Oh. My. God. Miracle Worker. Truly. I went into the salon crying over my hair because it was three colors (blue, green and copper) it was a mess. I was freaking out because I had no idea how to fix it, but even though it would be a difficult process Sarah was able to do it with ease! She was so welcoming and accommodating, even though she had a party to go to she made sure she had time for my crisis. On top of all of this too though she gave me the cutest bangs too! The overall shop is so cute too! So much Marilyn Monroe things around to look at, so much fun! Highly recommend! I will continue to go as a regular customer. I highly recommend you avoid this business at all cost! This business was recently sold and reopened Under New Management and the new owner by the name of Sarah who has stolen The Client List and phone numbers of the past owner and is now unethically using this list and spamming the clients of the past owner and is claiming that the past owner has given her these numbers which I have verified to be an outright lie! This is absolutely not the way to start off a new business, and more importantly to be a valuable contributing Community member it almost goes without saying that if this is a person who will lie to try to Garner business then you absolutely should not trust them nor support them in any way. The past owner whose name is Yong-Hee I have known for over 20 years she is one of the nicest most ethical kind-hearted talented stylist, cutters, haircut colorist you could ever meet she does not deserve this especially all the hard work and generosity she's put into the community and The Business that she sold. She has now downsized and moved over to working for a really wonderful Beauty shop that I highly recommend if you want to get any type of work done on your hair you go visit them the owner is a lovely person with a beautiful shop and Yong-Hee is one of the best people you could ever meet or want to do work on your hair and definitely someone you could trust! I don't usually leave reviews but I'm truly thankful and appreciative of Sarah. I had hair extensions placed at a different salon and let's just say that they didn't do a good job. I was in pain and discomfort since I had them placed therefore I was desperately seeking to have them removed-mind you it had only been one week. I had headaches, neck pain and I was unable to sleep. I thought I had gone to a well qualified salon, I paid for the work I wish I had received. I spent over 2grand which is embarrassing to admit. Thankfully I came across Sarahs salon and she offered to help me right away. She really took her time removing my extensions carefully so that they would not damage my natural hair or damage the extensions. She saved me the trouble of having to purchase new ones had they been damaged in the process of removing. I already know for a fact had I gone to the original salon to have them removed they would have really damaged my hair, which I really take care of. She also complimented the health of my hair since removing extensions on damaged hair can cause breakage. Sarah really takes pride in her work as well as proving quality customer service. I was walking by today when I was approached by a super friendly man telling me about this new shop that just opened up! I went inside and was greeted by the rest of the staff, immediately I knew these people knew what they were doing when it came to hair. Sarah, the owner, personally scheduled me in for the day to dye my hair from light golden blonde to a very beautiful golden brown. SHE ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT!
