Ruth states that Daxy the girl that tattoos eyebrows is just a contractor at her business, but that means she's still an employee and she's still working there. I am very dissatisfied with my eyebrows, I have a patchy area where the ink did not take, I tried to call on several occasions, and even went to see Daxy in person before I left a review. She would not do anything to fix my brows, however she continues to work on new people and stay open for business? Ruth says my review is hurting her business, however what about my face, the tattoo isn't located somewhere I can hide them, they're on my face, how dare Ruth threaten me with legal action as well through messaging through yelp. Also Ruth says she doesn't speak English or understand me, but yet she's messaged me in English in a verbal attack.

She did not have the steamer on for most of the facial so as she was putting products on my face it felt as she was just tugging my face because the product got dry, it also didn't help that she was literally using her whole hand to rub in the dry products it really just felt as if she was tugging on my face the whole time. Not very enjoyable. She did turn on the steamer for maybe 3 to 5 minutes before she did extractions, that's it. Once it was time to use the actual Hydrafacial machine she went over my face once but she did miss some spots on my face, she did not use the machine evenly throughout my face. I've gotten Hydrafacials done here before from Ruth the owner and she usually goes over my face with the machine a couple of times and it never feels like she's tugging my face, she also always has the steamer on for the whole Hydrafacial. If my review was solely based on this experience it would most definitely be 1 star, the only reason why this is 4 stars and not 1 star is because I've been here before and know what's is like to have an awesome experience. Ruth is amazing the experience is always very enjoyable and relaxing with her. Unfortunately that was not the case this time, they really fell short with the experience I left still wanting a facial and my skin did not feel hydrated nor did I feel relaxed. Always ask for Ruth when coming here I DO NOT recommend Arlette.

Not many can say waxing is "fun" but with Anna it is because we always have something to talk about and that takes my mind off the "pain." She has flexible openings (evenings and Saturdays). The place is easy to find, there's parking and it's always clean. Totally recommend it for waxing but I know she offers lots more services as well!
