My boy, Lunker. Gone to the Rainbow Bridge, always in my heart.

This is one of those services you hope you never need, but if you do you want someone that will handle your pet with professionalism and care. It's the final act of love for your pet. I am so thankful to Serenity Pet Cremations for the care and concern they showed while providing services for my dog, Lunker. It was very apparent from the beginning that my boy was in excellent hands. I notified Serenity Pet Cremations the morning that I needed to have my dog euthanized. They immediately responded and simply told me to let them know when I was ready, and they would handle everything. From transporting my dog from the vet's office to their crematorium, updating me every step of the way, and returning the cremains to me. So thoughtful and caring every step of the way. They treated my dog like he was family and that's what I needed during a very sad time.

I highly recommend Serenity Pet Cremations if you want your pet cremated. Eric did a wonderful job with my beloved Bella. He called me the night she passed to go over a few things and had me call him the next day with my decision on what we wanted. He was extremely compassionate and did a great job. I'm so happy our vet gave us his information. I'm really happy with the results!!

There are not enough words for me to describe how great Serenity Pet Cremations was to me during my difficult time of loosing my sweet Addie Grace. Eric is very prompt, compassionate & professional. It only took a week to get my sweet girl & her things back. Eric answered all my questions & was very patient with me through the whole process. The urn, ornament & paw prints are absolutely beautiful. I will always recommend this business. I dealt with a different company a few years ago when my dad's dog passed away & they don't even come close to the services provided by Serenity! Thank you again so much Eric! Definitely 5 stars!!!

Look...I could care less what this ummmmm person says..."the truth will stand when the world is on fire!"Unfortunately, I didn't Google him until after the fact! Oh my word...I had NO idea, nor did I remember the news stories that that was him until I did. I would not have pursued. Lesson learned. The ONLY thing that matters, not addressed, no justification for and is the bottom line...nothing else...not any words...from him or me, is the LAST action of this man. Leaving my cat's ashes hanging on my front door as shown without texting or calling me to notify me that her ashes were there says EVERYTHING anyone should need to know about the TRUE level of compassion. Who does that? It is as simple as that. THAT is the only thing that matters.

Our beloved cat " Roaz" treated with such dignity and kindness at Serenity Pet Cremations

It's a sad occasion when you have to say a final goodbye to a furry loved one and the staff here are very kind and understanding. This cremation facility takes in all small animals including pet snakes. They have a central facility in Charlotte where they can take in large animals such as horses. You can request a viewing where they bring out your pet on a presentation table for your final goodbyes before the cremation. I elected to watch the cremation itself along w the viewing. The ovens are huge and it takes some time beforehand to get them started and producing the correct temperature. They have an automatic procedure that once the animal is placed on the moving platform it opens the oven doors and the animal goes in and doors close behind. But you don't have to watch that, you can stay in the office until the process is complete. In the meantime you can pick out an urn or keepsake box out of the many choices. Once you choose, you decide what the epitaph will be and while you wait they are able to engrave or otherwise personalize your choice. I chose a stone jar. This facility is a one stop facility from guiding you through the process, picking an urn or wooden box, to cremation and presenting your loved one in a beautiful urn or whatever container you choose, with engraving at the end of the process so you are able to take home your pets remains the same day. You can expect to spend 1-2 hrs when it is all said and done. It's a loving send off for a special friend.

While I hate that I am writing this review I am very pleased with them. They had Betty back to me in a few days. I went with the basic plan and the box is absolutely beautiful. They have her name, birthday and day she died underneath and it came with a very pretty plaque with her name that I can place on the box if I wish. They really did handle everything and I am so grateful for that. My only complaint was that they had her for four days before they cremated her and it was written down on a card they gave us. I would rather not know and it seems like a long time to wait when on the phone the lady said they would be doing it shortly after I paid.

Not knowing what to do in a panic, I googled pet cremation and came across Carolina Pet Cremation. On the website it said 24 hour service was available and you could call or text anytime. I honestly didn't expect an answer this late, the day before a holiday, or to be able to take him anywhere that late but I texted to see and almost immediately he responded. Steve said he'd wait there for us to arrive (we were an hour away), it was after 1 am when we finally arrived. Steve was so patient and kind with us. We said our goodbyes and handed out sweet boy over to him. He had Boss ready by 2 pm on the next day before he left to go out of town. Our Bossie Boy was 10 years old. He may have been small but his place in our heart is huge.

So I called Steve and got him directly. He told me to take Giles to a local vets Carefirst, that he uses for his facility. I took him there the next day, They were so kind to me, let me have as much time as I needed, held me and let me tell stories. They held Steve in the highest regard. I didn't expect all I got, besides the personal care for me, I got what you see in the pictures that have been posted. I would recommend this a thousand times!

The goats were larger than a large dog, and we were unable to bury them on our property due to their size. We called our veterinarian, and they recommended Companah. When I called, Sean spoke with me in the gentlest and most compassionate voice. He outlined our options and made an immediate appointment for our goats. We drove down to the location, and we were greeted by the sweetest, most gentle young women. The first thing they said was that they were sorry for my loss. I seem to recall a gentle hug. They brought out carts and carefully loaded the goats. They spoke with me about our options for aftercare for the goats. In a few days, we received a message that our goats were ready to go home. I drove up and picked up the packages. The young woman again was so deeply kind and gentle. I was overwhelmed with the quality and craftsmanship of the memorial pieces I bought to remember my goats. I kept waiting for someone to make fun of me for wanting to preserve the goats in this way, to tell me it was silly or unnecessary. But the entire staff treated me like I had lost a family member, an aunt, a mother, a father. I did lose two family members. The staff at Companah Pet Cremation and Aftercare treated me with dignity and respect. I did not get anyone's names; I was too broken. But thank you to the wonderful staff for taking care of my pets with such care and dignity.
