His insight was helpful. I decided on a black angel fish. I asked Christopher how much they cost. He said $12.99. He then realized that he had misspoke as the black ones are 19.99. He said he would honor the $12.99 and I really appreciated that. They have lots of pets supplies, reptiles & fish, rabbits & Guinea pigs, crickets & rodents, dog and cat food, even vaccines! The only mark I would give against a perfect review is that it smelled like smoke. Not real strong but definitely present. Even still, I am happy to have found a nearby pet store. She passed on the 20th and this company goes above and beyond to offer genuine care and services in the aftermath of what can feel like overwhelming grief. Eric and his company are doing God's work. I cannot say the same for the groomers. I had to remind them to clean my dog's ears several times. My poor Yorkie looked terrible several times after being cut there. He looked like a rat. One time they didn't cut the hair from around his ears and I thought his ears were flopping on their own as I never had a yorkie before. It was because they didn't cut the hair on his ears. But, why???? There was an issue almost every time I got my dogs groomed and I grew unhappy over time. Before I put the blame all on Kathy's business, it was my fault for canceling at the last minute quite a few times. So, I can imagine how frustrating that was for her. We finally ended our relationship today when she told me the groomers told her they did not want me to return. I was with Kathy's grooming for 11 years. I will miss her. But, I will not miss Kathy's Grooming the business. There are many great grooming businesses in this area, especially mobile grooming businesses competing for business. If businesses want to stay competitive they should make sure they they strive for excellent customer service or risk losing customers.

I'm writing this review after arriving home from my vet visit. I couldn't wait to rave about the…read morepositive experience we just had! This makes the 3rd vet we have been to for treatment of the same issue. This is the very first time where they attempted to find the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I felt listened to and respected as a pet owner, like my concerns were actually taken into consideration, and we were offered not only solutions; but explanations as to why the problem may be occurring in the first place. We never felt like we were being persuaded to purchase anything unnecessary or upsold on anything. Everyone we interacted with here, from the initial phone call to the office visit, was beyond friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our dog was the most comfortable she has been in any hospital setting! She has been through some trauma, so it's really a big statement to say that she was more calm than usual. I'm very excited to have discovered this place and I can't recommend them enough!
