The cabinets aren't the problem. They are near perfect, not perfect. They are solid and it appears they are well-made. We're glad we got real wood! The customer service, not so good. The salesperson who came to measure rushed through, missed some important things. Second, he failed to remember or just ignored an important item so a feature we really wanted didn't happen and we weren't told it wouldn't happen. This last bit felt like a deliberate change because it would have involved them getting a part from another company. Not ok. Feels like they figured by the time we got their cabinets--which took a long time (!) we'd settle. We did but not happily. Insist they take time with you or send them away. There are other companies making fine cabinets. read more

This company is the worst- they kept promising to take care of the problem with my cabinets and then just never got back to me. My painted cabinets are all cracking due to a defect in the way they mixed the paint (they told me that was why it was cracking). Please save your money and use someone else!! read more

I personally dont have a contract with them but I know someone that has a kitchen reno going on with Knight Kitchens for a real long time. They dont take responsibility for incorrect measurements, then dont return calls, dont stand behind their product and leave you hanging. The company is not the same as it use to be years ago. I feel so bad for my friend who is going through hell. Its just not fair the way they treat people outside of Vermont. Its too bad because they put out a nice product. read more
