When I arrived, the doors had already been closed about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. When I asked about it, employees stated that they "don't get paid after 4:30," so they have to be walking out the door at 4:30. If that is the case, then the posted business hours need to reflect the actual time customers are no longer being served. Customers should not be expected to drive to a location during posted operating hours only to find the doors already closed. What made the experience even worse was hearing two employees at the door joking and talking about a "knuckle snackwich" while I was still standing outside. It came across as extremely unprofessional, especially given the situation. Between the lack of communication, closing early, and the employees' behavior, I would not recommend this location. Management seriously needs to address the customer service and professionalism here.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the waiting room has no front desk and no employees to talk to, it's all digital which is annoying if you have a problem checking in. I didn't have a problem though, I just used the kiosk. But I think it would be nice if actual people greeted the clients rather than a kiosk. Overall good experience!

So I went to the delivery door to see if they would take the sample since it was already done and labeled. They told me I had to make an appointment... for what? I already had the lab sample. It just needed to be dropped off. They would not take it. I went in to make an appointment at the kiosk, again so annoying that you can't talk to anyone at the front, and the soonest they could see me was 4 hours later!!! I am beyond annoyed, especially since they didn't have to do ANYTHING except take the bag that was prelabeled and packaged and already completed.

They have sm tv's in the room playing old-school Bugs Bunny- hysterical! They had tv's turned down so I could hear the 80/90's music playing. They no longer take walk-ins so the reception area was empty. As soon as I finished signing in I was escorted to the sample room. Debra, the phlebotomist, hit my difficult vein on the first try, it was almost painless, she did an excellent job. I mentioned to her that I usually end up with a 2 inch bruise so she placed a flexible wrap around my elbow. I do not see a bruise this afternoon.

I expressed that it was hurting, but the phlebotomist decided to wiggle the needle aggressively. I almost passed out and a second attempt was performed without escalation to a more experienced staff member. As of 3/2/26, I am still experiencing pain and functional limitations in my hand and arm that have required ongoing medical care. I have attempted several times, using multiple methods, to inform Labcorp of this issue but have not received any response. I am sharing this to highlight the importance of listening to patient feedback, proper supervision, and escalation protocols for new staff to ensure patient safety.
