I really wanted to like this spot, but the food missed the mark. The bartender/server was awesome. He made a really well-balanced seasonal cocktail and acknowledged when their were food delays. Our wings were so fried, they were dry. The ceviche was missing lime and poorly constructed. The crab cakes were super soft, but had good flavor. I would order the brussle sprouts again, but that's it. The industrial, speakeasy, clubhouse vibe was cool. It's a theme I haven't seen done as well before. One thing about the design I didn't care for was the pew bench. My date and I were seated near a guy that kept tapping his leg on the ground. That shaking reverberated throughout the bench during most of our dinner. I'd probably only come back for cocktails in the future.

I really wanted to like the food more here. It seemed like all of the Yelp reviews pointed in that direction but it wasn't to be. It's a fun place to find, hid up on the 6th floor and was a warm inviting bar with a ping pong table, shuffleboard and plenty of space. This review is only for the food and not the bar or space. It looks like a really fun place to go with friends for a night out. Service was on point and very friendly. The food just didn't hit the mark especially at the price point. 3 of us got the original chicken sandwich and at $17 I would expect much more. Mine was mostly breading and the other two had more chicken but felt it still didn't hit the flavor point. Also, had the Philly cheese within our group and it was relayed as average. It was such a cool space, that if I lived nearby I would give them a second chance.

Love the speak easy concept where you have to punch a secret code on a pad in the elevator to make it to the 6th floor location. The cocktail was great. The sandwich ended up being messy. It was definitely a lot of chicken for a sandwich. I had asked for old bay to be added but I couldn't taste it if it was there. The fries were okay. The cocktail was really good. The bartender was very personable.

Super cool speakeasy to go too! The building was very unassuming since it was a tailor downstairs and you had to take an elevator to go upstairs to the bar! We were confused at first and wasn't sure but they had signs pointing to the elevator on the right & instructions on how to get into the bar! Super cool experience with 10/10 drinks. The espresso martini was one of the best espresso martinis I've had - you can tell the bartender didn't use Baileys & used real espresso to make the drink. The transfusion was also really good! We had the cheesesteak egg rolls that were super yummy. The bar itself is very aesthetically pleasing & the bartender was super friendly! I would recommend & just stopping by for a drink if you're in the area!

The Clock Restoration in Baltimore is a bar located on South Calvert St. You have to enter a code in the elevator to reach the bar on the 6th floor. Once you get off the elevator, you walk into a world of vibrant atmosphere & carefully crafted cocktails. There are clocks throughout the space, a room with a pool table and other fun amenities. The cocktails are specially crafted and if you love a good old fashion, I highly recommend the G Man which is an Old Fashion with homemade gingerbread syrup. I got mine smoked. I highly recommend Click Restoration for unique cocktails with a laid back atmosphere. And the bartenders Savannah & Corey were friendly and awesome!!

I had the best time having lunch at the QG on St Patrick's day. They had a special corn beef sandwich and it was great ! It had lots of meat sauerkraut and a delicious remoulade sauce. I would definitely order it again.

Totally cool place, great atmosphere, lots of tasty cocktails and awesome server (Corey)...but....the place was out of a significant amount of items on the menu. And even the entrees we ordered were missing items. This was a Saturday night and around 7 pm. I would have given it a 3.5 if I could, but I felt generous and gave the 4. Cause I felt this place has to be better. The menu really looked great. The cocktails were real tasty and based on the menu quite ingenious. The restaurant was not quite full and we waited for quite a long time for our food. Now to be fair our server, Corey, did great! He was apologetic and he even discounted the tab given our wait time. In these situations, it's not the server's fault...it is the management and planning of the kitchen. What happened guys?? The atmosphere was super cool with the decor of clocks everywhere and background RnB music...I think it's a greatl place for drinks and apps. Would I come back again?...yes I think so..food we had was so tasty and as mentioned cocktails great. Just be cautious if you go for dinner. There is also a separate room for lounging and playing pool. Take the "time" to check out clock restoration.

Clockwork markets itself as a speakeasy, so I had high expectations. We stopped in to grab cocktails and takeout since we had our well-behaved kids (10 and 13) with us. The bartender was helpful, and we went with his recommendations: * Cheesesteak Eggrolls * Chili * Chicken Caesar Wrap * QG Chicken Sandwich * Chicken Cobb Salad Starting with the Cheesesteak Eggrolls, we had high hopes based on reviews, but they were a major letdown--greasy, under-seasoned, and honestly, inedible. The chili was hearty and enjoyable. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was mostly lettuce with very little chicken and lacked flavor. The dressing tasted store-bought, not homemade. The QG Chicken Sandwich was huge, salty, and probably the best thing we ordered. The Cobb Salad was missing avocado, egg, and blue cheese--so it really wasn't a Cobb at all. As for drinks, they were overpriced. We paid around $40 for a glass of mediocre red wine and a decent bourbon. The bartender raved about the red wine, but it turned out to be a $12 bottle from Total Wine, yet they charged $17 per glass. I understand markups, but this was excessive. Would I go back? No. Would I call this a true speakeasy? Also no.

Such a great way to bring in the new year. I've been wanting to check this place out so I stopped by while my boyfriend was being serviced downstairs. It sits on top of a luxury male spa/barber shop. The bar reminds you of a speak easy. We were there early on a weekday so it wasn't packed at all but a time was still had. Great food and delicious wine and the bartender was very friendly. We will be back.

This place felt like a proper speakeasy from the moment we walked in. The fact that it's on the sixth floor and has that exclusive, "passcodes and memberships" vibe makes it feel like a true hidden gem. It's not as fancy as the setup might suggest--it has a bit of a "boys club" atmosphere with the QG's barbershop and tailoring services nearby--but what it lacks in frills, it more than makes up for with its incredible food. The menu is a home run, and the appetizers were out of this world. The fried goat cheese was a game-changer; perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully gooey on the inside. We also devoured the crab dip, which was fresh and creamy and served with delicious pita (or naan, it was perfect either way). The best part, though? This place is exclusive enough that we were able to find a seat on a game day. That's a huge win in a city like Baltimore, and it makes this spot a definite hit. If you're looking for a low-key but high-quality place to grab a drink and some phenomenal food, especially when everywhere else is packed, this is your spot.

    Captured for the actual prices.

This is a pleasing review. I stopped in looking for a hat. I work close by and have been told they have a few to choose from. Unfortunately, due to the holidays they were low on stock and none were to my liking. But, I noticed they had a bar upstairs. Since I wasn't able to spend time hunting for a hat, I had time for a beer. Typically, I search for breweries, but in this case I opted for a beer. This one did not disappoint me. I am a Guinness fan, but 99% of the pubs stores their kegs next to the others beers. To me that is a no-no. I am not interested in drinking frozen beers which kill my taste buds. But then I heard the owner prefers the drink at a warmer level. Here, they actually store the keg in a different location. The pour allowed me to sip the black stuff within a minutes time after it settled. Wow I'm impressed. As for the place, it is a bit more pricey than the burbs, but not astronomical as some may think. Here is the QR Code if someone wants to check the cost. Thanks for reading.

Quaint little "speakeasy" just a few blocks from the Inner Harbor, good for pub food. There are wall clocks everywhere and they are indeed correct twice each day. My mushroom cheddar burger was pretty good and the Parmesan fries were tasty. My husband's fried chicken sammy was tasty too. Waitress/bartender was friendly and efficient. Good service. Good food. Nothing epic. Just good pub food and a cute concept. Better than the area chains if you're looking for something local and reliable.

I actually had a good time overall here. The overall theme and speakeasy vibe is nice touch. I would come back for the bar, but not sure if I need to come back for dinner. GLOWS: -Parking is 100% a hassle at certain times of the day, but they do validate parking for a reduced fee in the Renaissance garage, which absolutely helps. -The bartending staff were friendly and effective. Special S/o to them for getting everything right and being a pleasure. - The chicken cheesesteak had a good flavor and very soft bread! GROWS: -The kitchen area was a little chaotic. I'm an extra visual person when I'm dining in some place, so Id much rather just have the food TO GO, rather than speculate over every detail of the prep process- kinda out of sight out of mind. -I believe the fries had truffle on them which made them very salty. -The wings were tasty, but fried too hard, which dried them out on the inside.

This is Puerto Rican pitorro, also known as ron cañita, made with care and intention rather than gimmickry. Many local liquor stores now carry the brand, and it is well worth picking up a bottle, but visiting the distillery is an experience in itself. The founder is a fellow Puerto Rican born retired military member, a background I share, and like me, he has put down roots in Maryland. That story is reflected clearly in the brand's own framing, "Puerto Rican born, Maryland made." The space feels grounded and unpretentious, and that sensibility carries through to the hospitality. We arrived late on a Saturday and were still welcomed warmly, never rushed. We were taken care of by the founder's daughter, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She guided us through a flight that included the traditional pitorro, almond, pineapple, coffee, coconut chai, and several seasonal offerings. The flavors were thoughtful and well balanced; even the infused expressions retained a clear rum backbone rather than drifting into novelty. We enjoyed them enough to leave with several bottles. This is artisanal pitorro done right, rooted in Puerto Rican tradition and confidently made in Maryland. Buying it locally is convenient, but going to the distillery is where the people, the story, and the spirit fully come together.

Also for a group of 12, it took about 7 mins for everyone to be served food. Yes, this is a large party, so you must have several servers come bring the food when you're charging these prices. It should've been a seamless experience but we had several friends waiting on their food while others were halfway through. The food quality itself was hit or miss. The pork belly app was delicious! From my previous visit, I remember having a ravioli dish, what I believe was a braised beef, and their sliders with duck fat fries - all of which were incredible and clearly memorable since I was thinking about them for months. The sliders paired with those fries were honestly a standout. This time around, we had to get the duck fat fries again, and they were just as phenomenal as I remembered. The cheesesteak oysters were easily a 10/10 - fresh, meaty, and honestly surprising coming from someone who used to not even like oysters. We also tried the grilled octopus, which was well-seasoned (as expected, slightly chewy), and the fried calamari, which was light, not heavy at all, and paired perfectly with the sauces. The tuna tartare was another standout - super fresh, soft, and practically melted in your mouth. For drinks, we went all in. The Dirty Diamond martini with blue cheese olives was great, though if you like your martinis extra filthy, I'd recommend specifying that. The Hemingway Special had a nice subtle sour kick, and the vanilla mint espresso martini was strong (you can definitely taste the alcohol) but still smooth and frothy. The Mary Pickford with Malibu was surprisingly delicious - almost like a mocktail. The Paloma was solid, and the Code Red cocktail gave me slight cosmopolitan vibes. But the real star was the dulce de leche espresso martini--absolutely unforgettable. What really ties everything together here is the service. The staff - from the hosts to the servers - are attentive, welcoming, and genuinely elevate the experience. Overall, Code Red is one of those places you keep coming back to. If you're looking for a stylish speakeasy atmosphere with great food, drinks, and energy, this is it.
