!!!!!!!! RIPP OFF, SCAM, RUN RUN RUN!!!!! Do yourself a favor and shop anywere but here!! Every perfume or cologne is priced ridiculously high. I'm not talking $10 or $20 over retail but in some cases $50 or more. I really don't know much about men's cologne, so I asked for advice. The lady sold me something called RICH, which I paid almost $80 for. I got home and Googled it (should've done that in the store duh) and the exact same size sold at Target, Walmart for $20. Of course I took it back, exchange only... fine. I had to exchange it for a different ridiculously overpriced cologne!!! The sales lady Deena, whom was very friendly, told me how her boss was a very terrible man, and they are taught by him how to rip people off. Worst place ever. Went in to buy a Christmas gift and asked the lady and I'm guessing the owner for something between $30-$50. They suggested me this perfume that apparently costs $90 and told me that they would give me a discount that would leave the purchase price around $55 which wasn't that far off. So I decided to purchase the perfume after I handed them my card and once I got the card and the receipt back it said $70. The problem wasn't even the price the problem is that when I asked for my money back right after they charged me they said no refund, no money back, no exchanges. Later on I googled my purchase and it was detailed everywhere else at $20. So you're telling me that I payed $70 for a $20 dollar perfume! I went into this store today to buy a father's day gift with my two year old daughter. The sales girl told me the same story as the one i just read here. She said that the perfume "chic" was on sale for $60 just for today. I did not like it so she said "well if price is not an issue for you i will recommend you MINE by Marc jacobs" i told her i never heard of such cologne and she explained that only people that have contracts with the specific brand are able to get it and said that is the same way the CHANNEL cologne wholesale buying process works. She said it usually goes for $175 but just for today it had a father's day special of $120, she also proceeded to tell me how great this cologne was so I made the purchase and got into my car, while in my car i checked online and saw that the cologne sells for $23 USD. I went into the store and requested a refund or for the transaction to be voided and she told me that it could only be exhanged. I confronted her about the price and asked to speak to the owner and she said that she has nothing to do with it, "The owner is the one that purchases the inventory and selects the price for it" yet she talks about the product like she knows it well!!!! I ended up exchanging the cologne because it was almost 8 o oclock at night and my daughter was crying and tired. She said the owners name is sammy but refused to give me a last name. Yes people should check online before they make a purchase and i usually do but the timing and me being a bit stressed with my two year old was the perfect moment for her to take advantage of the situation. She also told me about investment opportunities with them. You give them $1000USD for exhange of many brands of perfume and the more you invest the cheaper the perfumes would be. read more

I'll never go back again. I was told the prices for the perfumes I was going to buy was $55 and another piece below $35. I later was charged $175.65. I go back to the store to try to settle the charge because I honestly thought it was an accident on their part and they'd give me the difference of what I was actually supposed to be charged back. Can you believe the woman in the front said she'd never give me those prices for those perfumes. On top of that, she has no record of the actual transaction. I ask to speak to the manager but she says there is no number to call but the for the store. She tells me there are no refunds, only exchanges, but this is not a matter of me disliking a product and wanting an exchange. This is a matter of getting overcharged a huge amount and wanting my money back. Would not recommend buying from this store at all, you have a chance of getting charged a completely different amount and there will be nothing you can do. There is no higher authority that can handle you problem either. read more
