I love my new dentist and her awesome hygienist! Dr. Falbo & Rachel got me fixed right up! It took…read morea couple of visits. Rachel did half the deep scaling & root planing to attack my periodontal disease...left side first. One week later when I returned, to get the right side done, left side was already improved significantly... pockets had shrunk by a whole millimeter and my gums were tightening up nicely!! I got 3 new crowns and some other work done, and I'm not quite finished yet, but am well on my way to a healthier mouth, more correct bite and whiter smile. They were wonderfully thorough, and explained everything to me in detail. I felt quite engaged in the entire process. On a scale of 1 to 5, Dr. Falbo & her team definitely get 5 stars from me! My first visit to dentistry for health. My old dentist retired. I was told I needed two crowns and…read moreI needed to be tested for sleep apnea which I was told was covered by insurance. It was not. I was only there a year and a half and left, reason being is both crowns continued To fall out. When I went to the new dentist she asked where the cement on the crowns were Now both need to be redone because they were not done right. I'm so mad that I wasted all that money. Always get a second opinion before you have any major work done. I do believe all their good reviews are fake

Best dentist I've ever had. Super nice office and staff is PATIENT and helpful! I am not an easy…read moredental patient as I have a terrible gag reflex, along with TMJ and an overactive saliva gland that makes visits soooo "fun". Dr. Hoover, and staff, were so nice and understanding - taking it easy and asking if I was ok every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend for something NO ONE WANTS to do.....so it's the best experience of the worst experience, haha

After 26 years as a patient, I was shocked by how this office handled my situation…read more Dr. Hoover has always been kind, but the front office and billing were aggressive, inconsistent, and extremely difficult to deal with. I was told a procedure would be covered and that it would be verified in advance. It was not, due to insurance frequency limits. I was later told I owed around $360, which was very disturbing because I would have paid it immediately if that had been accurate. After reviewing my insurance records in detail, I found the actual disputed amount was only $90 -- a major difference that was never clearly explained. In trying to resolve this, I was told a courtesy adjustment was applied, but it was applied to a different tooth than the one in question (#10 vs #11). There also appeared to be a resubmission of the same work under a different code, which contributed to the insurance denial and confusion over what was actually owed. When I attempted to clarify this, including speaking with the doctor's wife, the interaction became confrontational. When I pointed out that the courtesy had been applied to the wrong tooth and that the claim had already been paid under another entry, I was challenged in an aggressive tone and asked how I knew that. My response was simply that these are my insurance records and my teeth, and I had reviewed the documentation carefully. I was also given conflicting information about a required $50 deposit, which added to the confusion and lack of trust in how the billing was being handled. After raising these concerns, I was dismissed from the practice. After 26 years, I was treated like a problem instead of a patient.
