My hairdresser was unavailable for a root touch up so I cold called and spoke with Carol who quoted…read moreme $80 for the job. After the service I mentioned the color was too light and she insisted it wasn't. Even solicited a colleague's opinion (something I learned was common practice in salons with unhappy customers). She stated it looked lighter due to "the lighting " and sent me on my way up charging me an additional $30. Being uncomfortable and conflict avoidant, I paid and tipped 15%. When I got home I took pics of the color in various lighting. Instead of a gray streak, I had a light brown one. She offered to do a repeat however, I did not trust her judgement and gaslighting tendencies. Said I was willing to have a redo by the owner of the shop which she was non-responsive to. She offered a $90 refund less her "product fee". She never replied to my question regarding the price increase. Carol was delightful to converse with during the service rendered. She probably does a fine job with her normal clients. For me and this root job, she missed the mark. Her attempts to convince me it was the right color, just angers me. I communicated with the owner via text after leaving a few VM's. She apologized for the experience and had no comment regarding the increased price. I'm hitting the box and doing it myself if I'm ever in this situation again!

I walked in and the aesthetic of the salon was so cute and was greeted by my stylist, Lauren, who I soon found out was actually the owner - how lucky! She was so sweet, very communicative, gave advice on what she recommended for my hair and got straight to it. I did a really good deep treatment with steam which I've never done and is supposed to be really great to open up the hair follicles and I will say my hair was so silky smooth after! And most notable, she is the only stylist that has ever blow dried my hair and didn't burn my neck or ears with the heat. 10/10 experience overall and will be back. Thanks so much, Lauren!!

Will be updating this review with pictures when I get ready next but Emily is amazing!!…read more I was looking for someone to do a quick cut and give me bangs, Emily delivered!!! She is absolutely amazing. I booked with her through the salon's website and was able to schedule a consultation which I showed up to a day early on accident but she still was able to see me the day I came. I only had 2 inspo pics which were basically short hair with curtain bangs and my only special request was to thin the eff out of my hair which she did! Everything was amazing, the wash, the dry, the cut, the style. Amazing!!!! Will definitely be back to get my bangs trimmed again and again. Thank you Emily!! And all of the other girls were super sweet too!

My favorite part is when she washes my hair, it's soooo relaxing it's like magic ! After going to her for multiple hair transformations I'll never trust anyone else. She's also great at styling, she did my hair for 2 proms in Highschool & I got so many compliments all night & I even slept with it & woke up with it looking just as amazing. If you have hair needs, go to Leilani! On another note, I had my hair done previously by someone else & the dye job was horrible all I wanted was a simple balayage & Leilani was able to fix it within one session! I literally cried bc the previous job was so terrible I wore my hair up for weeks!

Ended up with red hair and terribly placed highlights. Hollie didn't do a proper consultation with me, didn't ask if i wanted permanent hair color or not. Her attitude and demeanor is very unprofessional and unwelcoming.. I ended up having to fix my own hair at home with dark brown dye all over when that's the last thing i wanted to do. Super unhappy with the service. Family cuts & more do better.

She rushed through my service and hurried me out of the chair to tend to her male client, likely because she was running late. I scheduled her for Boho braids but the next day, the Boho pieces were already slipping out. She started my appointment late at 12:30 PM., despite booking for 12:10pm, and during the service she stopped to attend to someone else. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and I warn others not to book her.
