groceries! read more

I find this Costco to be a very stressful one. I definitely don't look forward to shopping at Costco in Miami in general due to the crowds. Also as Costco increases their prices, I find less reason to return each time. But this review is mainly for their Tire Center. They only sell batteries and tires - which keeps things very streamlined. I feel for everyone working the Tire Center from those working the registers to the techs handling the labor. I don't know if an hour and half is fast or slow for installing 4 tires, but I feel like everyone is overworked and stressed the heck out. My biggest tip for customers having new tires installed - be patient, be kind, and give yourself plenty of time. Read the banner above and form a line under the side that applies to you. Trust me, you will receive faster customer service that way and helps the people at the register do their job. read more

This review is for the service department. This was my third time having my vehicle serviced at this location, and my visit on 3/15/26 highlighted serious customer service issues at the tire center. The first representative asked whether I had the 5-year warranty but admitted he had not checked the system beforehand. Basic information like this should be verified before questioning the customer. Starting an interaction this way creates unnecessary confusion and reflects poor attention to service standards. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I received a text that my vehicle was ready. When I approached the desk, Ms. Jayla did not call the next customer and instead said, "I'm ready." I greeted her and was ignored while she looked directly at me. I had to repeat my greeting before she responded. At the end of the transaction I said "thank you," and she did not acknowledge it. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Costco is known for strong customer service, which is one of the reasons members remain loyal. As an Executive Member, I expect staff to demonstrate basic professionalism and courtesy. I hope management reviews this feedback and addresses these service concerns moving forward. read more

I left my vehicle at Costco to replace a tire. When they finished, the Costco employee parked the car outside and left the driver's window down. During this time, there was a big storm with heavy rain and and the electronic components of the door and the seat got soaked and the floor flooded. The Costco employee just dried everything with a towel and left it. My car now smells like mildew and is damaged and Costco will not accept responsibility for this negligence while my property was in their possession. read more

Lots of perks when you buying items in bulk. Costco offers great quality of products. I love the prices on fruits, nuts, variety of cheeses and cold meats. I also appreciate the discounted price on gas and save on some household items every 3 months. It's incredible that they have over 100 million members. This time I visited the store to return a product that wasn't exceeding my expectations for sound quality. The staff who assisted was very polite and friendly. I can't say enough great things about this Costco! We had let our prior membership lapse a few years ago, but renewed it in advance of a big party we were having last month. After some initial confusion (we didn't realize the store had relocated), we arrived and ALMOST turned around due to the absolutely packed parking lot. Fear not! The store is gigantic. Despite the full lot, the store felt empty. Renewing the membership was a breeze and they were running an insane promotion on the Executive membership. The staff here are absolutely top notch and the other patrons are surprisingly un-Miami. As a bonus, they took extra care to install baffling on the ceiling, so the shopping experience is nearly museum-like in its quiet! No matter how long the line to check out, it has never taken longer than a few minutes - MAGIC! So far, in addition to food, we have purchased prescription glasses, patronized the pharmacy, visited the attached liquor store, filled the gas tank, and used their travel service (although that was telephonic and not at this location). I can't wait to get our savings check at the end of the year! read more

This Costco has been around for a very long time, December 12, 1992 to be exact, so when they announced their new home that will open February 7, 2019, you better believe it will be a bigger and grander place. Not only will it be larger inside, but they will go from 500 parking spots to over 800 plus; to me, the current location is such a hassle to find a parking spot as its a task in itself. Once you're in though, expect to find some amazing deals in food, clothing, automotive or even electronics which who doesn't want a nice deal. Accompanied with a 90 day return policy with most of all purchases, you can buy with confidence and return if not happy. There's also a complete vision and hearing department with doctors to get you seeing and hearing the way you need if you're impaired. Some of my favorite things about Costco are their whole rotisserie chicken they sell for under $5 bucks. The chicken is so moist and full of flavor not to mention the enormous size that can feed an entire family of 6. Their food court also has some amazing eats with their Hot Dogs and drink for $1.50, and funny thing...they're huge in size and a very good quality dog. I am also impressed with the amount of Prime Beef they have for sale that is priced about 30-40% lower than Publix's Prime Beef. There is so much of everything here...you need to spend a little time to see how much goodness is in one place. I'm definitely looking forward to their new location just a block away which will be a wonderful and improved shopping experience. read more

This is a review for Costco food: generous portions and the prices have remained low forever. The pepperoni pizza is prepared hot and fresh and it costs less than $10. We order this pizza on a weekly basis. My wife loves the vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce - luxurious and refreshing. The hotdogs topped with ketchup/mustard/relish and drink with free refill is always a great snack. The employees are hardworking and kind - they're always putting together food efficiently and with utmost care. Do yourself a favor and stop at Costco for lunch/dinner. read more

So last shopping trip here I learned two things everything is in stock if you are the first to get in the morning and that their hours changed. So I get here today thinking I was an hour early but unfortunately a line formed outside. I fill up my car and get gas first. It had gone down considerably in a week. I. E. Spoiler alert read that review on Costco Gasoline to get those details. So once inside I beeline to the Greg Norman golf shirts I got hubby at $9.97 last week. Surprise now they are $4.97 so I get the other two colors and one for my Father in law for Father's Day. Next I run and get on line for toilet paper I successfully procure a package of 30 rolls. I get ground beef this trip too! It is the perfect trifecta. Funny enough my membership was due. It is worth every penny of the $120. Annual Executive membership ie I get money back 2% end of year. I love Costco and most of the ones I've visited have parking issues but wow this one takes the cake. In addition, the store layout is all choppy, doesn't have a proper layout, it's very tight to maneuver around, no self check out lanes and narrow exit area. Costco's North Miami location moved to their new building in the Sole Mio district as of February 6, 2019. Insider Tip: Enter the district from Royal Oak Lane (the road next to Target on Biscayne). You'll save on time and traffic by entering this way, and it will put you on the backside of Costco (where there's typically more parking options). At the new location, it appears that there are a lot more parking spaces, and also looks like the overall building has more square footage. The store layout/setup is pretty much the same as the former location. However, I did notice there appears to be a ton more cash registers, and they also added self checkouts! I was so happy to see self checkouts in this location after loving this feature in the Davie location. For only needing 2 items in store, I sped through the checkout process and line expeditors helped guide you to a register and checked to make sure you weren't having any problems. I also noticed the cafe had the same setup, but also added a self checkout terminal as well. The exit process could be expedited, where it always backs up. There were probably 15 or so customers leaving and appeared to be ready. However, it was the Costco employees checking receipts at the exit that were just taking their time and didn't appear to be in any major hurry. I've been to other locations in the Miami area and other states where I never saw this much of a backup because the employees were passionate about moving the line. Overall, great new location, many great welcome changes, but more can still be done. read more

My friends always joke about me being at Costco all the time. They tell me to get a job! Are you guys hiring?? lol Yes, it's my favorite place to get my meat and whatever I need. Their original brand, Kirkland products are very good quality and reasonably priced. Why then 4 stars instead of 5?? Well, sometime fruits I buy from Costco are not too fresh. I guess they buy bulk and as they sit at the store, they are getting old. I had to return several fruits and vegetables I bought because half of them were rotten or within a few days, got molded. Of course, Costco has an excellent return policy and I don't have any problems returning the products. However sometime you just don't have a time and driving about 20 minutes could be difficult. I understand that we are going through difficult times with Covid 19 but the staff at Costco needs DESPERATELY to be replaced. Had it not been the 4th incident in which I observed, and was a victim, of abusive behavior on the part of the staff maybe I wouldn't be writing this review. And, God forbid, you defend yourself, because then your causing a problem. And good luck with a supervisor they look exhausted at this Costco. When I went to customer service for an unrelated issue I mentioned what always happens at this particular location and the rep said he understood perfectly and he had been a witness to what I was saying as well. Why on earth would Costco employ such crappy staff, and I mean CRAP, when there are so many people willing to work. In Costco's defense, Customer service also told me that they too are subject to a lot of abuse from customers and they try to ignore a lot of what happens just so they can work. But what I witnessed some cashiers do, both make and female, is inexcusable. When today she tried to disrespect me would not have it. She took a break and let a supervisor handle it. I don't know why I didn't get her name. Such a shame, she and the cashier next to her should have been reported. I have been to other Costco's and I promise I have never seen such disrespect. This does not happen at other Costco's. I am telling you SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT AT THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NEVER LET MYSELF OR MY FRIENDS STEP FOOT HERE. Surprisingly healthy food (e.g. turkey slices without nitrites or nitrates) at much cheaper prices than at the grocery stores. Some items I haven't seen elsewhere (avocado chunks, for example). Large selection of health (but not workout) supplements. Small selection of non-prescription sunglasses (about 60), and only cheapo computer monitors (no widescreen IPS monitors, and the only 4K one had a cheap VA panel). I guess don't come here for specialty electronics - buy them from Amazon. But the selection of TVs seemed OK (OLED and stuff). Inexpensive high quality pillows, mattresses (Casper was present), towels and plush carpet. Checkout was pretty fast at peak time (6:30pm), and there are self checkout lanes. Free cardboard boxes if you need them. Well-behaved clientele, mostly Hispanic. Only heard one kid yelling during my two hours there. My only problem with Costco is that the bulk size is sometimes too big. For example, paper plates come in 285 count, toothpaste in 5-count, ketchup in 3-count, body wash in 3-bottles etc. But on the other hand, 3 of an item costs maybe only 50% more than one of it at Publix. read more
