I always ask for a tracking number for the items I purchase, and I am always promised to have them by the business day following when I place my order. Even though the items are typically scheduled up for shipping the day I place my order, I never get tracking information from Smart Power Sports until the day my order is scheduled to arrive at my house. IMHO, this is terrible customer service since the promise is always made to get information to me vey quickly and it never arrives until it's "too late" for me to be able to make use of it (if I get a tracking number from them at all). What's more irritating is that I get told that items are "in stock", but they ship from a supplier warehouse somewhere else in the country. They never disclose this information, and make it about impossible to estimate a reasonable timeframe for delivery as a result.

Prices were on quite a spectrum, from "wow, what a deal!" To "Wow, they really do not want to sell that." Found tons of treasures here though, which is the most important part. There are two entrances, and hence, two places to check out. I definitely had fun comparing the typical finds here vs. in other states. Absolutely worth a visit!

We were looking for clothes and shoes for my son's graduation from Daycare to Pre-school. It was a big day! In general most people are intelligent enough to know that infant/toddler children's clothing should remain clean. A lady and man walked in with 2 long hair large dirty dogs and strolled through the store. The dogs were all into the baby girl clothing, which was right next to where my son was trying on shoes. It was apparent that my son was scared and that I was not comfortable around the animals that were definitely NOT SERVICE DOGS. To make matters worse an employee started playing with the dogs right next to us, which quickly caused the hairs to bother my right eye and my throat. We had to hurry up and get rung out at the register. To make matters worse, the cashier was the woman, who had just played with the dirty dogs and was now handling clothing and shoes I was about to put on my son after purchase. This is because we were headed from there to his graduation. I mentioned my concerns to the woman, who said, "We just always allow dogs in here. [...]." I think at a minimum GAP should post signs that state "All dogs are allowed" in their stores on the doors, even though it does not seem legal, so that people with allergies know what to expect or to not shop there. I spent $1,000 on a hypoallergenic dog that was purchased 4 states away and even he still gives us some problems. Therefore, it is not a matter of not liking dogs. We love them, but even our pooch who is now fully grown and only 9 lbs. would not be brought into a public store. He would not be allowed to roam through infant/toddler clothes either. After all that, it was not that they were even catering to the couple as they did not even purchase anything. Thanks Gap for crushing our big day!
