Honestly I would give them a five if not for the issue where they charge for a full package even though we have our own boots. Guided E-bike tour-back roads, hidden Vt. Great way to spend a beautiful Vt. weekend morning! I…read morehad the pleasure of riding with Alex and Shon on a guided back road tour of Proctorsville and the gorgeous surrounding area. We toured on state of the art e-bikes. My friend and I are recreational bikers and I have never ridden on an e-bike. There are not many people I would trust to be my guide on my 1st e-bike tour-especially on Vt. back roads . When I became aware that Boot Pro offered guided tours, I knew I'd finally be able to indulge in the sport. Alex and Shon took the time to teach us how to ride confidently And safely. Both are amazing ambassadors of the Green Mountain State. Their passion for their community and their craft is contagious! I can't recommend this enough! If you're in the area, and want to experience REAL Vt on an e-bike...spend a morning touring with Boot Pro. You will not be disappointed!

Brian was amazing and worked tirelessly to get a perfect fit for my husband's boots as his feet are a challenge to fit. Thank you Brian and Joyce for your expertise.

Don't go to this store if you are seeking good customer service!! They don't seem to care at all…read moreabout their customers here. Four of us came in from out of town to ride this weekend and one bike had an issue with the pedal and crank threads. This store was the only store who had the helicoil thread repair we needed in stock but they were too backed up in their service department to work on the bike same day. We asked instead if we could buy the part we needed and take it to another store who had capacity to fix it today. They refused to sell us the part. We even offered to buy the part and pay for an hour of labor without them needing to do the labor to compensate them for their time. They still refused and when they saw how disappointed we were they smiled and said have a nice day as we were leaving as if to say how happy they were that they would not help us get back on the mountain today. Btw, the woman we were talking to said she was the manager so this wasn't a case of just an ill advised employee but rather just bad management decision. Advice to the owner and management of this store: try harder. Customer service is important. You should care more about your customers. Needless to say, we won't be going back to this store. I would not advise that you do either. Unless bad customer service is what you are seeking.

Because the store is free standing (and no other restroom options) we asked if she could use the restroom before we tried on jackets/pants. The older woman VERY rudely replied that "absolutely not". No one in our party is allowed to use the bathroom. So I said we would have to leave because they really had to go, and she said that's fine with her. Then she crossed her arms and eye rolled us. Are you kidding me? THIS is how you treat new customers? Btw the store was EMPTY and no one was wearing masks. We left and are VERY happy to spend our money ELSEWHERE but WHO DENIES A CHILD BATHROOM ACCESS when they're about to pee their pants? Trash. This store is trash. Avoid at all costs on principle alone.

First, he spoke disrespectfully to his worker and then "mansplained" us about how we were wrong to say the boots didn't fit well and we wanted to try a larger size. It was crazy, it didn't matter how we thought the ski boots fit - if it didn't match what he thought, then we were wrong. When I told my daughter we could just rent that day and buy boots when we returned home, he essentially kicked us out of his store. I've never been treated so rudely. I should have read the reviews first because it's clear he has treated others the same way. He needs to sell this store and retire because clearly customer service is not his thing! Amazing customer service. Great prices…read more When it comes to snowboarding and getting all your stuff together to finally get up on the mountain it can get pretty pricey. I checked two other spots before coming over to Dunnett. The staff was much friendlier and much more engaged with wanting to service us than the other locations we went to. The prices for rentals were about $15-20 cheaper. You can hold on to your equipment for multiple days and you can drop off before 6pm on the last day. We rented 2 pairs of snowboarding boots, a snowboard and 2 helmets for 2 days. Total was about $80. The gentleman in the location even met us at our car to collect the boots. I would have given them 5 stars but I have a very common shoe size so I had to settle for the last pair available...and one of the boots I was given was a bit worn out. Aside from that I was very pleased with my experience at Dunnett and will definitely be coming back for rentals next season.
