I have been taking my dog to the same salon for a few years. I always walk out spending $90 dollars or so, before my 20% tip. There is only one person at that place that I feel comfortable taking my dog to. I have watched the other groomers roughly handle dogs, right in front of me! Literally yanking them, like rag dolls. One time I was in, I watched as a dog yelped a few times, and the groomer just kept doing what they were doing, while expressing their displeasure for the dog's reaction. It made me uncomfortable to watch, but I really still trusted (and still do) the one lady who worked on my dog. Recently, the groomer that I trust left on maternity leave. And let's just say, there was no way I was going to use a different person there! After dragging my feet way too long, I ended up taking my dog to Clips 'n Wiggles. The wonderful woman that works there, immediately gave off a warm and friendly vibe, picking my dog up and showing her love when I asked how long it would take she said an hour to an hour and a half. It was hard for me to believe my ears! The other place would hold my dog for 4 to 6 hours. My husband had said that all along he thought my dog was probably just held in a cage, but I didn't know any better. Cut to an hour and fifteen minutes later, and my dog was ready for pick up. What was the total for her haircut, teeth brushing and nail trim?? $45!!! I thought I heard wrong. My dog looked and smelled great, and was not going crazy when I picked her up. Knew I was leaving on vacation and didn't bother clipping the nails on any of my dogs At other groomers this service is included in grooming, especially considering the price tag. I usually take my dog here and they would do such a great job.... I took him here last weekend and they had him for THREE HOURS just for him to come back to me looking like nothing had been done. There were still tangles behind his ear and no bandana was given how it typically is. Paid a whole $70 for nothing. Absolutely disappointed, lost a costumer. read more

I can not even tell you how much these people have changed my world! I have a senior dog who I believe was mistreated as a puppy at a groomer. He has been so stressed and difficult at any Groomer we've tried over the years. On the recommendation of a friend, I went to clips and wiggles. They have worked with my little guy to gain his love and affection and miracle of miracles, he now goes in to see Karen and has done a 180. I can't say enough about Clips 'n Wiggles. Today my dog got into some weeds that have small green burrs on them. His head was covered in burrs in his fur down to the skin. We called and Dan was able to get him in right away but we thought that he would have to shave his head to get them out. Well he had a groomer named Val who took a lot of time and picked the burrs off his head and on parts of his body. Val evened out the fur so it was all one length. I just moved to the area a couple weeks ago and Clips n' Wiggles was one of the closest groomers that had good reviews. Very happy with their service today! My dog looks awesome and while chatting with Angela and Dan(the owners), they told me about restaurants and other businesses in the area that I should check out. What started off as a good client/customer relationship ended when they returned our dogs with one missing a collar. When my wife realized this as soon as she took them out of their carrier she returned to the establishment to inquire about the missing collar. They began looking and to avoid having my wife wait they told her to go home and that they would contact her once it was found. We never got a returned call. When inquiring about the collar a few weeks later (about to schedule a new grooming appointment) they responded to a simple inquiry in retaliation. That they never lose or misplace any client items ever. Stating my wife's story was inflammatory. Instead of saying I don't recall misplacing the collar or let me look into it and get back to you tomorrow they responded immediately as if I was trying to get money out of them which we were not. If your going to treat a customer that way for simply inquiring on the whereabouts of a collar that the establishment said they will handle and get back to you the customer on finding it or not how can you be confident they are treating your pet with the respect they deserve? Update. The owner blocks you as soon as you post a bad review on their FB page so don't go by that. They also tried to tell me this review is for the wrong establishment. I have two Cavachons and while they are great they need grooming EVERY 6 weeks. I have a standing time with Clips & Wiggles and they are so good to the dogs. The dogs are happy while they are there. This place is clean, the owner is terrific and every employee is all about the customer. I can not recommend a better place. read more

Today I was late around 15 min,and the lady was sooo rude refusing to grooming my dog..I have to return home ,and lost my doctor appoiment because of these people...First time whan I was there they ask for small shiht Tzu dog 40$ and ask me for paid also tips for her husband another 5$ ...so rude!!! I took my fiancee's beagle here for her first grooming - what a great place! They did such a nice job, and were so kind and caring. Zoe isn't the biggest fan of being groomed, and they took their time, and even stayed late to finish up with her! Zoe is so soft and good smelling, I want to snuggle with her all night! We will definitely be back; especially for nail trims (only $5, and we hate to do it!). read more

As our dog got older, it was harder to find a reliable groomer. We used Petco for awhile, but the inconsistency was a problem. We tried a local mobil groomer who did not do a good job, and even took the dog on a collar leash though we told her up front that our dog had a collapsed trachea. I had to chase after her to remind her! After reading good reviews of Clips and Wiggles I gave them a try. We couldn't be more pleased. From booking, to the time we picked up our Schnauzer the staff were caring and professional. The cut was just what we requested and done well. We will be using this groomer from now on! read more

We love the owners. Super friendly and accommodating. My dog has a bad heart, they make sure to get him in and out so he doesn't get overwhelmed. However, unfortunately the first time they "butchered" my dogs ears. I took blame that I wasn't more specific and gave them another chance. This time they "butchered" his tail. (I have a King Charles cavalier, so tails and ears are kept long). She told me there was heavy matting under his tail so they had to cut it short. Which is not true!!! We wipe his bottom every single time he goes potty. If something were that bad, we would have noticed it and taken care of it. If you are looking for breed specific grooming, I would not go here unless your prepared to be utterly specific on exactly what you want. read more

We took our pyrenees Theo here for the first time. Danny and Angela did a wonderful job, Theo looks great. We were nervous about getting him groomed, but immediately upon entering the shop, we were warmly welcomed by two of the most wonderful people we have ever met. Theo liked them immediately. The shop was clean and inviting, which was a wonderful surprise. They took their time with Theo, and listened attentively to our concerns. We will be coming back here from now on, we cant wait! I droped off my baby last week- he came back home looking like a rat! He is 7 years old, very friendly and gentle dog. They accused my dog that he have bitten 2 people who try to groomed him- first of all u should start from the bath and brushing thru hair and then try to shave - it's a bishon with very curly hair - so how it's possible to do it without pulling his hair!???? They charged us $25 dollars- he looks horrible, nothing was done on my dog except shaving him almost to a size 0! No nails trimming, no ears cleaning, no brushing teeth! My husband paid and heard from lady on a front desk - "we don't wanna see him here any more"! So unprofessional and I will never ever recommend this place to anybody! The worst experience in my dog's life ! His experiencing some kind of trauma and now he is shaking during a car ride, before he always enjoyed that thing.
