After years of patronage I'm writing this review for anyone that is in need of a reliable, secure, and consistent storage facility. I was present for at least one change of ownership but that had no bearing on the service or value of the facility. Whoever was working at the front office was always available and helpful to assist in any of my concerns or needs in regards to the unit. When I got locked behind the gate after-hours with my head focused on my unit to realize I had extended my visit too long, they quickly helped me exit with no problems. I used storage for a month. I felt my stuff was very safe . Jennifer the manager is very knowledgeable and knows alot about storage .

I recently moved my things in to Clock Tower and from the first call to the move in I have been very happy with their services, they have offered use of their truck for $20 a hour, just let them know a few days out and it works great for local moves, they also offered me the $1 in move in special, they have prorated my move in, they have found me the units I needed to make it more convenient for me, and the right price, the units are large enough to store the contents I have, it is clean and most of all they treat you right. They also answer their phone, I have not gotten voicemail one time, the office staff, Jennifer and Janika are the best. I highly recommend this storage facility, during the Pandemic things may have been a bit challenging but this facility went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I feel that once the pandemic is years out this staff will still be as accommodating then as they have been now during the difficult days, give them a call when you need a storage facility ask for Jennifer or Janika, you will be in good hands here. If you have contract concerns they quickly help you so you understand and will work with you if it is person or over the phone they are helpful, kind and professional. read more

I loved storing at Clock Tower. I got a great deal when I moved in, saving me tons of money when we were moving which really helped. Kevin was especially kind and accommodating. Being a mom makes it hard for me to get through a phone call and Kevin was always more than welcome to communicate with me through email, answering my endless questions. Make sure you look at the units before you rent. They are not insulated at all. I rented a unit here and during a rain storm my belongings got wet. They did make it right (since I opted for the insurance) but I'm not sure I would recommend storing anything too valuable here. I was treated great here and was given a great move in deal including a moving truck to use. I would love to rate this place higher but based on the quality of the units themselves and my stuff getting wet I just can't. read more

Just have to inform the general public of the treatment received by this facility. Once they have you sign on the dotted line all professionalism goes out the window. I've had problems with receiving a monthly invoice, was never told about credit card surcharges, they charge more then the credit card fees, the manager you leave the message for does not return your call, on and on. A flunky returned my message and could not answer my questions or have the correct information. There are MANY storage facilities around folks, I think I will look into SIERRA COLLEGE SELF STORAGE in Roseville is starting to look pretty good. One unhappy customer ! read more

I found Clock Tower on line and signed up hoping it would be a secure, reasonably priced, reliable place. It was. Patrick was extremely helpful and the price was what they said it would be...no hidden charges. Seems to be very secure with on site monitoring. And apparently, the Folsom PD does training in and around the area which is always good! read more

To who it may concern, I have been using a storage unit from clock tower storage for a few years now and I'm very unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and honesty. I just recently received a letter stating that my storage rent has increased, again!! This time by over $50 a month. This is the second time they have increased storage rent within the last 6 months. In the email that was sent to me they state that expenses everywhere are steadily rising. I understand businesses and companies need to raise prices when inflation has started but from my knowledge storage unites do not use transportation/gas so I don't understand where their high expenses are needed?. The high prices aren't the only problem I'be had with this storage company. The front gate had been open and broke for weeks. They kept saying it would be fixed but with no avail for weeks. the broken gate wasn't taking serious enough to be fixed in a quick and timely manner. It took weeks to be delt with and for the gate to be properly fixed. So while they take over $300 a month from me what do I get in return? I get a unsecured storage facility, a questionable security system , and constant worry that they will again raise prices! read more

Very friendly, helpful and professional management staff, particularly Monroe. Lots of size options for drive up self storage units. Mine was 10x15, which I rented from August though February. Estimated 8 to 10 foot in height. Was able to use an on line coupon for large first month discount. Although I never needed it, they have a good size moving truck available for use by Renters. The moderately slopping property can be challenging for some of the units. read more

Management team at this facility is excellent. When I was shopping around, they provided an excellent move-in deal and were extremely helpful and patient with my gazzillion questions. I opted for a 10X20 unit and couldn't have been happier with it. I knocked off one star in my rating for the fact that the property sits on a slope and makes for a bit of a challenge when moving items in or out, especially anything on wheels. The area right outside each unit in many of the storage units is level but there is a gradual drop from unit to unit. Not all are this way but it all depends on what is available at the time you rent so make sure you check it out and ask to see the available units before making a commitment. read more

This facility has been so good to me, after 2 1/2 years, I have been working with Monroe, he is the one that signed me up that day and continues to accommodate me and I know so many other customers here. He works hard fir all of us and smiles and is very knowledgeable about this facility and many other locations. I called Clock Tower Storage to ask them if an 18 wheel moving truck would fit into their facility, and the young woman who answered the phone said yes. Based on this, my husband went there to rent a unit from them. The next day, after my mover arrived there, based on the unit that same woman assigned us, there was no way an 18 wheeler could get back to it. Since we didn't have ay other storage places that we had called, the truck went on to make its other deliveries throughout northern CA and returned several days later. Not only was this a huge inconvenience, but Clock Tower never refunded us all of our money even though thy had apologized for misspeaking and had promised to refund our money . When I got my credit card statement and called, I spoke to a Victoria or Veronica who told me that she was the manager and that she would try to get the rest of our money back to us, acknowledging that she knew they owed it, but that it might be hard to get back to us. This statement did not make any sense, and when I asked her why, she could not explain it and over a year later, they area still holding on to $19.00 of my money and provided no services to me, just inconveniences.
