I've called twice to ask a few simple questions (i.e. if they had any appointments available that week; if I needed to bring my dogs rabies proof in or if they called the vet to verify themselves) and she was absolutely one of the most rude people I've ever talked to. Every word out of her mouth sounded like she was annoyed I was wasting her time. I was looking for a new groomer as our old one moved away in April, but why on earth would I give my business OR take my baby somewhere where they think it's okay to talk to customers that way?! If that was an employee, (same woman answered both times) then she should be fired. If it was the owner, I have NO idea how in the world you have any clientele.

The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. The receptionist welcomed us and assured us the wait wouldn't be long. The vet and vet assistant were super nice and friendly. I needed to call Pets at Peace after she was taken from the vet, after she died at home in my lap. I could not have spoken to a sweeter person on the phone!
