Review of Conform Heating & Cooling/Plumbing (Owner: Troy)…read more Troy, the owner of Conform Heating & Cooling/Plumbing, came to my home on June 15, 2026, after my insurance company assigned him to perform a diagnostic inspection of my water heater. As part of my insurance deductible, I was required to pay $70.00, which I paid via Zelle on the same day as his visit. After the inspection, I waited several days and then contacted my insurance company to check on the status of my claim. I was informed that they were still waiting for Troy to upload the diagnostic report. Approximately two weeks later, I contacted the insurance company again and was told that they still had not received the required report. At that point, the insurance company advised me to contact Troy directly. Beginning in early July, I spoke with Troy approximately three to four times per week requesting that he submit the diagnostic report. During these conversations, he repeatedly claimed that he was experiencing IT-related issues that prevented him from uploading the report. I then asked him to simply email the report to me so that I could forward it to the insurance company myself. Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls and text messages, I never received the report. Each time we spoke, Troy assured me that he would send it later that evening, but he never followed through on his promises. By August 4, 2026, I had still not received the diagnostic report. My calls and text messages were going unanswered, and I eventually had to call from a different phone number just to reach him. When I finally spoke with him, I explained that it had been nearly two months since the inspection and that I had repeatedly requested the report. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, Troy became angry, raised his voice, stated that he was busy, and ultimately hung up on me. As a result of his failure to provide the diagnostic report, I was forced to cancel my claim and start the process over with another contractor assigned by my insurance company. This caused significant delays, unnecessary inconvenience, and wasted time. Meanwhile, my family, including my children, has been without a functioning water heater during this process. In my opinion, charging a customer for a diagnostic service and then failing to provide the resulting report is unacceptable. I paid $70.00 for a service that ultimately produced no usable result for me or my insurance company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Conform Heating & Cooling/Plumbing. The lack of communication, failure to deliver the required documentation, and unprofessional behavior created a very frustrating experience that could have been avoided with basic follow-through and customer service.

They sent Alex to my house, and he was right on time. Friendly, informative, Alex got right down to business cleaning my very clogged vent. He also showed me pictures of the inside of the duct connecting the vent to the outside of my house, and he speculated that the last company to "clean" the vent broke the duct (he showed me the defect before he began the task of cleaning the vent/duct. I had a plumber come in for a consultation so that I could buy a tank-less water heater. I paid…read morefor a consultation so that I could buy a water heater that fitted with my home set up. I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars.
