This is an honest review. So please know that each aspect of it is extremely sincere. I was blown away with the level of compassion shown by this company at the beginning, during the pickup of Melody our Husky Shephard mix. I was concerned about the cost, especially after having to pay for vet care. Money has been tight and my anxiety was reduced when I heard how much we we going to be charged. They were both empathetic and sympathetic. My expectations were satisfied to say the least until yesterday. My wife and I were out yesterday and came home to find Melody's ashes were left outside our front door like it was an Amazon delivery. Coincidentally it was sitting next to an Amazon delivery. When I checked my phone I saw three calls came in from the same # in a 10 minute span but yet no voice mail was left. 10 minutes after that a text message was left with a photo of the bag on our front porch. I waited until this morning to send a message to them to let them know how dissatisfied with how our interaction ended. I was sent a screen shot of the phone register showing the 3 calls (which wasn't in dispute). I feel an appointment should have been set up for the return of melody's ashes or we should have been told we could pick her up. Not just dropped off on our porch. Melody was not a pet. She was a beloved member of our family. If we had been gone all weekend she would still be out there. I wasnt going to leave this negative part of the review since we were all in all very pleased with this group, but even after explaining how disturbed I was by this, no apology was ever given. Hopefully they were having a particularly difficult day and it was just a lapse in judgement. read more

I cannot say enough about how GREAT Eric was during such a heartbreaking time in my life. Cooper was my first "furbaby" and I had him for 15 years. I was skeptical of using Eric at first because the price was so low and seemed too good to be true for all that I was getting. This is in comparison to the other prices I was given for cremation services in my area. I did a quick search of him and the work that he does WONDERFUL! My baby died on a holiday weekend and he was quick to start the process and he kept me informed every step of the way. He personally drove Cooper to my residence and chatted with me for a while, which I believe is going above and beyond for your clients. I definitely did not want to go back to the vet where my dog died. A lot of companies take advantage of people in their time of grief and I believe that is just wrong on so many levels. Eric was the exact opposite! He spent time and got to know me and my dog. He was patient as I was grieving. I know he took great care of him; I can see it in the meticulous work he did. I received clay paw prints, solo cremation ashes, Cooper's fur, ink prints and a gorgeous wooden, engraved box. Eric is a small business owner and he believes in not price gouging people when they are grieving. They just want a nice keepsake for their babies and Eric did just that. Thank God I found I found Serenity Pet. I was devastated in making the most difficult decision but Buddy let us know it was his time. I contacted Eric is so loving and caring, and he explained the whole process. Last Saturday 2/1/25 my buddy was put down in our home thanks to Dr. Campbell and Jesus came to pick him up and was so loving, caring and compassionate that I was so devastated and reassured me my buddy was going to be well taken care of. On 2/6 I got the greatest news from Eric that my buddy was going to be delivered to me which I didn't expect it to be so soon. My buddy came back home with so much love and beautiful details and I am beyond blessed, grateful and pleased and couldn't be more happier that he is home. Wow!!!! This is my second time and I'm still pleased. Amazing company. First let me start by saying this company made a sad moment for me very pleasant and less painful. My dog past in the middle of the night and Eric was quick to reach out to me and pick up my baby by the morning. He was very nice and respectful. He kept me up to date with the timing with getting my baby's ashes back and even called me to ask me if I was satisfied. I could not have been more anymore happier. Upon return due to our family schedule we found it acceptable for Eric and his staff to leave our baby & the gift bag on our front porch. Thank you for exceeding the expectations by 1000 percent. Eric was wonderful to work with. I had a very hard time talking about my soul dog and euthanasia. Very professional and caring. The entire team was wonderful. My Rocky was the bestest dog and they were very caring. The return of his cremains was very dignified and special. The plate on the beautiful box was beyond what I imagined it would be. Rocky's fur brother sniffed and gave a lick to the box when we got it back. As much as we were dreading this time, Serenity helped us through it. I absolutely am satisfied with the service I have recieved! My baby passed away after 9 pm and when I called them I was given all the information on pricing and the service i was getting. He showed up to my house in the timeframe given. I already had my baby cleaned up and ready as he deserved the love in his passing as he got in living years. Our family couldn't say Thank You enough to Eric & his staff. Our beautiful Roxy crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly and when we called after hours we were amazed Eric answered right away. Sunday 8 days later Eric's staff returned Roxy home. We weren't home when the staff called however we were able to come home to her placed in a safe location and awaiting over arrival home. I appreciate Dave's services for my cat, Fluffy. I loved the stunning paw print with the great idea with the sling. The box is gorgeous and plaque is so appreciated not like others where a label is slapped on the back. And the shredded paper especially white makes it cheerful like on a bed of clouds.
