It just needed to be dropped off. They would not take it. I went in to make an appointment at the kiosk, again so annoying that you can't talk to anyone at the front, and the soonest they could see me was 4 hours later!!! I am beyond annoyed, especially since they didn't have to do ANYTHING except take the bag that was prelabeled and packaged and already completed.

A very inflamed hip & needed a big anti inflammatory shot & 3 perscriptions to fill, if I feel I need them to feel better in my surrounbg back/hip areas. Out in 30 mins. They have sm tv's in the room playing old-school Bugs Bunny- hysterical! They had tv's turned down so I could hear the 80/90's music playing. I expressed that it was hurting, but the phlebotomist decided to wiggle the needle aggressively. I almost passed out and a second attempt was performed without escalation to a more experienced staff member. As of 3/2/26, I am still experiencing pain and functional limitations in my hand and arm that have required ongoing medical care. I have attempted several times, using multiple methods, to inform Labcorp of this issue but have not received any response. I am sharing this to highlight the importance of listening to patient feedback, proper supervision, and escalation protocols for new staff to ensure patient safety.
