When I showed up for my appointment, the front desk told me I was never scheduled and they couldn't fit me in. This was extremely inconvenient. They told me to come back at 2:45 PM. When I returned, I spoke to the manager, who is named Paige. I was really disappointed with her response; she didn't seem to care about the mix-up or my inconvenience. On a positive note, my waxer was amazing! I believe her name was also Paige (or something very similar). She was kind and did a wonderful job. I would absolutely recommend her, but the front desk's lack of professionalism and really made this a disappointing visit.

I've been getting mostly procell with a few hydra facials over the past year and just yesterday tried the new stem cell facial mixed with hydrafacial. My skin has never looked so good. My dark spots have faded and my overall texture and glow and even tone has improved significantly. I'm so glad we took pics but I feel they don't even show how amazing it truly is! I believe I've gone on the highest needle on procell and I definitely get rosy but it dies down by the next day. The stem cell facial had me a little pink like I worked out but died down a few hours later. I highly highly recommend all of the treatments with Procell being the best!

If I had to rank the stylists I've been to: Madeline is definitely #1--she did an amazing job with both the cut and styling, and there were no random extra charges. Abel also did a great job with my highlights. Katie and Heather would be tied. They're both very nice, but Katie cut my hair noticeably uneven--I even had coworkers telling me not to go back to her, which is why I stopped coming to the salon for a while. Heather did a good job with the haircut itself, but the styling was not good. I wouldn't have minded as much since I planned to redo my hair at home anyway, but being charged extra for styling that didn't turn out well is frustrating. I was actually going to ask to skip the blow-dry, but she said she needed to dry it to see how it laid and refine the cut. I really like how each person's space is decorated their own way. Illa's room is cozy and warm, which is so inviting and nice, especially in this cold weather. I try to get in with her at least once a month. Her massages leave me feeling lighter not only physically but also spiritually. Coco's room is a beautiful, lush, botanical atmosphere. I love seeing her for facials because I can just get cozy and relaxed. My skin feels so much cleaner and rejuvenated after I see her. I definitely have to come in more often.
