I presented my old German grandfather clock after at least SIX attempts to repair by another business . Vladimir took one look at it and told me the bushings all needed to be replaced. The previous business had only been oiling and cleaning without actually fixing anything. read more

They know their stuff! Another long-time clock repair business told me they couldn't convert my vintage wall clock from wired to battery and the Clock Shop didn't hesitate. Their communication is stellar. Igor has to change one of the hands: it doesn't come in the original color so he offered to spray paint it for me. Hard to find service, skill, and attention to detail like this!! read more

Been getting watch batteries replaced for years here. Super fast great price. Stopped today to see if some links could be removed from a watch. Young man behind counter. Said sure. Within minutes links removed watch now fits great. asked how much he said no charge. Great service read more

I'm completely flabbergasted. I have a Vintage Rado Watch that needed a battery replacement. $10 for a simple replacement, he did it fast infront of me. Every other clock shop was either scummy or expensive. This shop is top tier, would recommend this over every other shop. read more

I've visited here a couple of times. Once, for a new watch battery. The second time, I had my car key battery replaced. The service here is friendly, quick and affordable. I'd definitely recommend if you need your batteries changed of clocks repaired! read more

Stopped in to have my husbands watch battery replaced and face fixed. Unfortunately this sweet man could only replace the battery as he is not in the business of fixing watches but he was able to swap the battery in just a few minutes and it was only $10. Highly recommend if you just need a battery replacement. The location is a bit sketchy but thankfully was in and out fast! My daughter and I were mesmerized by all the cool clocks hanging around the little shop. read more

Highly recommend this clock shop. My grandmother usually goes to a clock shop in fife that is now shut down, so we drove out to this clock shop from Bonney lake and the two gentleman went above and beyond to help my grandmother and I. It was a really simple fix, we will definitely be coming back if we have any other clock that needs to be fixed. read more

I inherited a 100 year old grandfather clock from my sister which I had shipped back from NY in March and it was not working. The last time I remember it working was about 50 years ago. The owner of the shop,Vladimir, came to my house, gave me a very reasonable estimate and took the non working parts with him. It took several months to get it back, (because he's so busy), but was totally worth the wait. He installed it, I kept an eye on it and it needed a minor tweak, which when I called him about, he came right out and fixed it the next night, at no extra charge ... just a minor adjustment. It's been working perfectly since then, and I'm so happy to have this clock back that was in my life/living room as a child growing up. It's like having a family member back. Thank you Vladimir. I'm very grateful for your service. read more

Needed the links taken off a watch. I also needed another one cleaned and repaired. He doesn't fix the watch, as it was a link band. He was able to take the links out in like five minutes. I asked how much and there was no charge! Small shop with some exquisite clocks and may have to go back. I am super happy with his service. I always like to shop small businesses, they know how to give customer servic! read more

Very helpful and the shop is extremely cute. They fixed my clock perfectly and fast! Check out his great sales

OMG! This place is very unassuming, but well worth it. Don't let the exteriror fool you. Tiny little store, two guys working in there. Due to COVID the door is locked and they are only letting two people in at once, which I liked. Plus they are wearing masks. So my watch hadn't been working in a long, long time. I thought it needed a battery of course. This guy took the back off and immediately started cleaning the gunk out. Gross and embarrassing. He replaced the battery but the watch wasn't working. After checking to make sure the battery was ok, he did a few more things and BOOM, it worked. He took everything apart and cleaned it. He took the winder thingy out and cleaned it. He replaced something, idk even what it was...I was amazed watching him it was like he was performing surgery. Anyway for all the time, the cleaning, the battery, and the part he replaced, I was expecting and happy to pay $20 ish at least. He charged me $9 for the battery. NUTS!! Highlly recommend. Highly. I brought in our little humpback mantel clock (German Haller, 8 day). It had a broken mainspring and needed a complete overhaul as well as a new pendulum. I have had it home now post repair from the Clock Shop and it is working wonderfully. After a week it is within 20 to 30 seconds per 7th-day wind. The Clock Shop is an example of old world expertise, knowledge and great customer service. The owner and his son know their craft! read more

Clock Shop - Watch Repair Near Me - Federal Way, Washington

The expensive mantel clock hasn't worked for quite a few years, my wife asked if I would find somewhere to get it fixed. Entering this shop is like stepping back in time, a lovely, nice, former time when there were Craftsman and small shop owners and wonderful cheeey-eyed older men. I dropped it off in early January, expecting it to be about a week. When he said March 20th my jaw dropped. He didn't showed me all the clocks that were in line in front of me, and reminded me that he was a sole proprietor as well as the sole technician. But March 20th is now come and gone and our clock is spectacular. We swear it sounds better than it ever has, and certainly have every expectation that it will run flawlessly for the next 7 years, which is when he told me to bring it back read more

I am so, so happy with this clock company. I took my grandfather's 1912 wall clock to them. You cannot imagine what I had to go through to get this clock from my brother! When he passed away, my sister managed to rescue it. The clock was in pieces and stuffed into a grocery bag. I put together the wood pieces (this company only rebuilds the clock-works.) The owner is a Russian who learned the trade in "the old country". There are so few of these artisans left that I had to wait several months for them to get around to it, but it was worth it. Every week, my grandfather would stand on a dining room chair and rewind this clock. Now it is in my dining room and it is ticking away merrily. My grandfather thought that it was too loud, so he put a piece of felt near the striker. That was nearly 60 years ago. The piece of felt is still there. read more

I needed a watch band resized, and the shop happened to be down the street from my hotel. Glad I found it--I was in and out in five minutes, and it only cost a few dollars! Some really interesting clocks for sale as well. read more

Brought in one broken watch and another with a dead battery. They had both repaired quickly while I waited for a very reasonable price. Don't waste your time bringing watches to jewelry stores or the mall watch shop, they send your watch out and it takes days, these guys are the real deal. I didn't go there for clock work, but I loved looking at the various clocks in the shop. read more

My parents recommended the Clock Shop when I needed my watch repaired. They have gone to this shop for years. Now I know why! I've been a repeat customer for a couple of years now. When they didn't have a part, but could order it, they referred me to a place in Auburn that might have the part sooner than waiting for the part to come in to the Clock Shop. The workmanship is detailed - I've got to watch links being taken out and the battery replaced. The workmanship is terrific! read more

Amazing. My Ferrari watch is a double battery. One repair place didn't have the right tool to get to the second battery that was dead. He was going to charge me $20 and it took 20 minutes to put the watch back together after realizing he couldn't fix it. Stopped in here and he got the job done in 10 minutes for half the price. This guy is a pro! read more

I went to this shop and the gentleman just glanced at the wall clock and said it needed a new movement. He said it would cost $80 for the movement and $50 for labor. I took the same clock to Tacoma and the gentleman there repaired it for $5. read more
