When I arrived, the doors had already been closed about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. When I asked about it, employees stated that they "don't get paid after 4:30," so they have to be walking out the door at 4:30. If that is the case, then the posted business hours need to reflect the actual time customers are no longer being served. Customers should not be expected to drive to a location during posted operating hours only to find the doors already closed. What made the experience even worse was hearing two employees at the door joking and talking about a "knuckle snackwich" while I was still standing outside. It came across as extremely unprofessional, especially given the situation. Between the lack of communication, closing early, and the employees' behavior, I would not recommend this location. Management seriously needs to address the customer service and professionalism here.
